The pup truly did have some semblance of valor, even in his weakened state. Paws squared away under him, Growlithe swam forth, ready for anything Johnathan could throw at him...

except a wall. Face smashed against the Protective shield that Johnathan erected, and Growlithe sank a bit. It was getting hard to stay afloat.

Watching his prey try to stay afloat, Johnathan got the best of him. With a mere flick of his rear, a thick jet of nasty Briny water was shot at Growlithe, nailing him in the eyes. The pup doggy paddled back, feeling the water burn. It was too much to bear, and the pup quit his struggles, exhausted.

Round 62

For a moment, the stage rumbles and creaks, until the original Pokemon Stadium stage appears. But in a flash, the stage reforms itself, fitting the needs of Johnathan adequately. He dives into the water, but notices something looks off with the windmill. Like, there is a long blue strip hanging off of it. The "strip" moves, dark eyes blinking at Johnathan.

Johnathan, still bleeding from the gums, starts to collect that bio-hazardous fluid, and spits it at the Dragonair. That stuff is truly Toxic, and it hit. Or, well, it would of. A shimmering field was enveloping Dragonair since it was on the windmill-strong enough to block that Toxic.

Miffed at that things resilience, Johnathan swam in a small circle, crating a frothy trail above him. Popping out the center of his Ice ring, he spat an Ice ray, arcing the Beam to adjust to the moving target. Dragonair lazily peeled off of the windmill, and reared its head back, shooting off a series of sound waves....

before being blasted back into the windmill by that Ice Beam. The Supersonic waves crashed all upon the lake though, and Johnathan looked around with worried eyes. Did he have the ability to keep going?

Noting the unsure look about him, Dragonair moved in a tad closer. That Ice Beam was no fun. Even at full health, it sucked. So, her gaze went not only to the shark, but the water he was in. The crackle in the air was all Johnathan needed to hear. He fearfully swam back-hitting his own stupid ice ring. Biting at it, the ring broke, allowing him free range throughout the small river throughout the stage.

However, his confusion didn't aid any. He reversed his direction for apparently some unknown reason, and was slammed not only by the Shockwave, but the heightened intensity of it since the water conducted it so well.

Dragonair tries for its next step, a small jolt of electricity produced from its small horn. As the bolt jumped around, it was evident that Johnny was still not alert to the world around him. He had no chance as that bolt ripped trough his muscles-tensing him up. Oddly though, Johnny didn't flinch.

Smirking to itself, Dragonair now began to call upon the winds. The windmill in the back began to spin harder, and soon, small debris began to gather in a familiar cyclone shape. It tore across the water, and jostled Johny around a bit, nothing too serious. Johnny stayed still, paralyzed and , looking completely dumbfounded.

Loving the predicament Johnny was in, Dragonair now felt it was time for the kill. Sweeping that long body of his around, the mighty levianthanic beast Rushed Johnny, hitting him hard enough to force him to sink. Johnny bobbed upward, confused for a brief moment.

That hit knocked away the confusion. Fins working for this brief moment, Johnny surged back up with all the ferocity he had shown this whole time he's been battling. Dragonair lurched back from the ensuing bite, but then felt a chill run down his spine.

Large Ice boulders seemed to fall from NOWHERE! Try as he might, Dragonair was knocked down and around by the Avalanche, all the while his shimmering seal fading through and through.

Confusion wore off, as did the safeguard. This battle is still pretty hard to call.

Jones looked peeved. Free of the confusion, he still had to contend with a nagging burn and his muscles not acting correctly. Throwing a Facade of a fit, his body thrashed about and over toward Dragonair. The grounded serpent closed his eyes, and a translucent shield appeared, bouncing the shark back from the depths whence it came. Johnny was horridly pissed.

That dragon wasn't getting away with his life! Desperately, Johnny tried to force his muscles to call upon the powers that be to propel him forward! They ...(lucky sob) worked! Creating a V-trail of water behind him, Johnny swam the entirety of the arena once., building up energy in his jaws. Dragonair waited, formulating a few fumes of his own to fire.

A strong lunge sent the shark flying through the sky, ice trails flying from his mouth. In a moment however, a orange-red plume of fire engulfed the flying fish. Dragonair, continuously pumping out the immense Flamethrower, figured that after that-John should be done....

...But as the flames receded from the sky, a blackened sharkfin cut through the remaining fire and Crunched onto Dragonair's face and mouth. The Icy portion of the attack was completely nullified, but Johnny wasn't allowing Dragonair to escape unscathed. Body wriggling, Johnny began to pull Dragonair into the water.

Dragonair did the unthinkable next. Storm clouds weren't present, but the cracking sound of hundreds of volts of Electricity were heard. The bolt surged down, through Dragonair's body and out his mouth, frying John like a piece of fillet. John finally let go, severely burned and in agonizing pain.

Round 65

Jones was irate. His tactics were snuffed left and right by that Dragon, and his body was nearly taxed. The fire in his eyes burned hotter than ever, and Dragonair seemed to truly only care about leaving him a shark carcass. That on his mind, Johnny snarled and burst forward, Frustration propelling him forward. The buildup of Icy particles behind him suddenly snapped forward, creating a Blizzard in front and around Johnny!

Dragonair never saw a tactic like this before, and was thusly surprised. The dual attacks hit, leave Dragonair with a problem. Trapped by the Blizzard and battered by the sharks unrelenting anger, Dragonair seemed to be trapped in a Frozen Hell!

The silvery sphere of the self-contained Blizzard suddenly burst hemispherically-as huge Shock Waves of electricity pulsed out. Each pulse was twice as fast as the last, allowing Dragonair a small window to escape. The long serpent flew out of the cleared path, ascending.

The Frozen Hell soon began to dissipate, leaving its mark on the stage, Frozen windmill and a dammed river were the largest changes. At the epicenter however, lied Johnathan Jones, body charred and eyes barely open.

With a splendid end to this stage of this intense Pokemon battle, Blademaster releases a unusual choice. Mamoswines are rare enough in this league,and seeing one always makes me wonder...

Anyway. Dragonair looks a bit winded, but still tries to keep the battle going in his favor. A swift shield goes up in order to block the hefty Ice Beam that the mammoth Pokemon shoots from his end of the arena. Dragonair didn't like the prospects of this match at all..

Oinking? his displeasure of being blocked, Doom rears its front legs wildly, before stomping upon the ground, moving backwards as he does so. The sandy area soon gets a weather change, small pieces of Hail. Dragonair takes the time to move forward, lunging up from a tube to slather Masta's face with a thick disgusting Toxic smell. Masta walks backwards, shaking the crud out of his nostrils.

Not happy with being poisoned, Masta prepares for his final attack. Running ahead a bit to jump onto the small rocky cliffs coming into view, he turns and notices something shining from the sky. Mastadoom merely clenches his teeth and holds his ground as Meteors begin raining down upon him, smashing the terrain. The Hail does nothing to ease the meteor's unrivaled power.

Dragonair slithers up slowly, to see if the mammoth Pokemon is out, and no he is not! Dizzy, but springing up, Mastadoom quickly fires a deluge of Icicles-even as the last of the Meteor's slam into his hide. Through the Meteor storm, only 3 Icicles make it through, but they all his Dragonair, causing him much strife.

Mastadoom coughed a bit, and Dragonair yelped as a large piece of Hail slammed into his face!

Back on the scene, with two Mamoswines. They have curvy tusks . Anyway anyway, focusing on the match here. UC's a lil darker than Blade's. Coo, variation in pigmentation helps me tell them apart.

Oh and that UC's is on the defensive, blocked that nasty bit of Toxic spat up by Doom. Maybe he was trying to share the wealth.

As that dripped away, both Pokemon kept to their element, but used it in different ways. Since they were standing on the lowest platform (with that drop-away door), Earthquake could actually do some damage. Doom was bounced back, and his weight did make the door creak. It didn't fall though. Lucky. Doom retaliated, Shooting a ball of Mud high and wide. The Mud splattered upon swine's face and nose, and he took a moment to shake it off.

Spitting dirt. How childish.

The hail ended, but that was of no consequence, since immunity was present for both Pokemon. In fact, Both Pokemon seemed to be doing the same, exact thing. Tusks glowed, and then orbs began to spiral down from the tips f the tusks-revolving around the whole of the animals.

What the hell, two Hidden powers. Geezus!

There are colored balls flying everywhere, it looks like a damn grenade field! Too many colors to tell who has what. I gotta wait for the aftermath to end-jeez, they're flying hard and fast too, Swine just got tossed skyward, whoa Doom hits that door again-jeez they're unrelenting...

Ok, that's over. Orbs still circle the pair, and it looks..OOOHOOHOO!!

Round 69

The duo of prehistoric pachyderms both took a moment to assess their foe, and their newly acquired orbs. Seeing his were of a gray steelish color, Doom gave off a series of pleased grunts. The doppleganger seemed to laugh as well, enjoying his robust red. That candid moment over, Doom witnessed a few chunks of arena come flying at him. They were once a flying car but Mamo careened it out of the sky and threw it with an Ancient Power.

The mass of debris were felt, and retailiated with, only with parts of the actual stage with it. Mamoswine cowered, using its tusks to block part of the deluge of metal and mortar that came surging and Sliding down upon him. The assortment of debris were as heavy as Rock!

Doom: -7E/-5H ==///== Swine: -5E/-8H

His tusks were burly and so the debris were knocked away deftly. Finishing his little rousing clean up, Swine looked over to stop that a deep crack was heading toward him. Turning around, he had nowhere to go, but up. Up to that small platform that hung precariously above him. As the Fissure jetted toward swine's feet, the beast turned tail and ran, hoping its mass wouldn't ail it.

It would. The Fissure broke the ground underneath Swine, and the beast trumpeted wildly before disappearing into the depths of the stage. Doom looked at the crack with glee, not expecting that to finish off his competition so swiftly....

until a splat of Mud Struck his side. Looking over the tiny piece of land still standing, Doom watched as Swine looked up, laughing at him from atop a flying car! It was cruising real slow, giving Swine ample time to decide how the heck he was going to get back up on the stage.

The Fissure took a good chunk of health away from Swine, partially because it slammed him straight through churning rock and partially because he slammed into a steel car. The swine dent was obvious. Unconcerned though, Swine looked up and began to jump; Smashing his head and tusks into the wooden door. Doom knew that was his only means of getting back in this match, and thusly waited on the edge, building up some nasty Toxic.

A final balst and the door went flying, smashing against Doom's snout! He winced back, and then was duly hit back by the incoming Mamoswine. In retaliation, Doom's mouth flew open, spitting horrid things into Swine's face. Swine stood his ground, and realized they were like two Reznor on one plank. Coughing, he needed a minute to get that crud off of him and make an escape.

Doom was also trying to think of an escape, and that far platform was not going to work. Turning, he saw a way...and used it. Jumping on Mamoswine's back, he lunged off, and flew for as far as he could, When his Apex was reached, he jumped again via slamming his tusks against the right wall, giving him enough lift to barely scratch and sink his mammoth feet on the right ledge. Scrambling to gather a foothold, he decided to jump again. Pushing up as best as a Mamoswine could be able to, Doom was airborne again, only to see Swine give chase.

(Hell if Ivy can do it... >>)

Having space to actually make a running leap, Swine did so, and soared a bit higher than Doom did initially. The same pattern was followed, and as Doom landed safely on the right platform, it was Swine whom was scrambling to get up before he fell. Doom backed up however, as the duplicate started to stamp wildly, before finding his footing and pulling his mass up.

Round 70

As the commands were given, the twins upon the field seemed perplexed? Each knew what they had to do, but the other seemed eager to see what the other could do. Swine went first, rearing on his hind legs and stomping his feet into the platform. As he came down with an Earthquake as the end result, some of the terrain that was tossed up was thrown at Swine. Doom was flipped back, but he landed on a floating platform above him, saving him from any more pain of that quake.

The Power used to hit Swine was cheap, an old trick. Damn near Ancient really.

Adjusting to his new surroundings, Doom looked down at the oncoming opponent and decided to toss a few Steel orbs at him. His Hidden Power flew forth, only to be passed in mid-flight by fire balls! Eyes opened wide-as they singed his fur and just generally pissed him off.

But Swine was miffed too. Know what it feels like to be hit with steel orbs from above? Oww?!?!

Still on even ground for the moment, Doom looked down, but Swine was directly underneath his platform. so aiming was difficult. Looking up, a second and third platform could be seen. Quickly, Doom jumped barely making it upon the second platform. Swine looked up, confused. He had to somehow get up there and hit him..and then the opportunity came.

Doom lunged up again, reaching the third platform, where he could finally see Swine. Jumping down, Doom curled his body up a bit to fall faster. His rocketing weight however, was Slammed into by Swine, in an attempt to deflect that incoming Earthquake. It worked and Doom fell sideways, missing the platform and sending all that energy he had stored into the lowest platform, having no effect on Swine.

Both Swines wheezed, and Doom faltered in his step a bit. Before keeling over, out!
