Yeh it is Gavin but its also a anime/what ever you want connected to any show as well.

As for the cosplay I will be going as Hitsugaya Toushirou from Bleach, for those who don't know who that is, its this person.

I chose this character because he is relatively short in comparison with the other characters, because I am not over furnished in the height department.
