PRZ them the bite so they flich...

Are these good attacks or should I change one so it only does one job but I don't want to breed I want to catch it and train it so what attacks are better or is this good?

I want those moves but how do you know that it's Hidden Power will be Ice in the game?

Keep getting Electrikes/Manectrics and testing out Hidden Power on different random pokemon until you get one that is Ice.
