I'd search the way down, if there wasn't I'd call for help with my mobile phone. If the situation still looked bad, I always carry a parachute with me, hehe.

What would you do if your life depended on posting at TPM, i.e. you couldn't live without posting, say, 10 messages a day?

Find the nearest professional carpet cleaners, and ask them politely if they would be able to restore the carpet to its original colour.

What would you do if you were sucked inside a Pokemon video game from the main series (e.g. Diamond or Pearl), and you found yourself having to be the new main character?

Rock it! I'd pick a starter, dominate in one field, and then soundingly plot to take over the world and be the first Pokemon King, and then I'll later be defeated by heros at a later date....Awesome pie ^w^

I'd capture my dream team and work to become Pokemon League Champion, then see about getting a Gym.

What would you do if you woke up one day and your eyes and mouth were stitched shut?

Hold up a sign saying "What happened to MEEEEEE?????" (obviously, I'd have to make like Wile E. Coyote here, to express my confusion and all), and hope they would mysteriously heal soon.

I would go back in time and play an huge part in all historical events

I have answered something a bit like this before, and I said I'd make posts you never expected me to post. Another option would be to take the body, fly to Finland and then switch back to my old body (if that was possible) and have a good time.

First I would pose as a god and the do some god like abilities like not being able to die etc, then make a religion after me so when I change back I still will be a god.

I would stop time and put people in embrassing positions then let time resume, other then that I would use it to save people from car crashes etc

Hope to evolve soon, just for my survival. Living life as a Gyarados would be better than as a Magikarp, but I'd try my hardest to keep my cool.
