Yeah, the Spira weapons tend to be more brightly coloured - they'll have elements on the blades (if it's got a fire element, there'll be flames etc.), and they don't have things like guns or machinery (machina) as weapons. Those're Ivalice.

Like CT said, Ivalice ones look like actual weapons, for the most part. I can put links to Ivalice weapons in here, if you like. And possibly Spira ones too, if I can find them.
