TPM: The Card Game!

Hallo hallo everybody! I am proud to present to you: the first (and only) installation walkthrough, and our very first YVD TPM set! This set only contains a few people's cards so far - work is still been done to include everyone else's, but as you can imagine, this takes a long time. SO bear with us! As Roy said in the previous post, the next set will be released next week, so keep a look out!

First, the walkthrough! Courtesy of Mr Kaarde himself (for all the people who failed to do it properly the first time, like I did, eheh).

Step One: Download the YVD program here (if you already have YVD, make sure your version is the latest one; 8.6. If not, download the update). Follow the installation instructions.


Step Two: Download the newest TPM TCG Set from either of these two sites;

MegaUpload


Step Three: Go to; My Computer -> Program Files -> YVD
Once you're in the YVD folder, move the .set file you just downloaded into this folder (it will ask if you want to replace the existing file - click OK).

Step Four: Boot up YVD. The Deck Shop will load up as soon as you click on the "Duel" option in the program menu. Type in part or all of the card's name you want to find and the Shop will bring up all cards with those words/etc. in their name.



Step Five: Build your deck! (This is the fun part XD). Obviously, until your personal deck has been added to the sets, you'll have to make do with the cards that are there already. Once your deck/cards have been released in a set, simply follow step four to find them and add them.

If anyone has any problems with installation or anything, PM Roy or me and we'll do our best to help!

In the meantime, perhaps we should put a note in the first post with everyone's time zones and availability times, so we can start setting up duels. ^_^

I'm in England time zone (that's +0), and I'm available in the evenings, from around 6pm onwards, until around 1am. England is either 5 or 6 hours in front of America, and I'm not sure for anywhere else.

Would it also be possible to list the Cards that have been added, which set theyre in (for those trying to find them) and also a possible ban/restrict list?

Ban list will be released this Wednesday as well as the 1.5 set with Final Fantasy and Resident Evil cards as well as some others!

The only thing missing from my set is Fields of Khorne...unless that wasnt accepted.

Also the Betrayer and its summon was missed off of what u listed but i know its in the set.

Thanks to the awesomeness of Mr Pikachu, we have found a way to import photos into YVD so that we can see the cards during duels! Well what does it look like? Take a look!

Well alot of work went into this project and I wanted to know if everyone wanted to continue it? If so we could set up a possible tournment with a God Card at stake, as well as a ban/restricted list. So if everyone wants to start up again as well as throw out some ideas, feel free to chime in!

Im still up for this ive just only managed to duel one person so far lol.
Untill a final set is created and a ban list decided etc then its going to be difficult to get anything going.
