The next thing to look at, then, is Contests. How well does mr_pikachu's recommended moveset fare in Lilycove?

Leaf Blade, Dragon Claw and Agility are Cool moves.
Crunch is a Tough move.
Hidden Power (any) is a Smart move.

Cool and Tough work well together. Tough and Smart work well together. Cool and Smart, though, don't get along. You won't amuse the judges for a Cool contest by using a Smart move.

There's one issue with the relationship between your contest stats and your battle stats: the suggested moveset is a Special Sweeper set, but you have more Cool moves than any other type of move. This is a problem because a Special Sweeper set like this favors a Nature that boosts Special Attack, especially Modest since you don't have any use for your Attack stat. A Cool contest moveset, however, favors Attack-boosting Natures, because Natures that boost Attack make it easier to raise the pokémon's Coolness stat with Pokéblocks. If you go with this moveset in order to be a battling expert, you could have your work cut out for you to raise Sceptile's Coolness to get high marks in a Contest's first round.
