    Default Errrr...

Well, I was training in the Elite four... and for some odd reason I saved before Steven with only those pokémon left:

    Manectric lv. 54
    72 HP left
    Thunderbolt 0 PP
    Thunder 9 PP
    Bite 11 PP
    Flash 20 PP

    Shedinja lv. 53
1 HP (duuh!) (holding Focus band)
    Shadow ball 9 PP
    Cut 30 PP
    Confuse ray 9 PP
    Grudge 5 PP

    Sceptile lv. 54
    69 HP left
    Leaf blade 9 PP
    Dragon claw 11 PP
    Giga drain 0 PP
    Return 17 PP

The only items I have that would possibly be of any use are:
    Blue flute x1
    Yellow flute x1
    Full restore x5
    Full heal x8
    King's rock x2
    Super potion x2
    Calcium x1
    Elixir x1
Rare candy x22 (but I won't use it if possible)
    PP up x1

    So, I have two questions:

    1) Do I have any chance to beat him without candying my pokémon?
    2) If yes, how?

Yes, I am stupid... never save in the middle of the Elite four except you're positive you will win... I tried a few times, but I never make it...

You don't have much of a chance, seeing how Shedinja and Skeptile will be taken out when they face a steel type, and Menetric will be taken out with Metagross' first Earthquake. I'd say that you Rare Candy each of your 3 fainted pokes, thereby reviving them, then healing. Just my opinion, wait for others if you feel like it.

By the way: Drop Thunder on Manetric and Cut on Shedinja as soon as possible... never double the type on one poke, and Cut is useless.

why not heal, elixir manectric and give it another shot? BTW steven has a serious weakness for fire, lol... i wooped him w/one lvl60-ish blaziken... so why dont you just try? and if you fail oh well beat them again more exp a few lvls and try again

Well, there are a few facts I know:

    Manectric obivously beats Skarmory.
    Sceptile beats Aggron very easily.
Shedinja will beat Metagross very easily (since it's immune to all of its attacks).
Sceptile should be able to beat Claydol, given that it's too stupid to use Light screen.
Armaldo will go down to Manectric, given that Manectric will survive a hit and that he doesn't switch to Metagross.
Using Flash on Cradily has helped a bit...

    I think I'm screwed too.

EDIT: Yes, Elixering Manectric is what I've been doing... but Steven's Full restores are nasty...

meh, good luck, id reccomend just fighting them over and over and over until your strong enough to breeze through it, and getting a fire type wouldnt hurt

The bad thing is that I don't have any Fire type other than a level 14 Numel in the PC... and maybe some that are so caught-and-then-ditched I don't even remember them.

EDIT: I candied Pelipper... and I'm about to do it. Shedinja versus Metagross, one on one (well, Sceptile is poisoned with five HP or something). At least I can't lose... thanks, everyone.

well, your team might win thanks to luck. luck is always there to help you. so dont give up your hopes...

i once was in a pokemon contests and one opponent had the same results as i did, plu 1 more heart. somehow, i won 1st place! that was luck!

    other lucky things are:

    1- finding shiny pokes
2- not fighting a Double Teaming Milotic in Battle Tower
    3- etc.
