Start with a Dig to tunnel your way down and come up below him with a Watergun.

Dig - Dig(attack) - Watergun.

I presume Dig is reffed as two attacks....if not replace the (attack) part with Rapid Spin.

Seeing this match was going to batter him until the very end, Ukikki and Blade switch strategies. Phanpy watched as the monkey underwent a series of gesticulations, before clapping his hands, and closing his eyes. His natural element soon flared up around him, Spinning rapidly until a true cyclone of Fire scoured the sky.

Phanpy, partly out of fear, and partly out of direction, quickly Dug from the flames.

In the center of the fire, Ukkiki noticed that the sand's penetration had lessened. Opening his eyes, Ukkiki took a moment to look through the cyclone. But everywhere he spied, the pachyderm was invisible. That made me smile. Standing to the ready, he began to Focus his Energy for the next chance of attacking.

What he didn't expect was an indirect attack from below, as Phanpy's nose shot from the ground, followed by that pudgy Pokemon. Ukkiki was hit upward, and was none too happy about it. He didn't mind however, as he used the momentum to flip out of the cyclone, leaving Phanpy within the flames.

Not liking the fact that he was within the fire, Phanpy began to head back into the ground, i order to retrace his steps. However, the fires around him covered up his route of escape. Watching as the cyclones walls began to move in on him, Phanpy trumpeted, and mounted an offensive, shooting shots of Water from his shotGun like snout. The small splays of water however, were no match for the Fire's flaring up and engulfing its own Cortex in fire, scorching Phanpy with the power of a localized Heat Wave. Sand in the area seared together and turned into sharp hot pieces of glass, that fell on Phanpy after. Phanpy winced as a few shards scarred his leg, burning him.

Ukkiki watched from outside his Fire trap, gleefilly opening his hand to relinquish the heat upon the Pachyderm.

Ukkiki blocked his eyes from sand, and spat to his side. He was still as much in this as ever...and that stupid tree began blowing in the direction of the flames again

Use Rapid Spin to smash through the flames and smash into Chimchar. While your spinning use a Water gun (or just a normal one if rapid spin missed) and finish with an Earthquake.
