Centuries ago, the WerePokemon thrived, living in communities, and having prosperity and harmony with the world, keeping the peace between man and pokemon by force, guided by the wisdom of the Trinity Council, the three Weres who bore the lineage of Suicune, Entei and Raikou. But, one day, a catastrophe occured, and all the Were's vanished, the frozen peak of Frostfang mountain appearing overnight in the far north, where the Trinity once dwelled. And then, the Legend of the WerePokemon faded to tale, then to legend, then to myth, and finally it was all but forgotten.

Modern day Johto Region, You are living in the recently founded rural village of Sky Vale, preparing for the traditional celebration known as the Dawning Moon, a festival thrown on the first full moon of the year. This festival, however, is special, as it's the night of a rare celestial alignment. You, along with the other teenagers, decide to hold your own celebration at a nearby lake, seperate from the adults, unaware of the lineage that runs in the blood of some of your number. Unaware of the tragedy about to unfold.

The blood stirs, as events from centuries ago seek to come to a head, with an ancient threat stirring. Only a few, picked by chance can do what must be done, if they will.

You are one of those youths, out for the evening at a nearby lake. You might bear the blood of the WerePokemon, or you might, just might be a normal person, at the right place at the right time, though the claw or bite of your fellows could easily render you a Were as well.

Up to three Weres can bear an ability of Genetic Memory, which basically provides useful instinctive information about being a Were.

Name: Amelia Hearthwood

Pokemon: Female Zangoose
Appearance: Amelia is roughly 5'10", with a fit build, showing the fact that she's a fairly hard worker. Her blue eyes are offset by blonde hair that's pulled back into a long ponytail. She's also pretty tan from working outdoors a lot. Normally seen in blue jeans and a white t-shirt, with a denim jacket over it. Has a burn scar on the back of her right hand.
Appearance 2: In hybrid form, Amelia is roughly 5'4", with a lithe, powerful build, covered in white fur, with oddly blue markings in place of red, her hands becoming flexible red claws, with a single opposible thumb.
Personality: Amelia is fairly straightforward, if she has something to say, or an opinion, she'll say it, and not water it down. She's also dutiful, and a hard worker, not giving in to urges to slack off. She strongly believes in doing the right thing, but also tries to be a nice person when she can.

Appearance 2: All black. His eyes change from red to icy blue to golden yellow. Personalitytubborn, and strong on his descisions. Well hearted and goofy but serious when needed.

Other: When his eyes are red, he eals fire attacks. When his eyes are icy blue he deals ice attacks and when his eyes are golden yellow he deals electric atacks. But he always has an array of dark attacks.

Appearance: Six feet even with a scrawny build, although her slightly muscular legs show her love of running. Medium length hair held in a French braid. She wears small-framed glasses although she wears contacts over her brown eyes during track meets. Has a small patch of freckles over the bridge of her nose.
Appearance 2: Her new appearance is that of a ten-year-old half-Raichu. She keeps her freckles. Her hair is now in two pigtails. No longer needs her glasses. She has the trademark tail, cheeks and ears. No fur, but her hands and feet are a brown color. She also has small fangs.
Personality: Laid back although the slightest sign of trouble can get her high strung. Then she's alert to everything until the danger dies down. Not courageous but she'll do what she has to. In her younger form, she's more high strung and hot tempered. She tries her best to keep her maturity (but fails sometimes).

Appearance: May got the looks in the family, standing around five foot nine, and can measure up to her sister but doesn't consider herself freakishly tall. She has lush blond hair that she allows to travel just below her shoulder blades, a clear face, free of any pimples or blemishes. Unlike her sister she does have a figure, from Double B cup breasts to a narrow waist, and a skinny figure. She likes to show off her body, doing it to taunt her sister, and usually wears something like this, with either form fitting blue jeans or a short skirt
Appearance 2: She retains her age and figure, her eyes turn from hazel to black, her hair turns black with hints and streaks of purple, her front face is pushed out a bit into a cat muzzle with a hint of fangs, she has tuffs of purple fur on both her cheeks. She also has a Espeon tail measuring over a foot and a half, as well as a tuff of purple fur between her breasts. her skin also is a light purple with no signs of fur except for the spots mentioned.
Personality: She likes to taunt her younger sister, always showing off her beauty, and usually referring to her sister as "Giant" or "Boy in Girl's Clothing." And after the change using names like "Ittytitties" and "Tater tot". Although she doesn't like to show it she loves her sister and tends to use her popularity to exact retribution on anyone that hurts her sister. While also keeping any possible boy away from dating her sister.

Ace, your signup needs work, first, your appearance descriptions should be at least a little longer, seconded for the personality. Is his Manectric form female or male? Lastly, the information posted in Other does not work, you can only instinctively learn attacks that your pokemon form could, but with work you can imrpovise. work on these, and you may get in.

Pokemon: I am a male Absol
Appearance: Tall for his age, being at 5'11, lean but muscular. Pale skin, Blue eyes and spiky navy blue hair. He wears a Dark Blue jean jacket, and a white tshirt underneath. Also wears dark blue jeans and black converse. Self concious about his appearance even though his skin is flawless and has no blemishes. The smallest of pimples freak him out.
Appearance 2: Keeps the navy hair but when tranforming a horn projects from cranium and curls around to the back. grows a tail just above the rear and grows navy claws on both feet and hands.shirt and pants rip off and a chest of white hair grows as does on the arms and legs. White hair also grows in the pubic area to cover that up. It happens fast so no-one sees anything. Looking like a real beast.
Personality: Goofy but serious in important situations. Stubborn and strong on his descisions. Has strong perservrance and gets things done the right way so he doesnt have to be told to do it again.Likes to hang around with friends on days where you cant do much.

Blonde Hair and Blue eyes. Very Handsome. Likes to show it off. Muscular and lean. Height about 5'11 and wieght around 160 lbs. Unfortunately and suprisingly, this guy doesnt have a girlfriend. And is looking for one too.

Appearance 2: Ears grow longer and move to the top of his head and turn black. Hands turn into claws and so do feet. black hair grows from cheeks, legs and arms. Blonde hair turns black. gold-yellow rings wrap around biceps and thighs. umbreon tail sprouts from lowr back. Blue irises turn red. Little fangs grow from teeth. His clothes rip off and hair grows quicly in the private areas. Black hair covers his chest. Mouth grows into a small muzzle. Hair grows longer and shaggier, not very clean and proper anymore.

Personality: Outgoing and very good in the romance department. Athletic and sporty. good at showing off his handsomeness. attracts the ladies and is the type of person that is funny and great at parties. not necisarily popular but with his looks alone he should be. Can also be the person that people go to talk to about their probvlems and is good at helpin ith things. loves cooking and dancing. reads alot and is very smart.

This sounds like an interesting RPG. I'll sign in, but I have trouble keeping track of threads. <_<

Name: Christopher Masuki

Gender: Male (yeah, I know it's a man's world, but I don't want to play a girl and be called gay or something.)
Pokemon: Male Arbok (would have gone with Gardy, but I like Arbok too)

Appearance: Wears a lavender-colored silk shirt and puce-colored silk pants(a gi, sort of like martial artist wear), wears spectacles. (Yeah, if you played Star Ocean: First Departure, this clothing is based off T'Nique, my favorite male character in the game, who is also a were-creature.) Short brown hair. Height about 4'7" and about 180 lbs.
Appearance 2: His eyes become more slanted and turn a venomous yellow, and his canine teeth grow into sharpened fangs. Flaps of skin spread out from his neck into a hood and his hair shrinks away until he's bald. His pants and underpants tear into shreds, but before anyone can see his nether regions, that area fuses into his legs and everything below the waist becomes a scaly purple snake-like tail, sort of like a naga's.

Personality: Sort of shy and withdrawn, not very active despite him wearing a martial artist's outfit, but very nice and neat. (I decided to just use The Sims 2 personality traits to describe my character, as it is easier to do.)
Relationships: He still keeps in touch with his family via his carrier Pidgey. (Are these people allowed to use Pokemon?) He wouldn't mind falling in love, but his introvertism tends to make it hard for him to talk to girls, much less start a relationship with one.

Theme: Something Far East, I guess. (I'd personally use T'Nique's battle theme.)
Other: Unlike real Arboks, Christopher refuses to poison people while in his Pokemon form and uses none of the typical poison attacks of a real Arbok. He could poison people in hybrid form, but refuses to.
