Absol the Baton Passer

I've always wanted to use Absol, and I finally found a good purpose for him, a BPer.

~Swords Dance
~Double Team (Can this be passed? )
~Facade/ Perish Song / Help

Is this good at all?
Also, can Agility be bred onto Absol?

Yes, DT can be passed.
The offensive move should be Shadowball.

No it cannot get Agility.
