If Willow comes close to you for a physical attack after he's taunted, you should have a better shot with Signal Beam, so in that kind of case, fire it toward his face if he comes too close for comfort.

Incase he manages to get in a Double Team despite your taunting (no matter how many attempts you make at taunting him), Swift away the clones.

Hurting Mimeo seemed like a better idea then flinging a pitiful seed at him. Willow created a green line and connected them both. He put much force into sucking Mimeo dry.

Darn, this battle is starting to bring back memories of a battle I had in the old ASB with a guy who used Bide on me so well (I can't remember his name too well, but he went by the initials F I something), that he had me sorely beat in my first battle with him, no matter, even if I lose this one, I have a Pokemon awaiting evolution after this battle.

Mimeo, conjure up a Substitute using 24% of your health (not 25%, 24%), then Taunt Willow once more (this time, we want him to be angry enough that he wastes as much of his remaining energy as possible), finally, if he tries to attack you on his final action, Protect yourself, otherwise, shoot him with another Signal Beam, we want to make this as close as possible, even if it turns into a loss.

Willow, make a substitute of your own. Then magical leaf to rid the clones. Finally relax if avoided the taunt and another energy ball if you didn't.

I don't think it's possible to make such a Substitute with only 25% of your health. It's not possible in the games (which makes no difference here in ASB I know, but still) and calculated substitutes are kinda cheap if you ask me.

There is no way any pokemon could calculate to distract exactly 24% of its HP and form a substitute. Small, Medium, large substitues, etc. could work as a command, but not this.
