The wind is cold, the air is thin, and if you fall, it's a LOOOOOONG way down; anybody unfortunate enough to go over the siderail suffers a 10HP penalty before being tossed back onto the blimp by its protector: a titanic red serpent with two mouths that is overseeing the match from its perch atop the aft blimp. Its body coils around the dirigible several times, so even if a Pokemon is flung from the arena at top speed, it won't escape being caught and lifted to safety.

Clever using a normal type to counter my ghostly-ness. I mean our ghostlyness! ^_^ Show him how much we appricate it by showering him with Dark Pulse, then wait for him to fire up his thunder attack and counter it with a Sucker Punch- and then throw that wet rat a Thunderbolt.

===Round 1===

The sky seems expanseless here, as I walks along the coils of this everlengthy dragon. Pretty strong Blimp to hold this dragon up-or is it vice versa! Dl here, ready to host another epic battle of sorts. I have each Trainer's Belts and so know what Six they each have available to use.

A Rattata and a Gastly are the first of 6, so let's get it on! Darius floats around for a moment, before releasing a Dark blast of energy, that pulses through the dragon and the Blimp. Rat Funk is knocked back, but the match has only begun, Jumping to and fro after the hit, Rat Funk seems to be gathering clouds with its tail. it works, and the rain clouds are seriously right above my head....

Pleased with his handiwork, Rat Funk prepares to electrocute the snap out of that ghost, but all of a sudden, Darius appears out of nowhere and Sucker Punches Rattata! The rat flips back, teeth glowing yellow. He gnashes once more, and that Thunder rages through the stormclouds and down on Darius. The Blimp seems well insulated for hits like that, so we've no fear here.

Funk doesn't approve of this and jumps over the dragons' coils a bit. Darius floats over, having the luxury to do so, and begins charging up a sizable Bolt to be thrown from the heavens itself. Funk charges his own ghostly ball of power and flings it skyward. Darius watches it shoot past. Huh. Well, Funk wilds up with a tail end full of Thunderbolt, but all is not lost. the Shadowball that was lobbed high falls right back down, onto Darius. The ol' dealy hit. Works every time.

Atop this huuuge blimp, Rat Funk and Darius are having a hell of a battle. As the stormclouds rain down torrents of water, Darius tries to execute a Double Team. The clones appear, but due to Darius' already gaseous nature, the rain makes the clones evermore apparent.

Easy pickings, as Funk charges up and unleashes a heavy Thunder onto Darius.

Funk jumps atop a dragon coil and scampers over the platform as Darius sends some of that residual charge back at Funk. Funk trips over his own feet, struck by that Thunderbolt...and stays down! Ouch, Paralysis right from the get-go!

Thinking the upper hand may shift, Darius floats over, determined to make Funk absolutely sick of him! But Funk still can move and with all the energy he could muster, a legion of Flames erupts from his mouth-but is absurdly doused by the rain. The embers don't do too much in stopping the water laden Toxic-and Funk is hit with another status! Ouch!

Funk is not pleased with all this rain and this ghost. The platform they are running upon is very slick now, as he slides across its surface. Jaws open, Rat Funk goes for the lunging Crunch, only to be Sucker Punched by Darius, and deftly deflected. Funk lands and lunges again, catching Darius's tailside.

Darius tries to flee from Funk, and turns around only to watch a Shadowball come toward it! A shriek comes from the ghost as a Thunderbolt strikes Funk from above, exciting his muscles to the point of blowout. Darius is hit by teh sphere of evil however, and feels the hurt..

Darius flies in close to the fried rat, whom seems unable to move! Utilizing this chance as well as she can, Darius establishes a link between to two, enacting a Grassy vampiric action. That health leaves Funk and enters her, feeing her some much appreciated health.

Darius quietly watches the clouds fade away. Funk feels quite irritated by the paralysis, but a chilling Ominous Wind blows by, swatting at his skin to deepen the feeling. Darius finds a sick glee in watching Funk shiver...but notices that Funk seems ok, nonetheless

Shaking off the feeling, Funk once again ignites the parabolic air around him, and dives for Darius. Darius tries to penetrate his Flaming defenses with an Icy Wind, but the flames make short work of that, before making short work of him.

Upset, Darius tried to fire off a series of Psywaves to try and offset the flaming rat. But Funk didn't give in to the barrage. A blast of spectre-based powers railed the ghost, and flew backwards. Floating up from that, Darius noted that the edge was only 5 squares away.

With not much life left in 'im, Darius begins to well up a small bit of enchanted flame. Funk goes on the offensive, diving and snagging ahold of the ethereal beast, Biting at it. As Funk lands with the ghost, they bounce, and the Wisping flames singe his back, causing him to let go.

O snap. Funk backflipped off the edge of the arena!

The massive dragon unfurled its tail from the rear of the dirigible, and was able to coil around Funk's pained body. In no time at all Funk was placed back on the arena-only to be met with a glowing Darius...who just went nuclear!

Well now. Two fresh combatants enter the mix. A Slakoth on Blade's side, and a bear on Houndy's. Both combatants flex their muscles, though Snooza really just kinda looks like a limp noodle to me. Altaz over there though looks ..well like a fat udon noodle. Just woke him up huh?

With the massive blimp shifting slightly due to the dragon rotating its body a bit, Koopa kinda slides to the left. Altaz dashes over and under the time it takes to bat a Slakoth eyelash, is smacked backwards. The little guy lands with a thud, but all he does is clap and laugh.

Baatlazar, slightly confused, feels an urge overwhelm him..to do an Encore.

Roaring, Altas was struck by inspiration, and once again Attacked Koopa with a Fainty visible move. Slakoth smiled as he landed, and then began to Focus his energy. Once the long claws were encased with some serious chi, the slow moving fighter stretched his arms out, slamming them into Altaz chest. The bear went coasting backwards, flipping and sliding across the blimps arena, but stopping 10 tiles from the edge.

Baatalzar looks pleased with his current moveset and continued the attack, fading out of view and slamming Snooza from behind. Only problem? Snooza is alot slower than Altaz. Turning around, a fist connects with Alta'z abs, causing the bear to double over.

Hurt, Altaz tries for something different, but finds his mind...unable to break away from Faint attacking. He does it again, causing Snooza to flip backwards. Landing on its belly, Snooza now fires a Flamethrower at Altaz. It hits, and causesa good amount of pain.

Altaz does it again! It's almost comical now. Snooza bounces around again, landing in the exact center of the arena. To help with the smell of burnt flesh, Snooza fires an Ice Beam, knocking Baaltazar down.

The arena:

Battle City Blimp

The field is a 50x20 pedestal atop a blimp floating 4,000 feet in the sky. The wind is cold, the air is thin, and if you fall, it's a LOOOOOONG way down; anybody unfortunate enough to go over the siderail suffers a 10HP penalty before being tossed back onto the blimp by its protector: a titanic red serpent with two mouths that is overseeing the match from its perch atop the aft blimp. Its body coils around the dirigible several times, so even if a Pokemon is flung from the arena at top speed, it won't escape being caught and lifted to safety.

===Round 8===

Altaz roars at the unwavering sloth and get in close, dealing out massive blows to Snooza's whole body. While in so close Snooza sees how ridiculously unguarded Altaz is, and lets off a hell of a Ice Beam, blasting the bear back some tiles. Snooza does not see that he's dangerously near the edge of the platform however..

Altaz does not sweat it, and goes the extra mile, diving at Snooza. Snooza shoots up a Flamethrower, but Altaz dives right through it and lands the Chop , forcing Snooza to wriggle back summore. His toe feeling air, Snooza turns to see he's dangling off the edge. That can't be good.

The bear-still smoking, grabs Snooza's extra long arms, and begisn to spin with him. Faster and faster they go, until Snooza's forced Thunderbolt is the catalyst that sends him flying. He literally soars off the platform, as Altaz deals with the pain of the electricity in his muscles. He looks to see Snooza coming back held in the arms of an immense dragon.
