My co-host, mistysakura, has stepped out of the studio to conduct rehearsals for the upcoming results show, but before we can get to that stage, we need your help, viewers!

In November, you suggested some new Golden Pen categories, and we listened, renovating our nominations ballot!

Over the past two weeks, you've nominated the authors and stories you think are worthy of winning the highly-coveted Golden Pens!

Now, fanficcers of the world, it's time for you to cast your deciding votes! 2008 saw a host of talent published on our Fanfic board, but which fics and members do you think are deserving enough to take home the Pens?

As many of you will know, here at TPM, we use a 3-2-1 preference voting system. For each category, you can choose your top three choices. Choice #1 (the nominee you think is most deserving of the award) gets three points, #2 receives two, and #3 earns one. At the end of the day, the nominee with the most points will add a Golden Pen to their cap.

You can vote for as many or as few categories as you like. All ballots must be submitted via PM to me (Gavin Luper) or mistysakura by 11:59:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31st, 2008. (That's right - voting closes at the same moment as the year ends! How poetic!)

Remember that self-voting is bad and lame and not allowed; any such votes will not be accepted.
