I'm buying a goldfish in like, two days. It's exciting.

b - Do you have pets / if you could buy any pet, what would it be? What would you name it?

Well I'm buying goldfish. I want a dog.
I also have a plant. It's pretty much like a pet without the whole, animal thing happening.

Hm, I think I should see a picture to come up with a name, but I just say Goldeen because I have no imagination. Now since when have I said things like that?

I currently have no pets, and I wouldn't like the responsibility of having one right now. BUT when I was in the substitute family in Haapavesi, we had sheep, dogs, cats, ducks, turkeys, geese, a parrot, fishes, frogs (sorta), rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. etc.

Call it something ridiculously long for a goldfish. Goldeen is a cool idea. XD To be totally nerdy. When I was about 13 I wanted a hamster, and I was going to name it Kochanski... oh dear. Call the fish Gilgamesh! I'm totally calling my next pet Gilgamesh...

I have two doggies, right now. They're about 11 years old, brother and sister, and are called Louis and Sasha. I miss them oodles while I'm at uni (like now), and I can't wait til my birthday when I can see them again.

I want another puppy though. Or many puppies... I plan to have a pack of dogs when I get get my own house. XD Ideally, I'd love a Siberian Husky, but I'm also equally likely to get a mongrel. I would call it Gilgamesh. And then I would get another puppy and call it Enkidu... YAY FOR OBSCURE REFERENCES.

Call the fish Shitsucker. Might as well name a fish something appropriate, right? All it does is gobble up that flaky crap that comes in those little spice-shaker cans...

I have a big rottweiler-thing named Marcus. There's a picture of him in his natural habitat (the couch) somewhere in shazza's puppy thread in Misc..

I think CEB came up with some good names. In fact I thought of a couple of them myself (Goldy and Mike) before I read his post.

I currently don't have a pet but I use to have a Love Bird named Lucky, who died a year and a half ago. For my next pet, I would like to get a dog but that won't happen until I move out of my parents house. My dad refuses to let a dog live in the house. When I finally move out, if it's to a place that doesn't allow dogs, then I want to get a lizard.

I like Weasel's idea of naming it Goldeen myself. You know, I'm just nerdy enough that I might do that if I get a goldfish. Of course it won't be a real one, my pet goldfish will be on Animal Crossing.

Our family has a golden retriever named Butterscotch. She loves getting pet, I mean LOVES it. Whenever I'm sitting here, trying to type, she'll come up to me and put her head under my arm to make me pet her.

Well I named it CY.

Like as in "see y" not as in "si"

I saw a video our youthgroup made where this guy in a hole is just shouting "CY CY CY !!!" and it made me laugh.

However, stupid Soong suggested Goldeen too. You guys all suck

Kidding! By the way, do you mean Kalah (Bulbasaur4)? Because she's still around.

Oh and another thing about our dog that I forgot to mention is that she is an absolute glutton. Just today, I was making myself lunch and as soon as I finished, she came up to me wanting me to give it to her. Her bowl was full, but apparently she prefers a diet consisting of table scraps and Doritos.

The member's nick was Kala. He/she posted a religion discussion named something like "Hey, if their gods were fake, why can't ours be?" I guess he or she has changed the name, since it's not found in the members list.

I have a cat myself, but the apartment doesn't allow pets, and I'm NOT moving back to my mother's place. That was a bloody nightmare.

My kitty's name is Sonny James--The 'Sonny' for his personality and the 'James' goes well with the first name. He can be rather bratty at times, and at other times he is so sweet and affectionate. Definitely "my baby"

A: I'd name the golfish Aury. Comes from Aurum (gold) and sounds better than Goldy.

B: I have a wildtype Cockatiel as a pet, his name is Chico. My mother found him 10 years ago sitting on the street so she brought him along. Long before that I had two tortoises, they are both around 25 years old now but I have given them to a friend's parents several years ago as they have a nice garden for them to crawl around in.
