Each has it own benefits. For a sunny day, I could go outdoors and enjoy my day especially if it is a beach outing. For a rainy day, I can laze at home the whole day and give myself an excuse to nap around. But since it is raining today, I will pick the sun then. ^.^

I did some Wikipedia research, and if I got this right, I choose regular time. Military time would be confusing and the name also reminds me of going crazy in Finnish army.
