Unfortunately, it just happened that this world was based on the American version of the anime and in the "The Legend of Dratini" it would appear that it was banned. And thus as a Dragonair and Dragonite must first come from a Dratini. Inferno_Dragon ceased to exist.

Fortunately, however, Pokemon USA proposed along with 4-kids the makers of that seasons dub, together with Viz the distributor and of course the american franchise holders that they would allow a new special based on the episode, "The Legend of Dratini".

Fortunately, Peter Griffin decided to take matter into his own hand by threatening the president of Fox with a Keyblade that if he didn't unban the episodes he would summon a giant heartless to haunt him for the rest of his life.
