Roses....Its Calypso's turn. Not Chaos.
I'm here, I'm here.
Chaos now, let's turn the tables. Hopefully. Okay, shoot a Bullet Seed straight into the air and then use Double Team. Gather in a circle and use SolarBeam into the sky to shoot the seeds down.

Calypso, use a Mist above the water to make it all eerie and such. Than use Mirror Coat to make yourself all shiny and emerge out of the water and above the Mist. Finish off with a Blizzard all around the area.

Bloomshine Contest Round II
Nothing more to say! Second combatants are up!
#1: Houndoom Lover and Victor Price M
Hydro Pump~Ice Beam~Horn Drill.
The second stage of this contest begins! Swimming along, the Goldeen flops out of the water momentarily to show itself as the next contender, before disappearing under the waves again. Situated directly in the center of the pool, an immense tower of water rises up to the sky. Everyone watches as this pillar blasts forth...and then mystically stays there. Soon, they see it freeze from the inside out, cracks and splinters of ice encasing the entirety of the column.
As per the law of gravity, the column begins to tilt, heading for the water. Victor swims forth and gains enormous speed, bashing its little Horn into the Ice Column and drilling through it. He reaches the end of the ice brick-and breaks free, shattering it into pieces. Audience applauds, and he swims away.
#2: Crazy Elf Boy and Ruddkip M
Surf~Refresh~Blizzard
The ice pieces are pushed aside, as Elf takes center stage with that oddly colored Mudkip. Ruddkip takes a swim and goes near the waterfall. All of a sudden the billowing water takes shape from the base of the falls, and Ruddkip commands an enormous Surf. It engulfs the stage platform and atop it, Ruddkip twinkles with a series of star like flashes.
The audience watches as if they were all resigned to their fate, when suddenly, a blast of cold air comes before behind the wave, crashing into it. Its relentless and as the audience watches and leans back, the Wave stops mere feet from them completely froze over by a Blizzard. It tilts and rocks on its side, floating in the water. The audience claps and Ruddkip saunters off.
#3: Ultimate Charizard and Scizor
Iron Defense~Captivate~Sunny Day
As the Surf cube is towed away, Scizor enters the fray. Without any ado, he flies into the waterfall, and the audience watches as his body begins increasingly deeper red-the water being a clear force falling around him.
Soon he begins to shimmer in an unnatural light. This light radiates from him and to the audience in a powerful way, demanding their attention. It doesn't end there. A light -that from the Sun, begins to shine down on the waterfall, bathing the meditating mantis in its light-enhancing the red dot upon the clear sheet of water around it. A strong round of applause, before he finally flies off.
#4: Meloveghosts and Nisashi M
Agility~Double Team~Giga Impact
As Scizor leaves, Nisashi the Scyther enters. He takes one step on the platform, and dashes over the water, building up speed, until he reached the waterfall. The audience watches as he uses astounding agility to bounce up the cliff face, jumping across the waterfall at point. Reaching a large rock that acts as a divider on the falls, Nisashi looks like he loses his footing!
He falls, and as he falls, we can see modulations in his fall-after images, 5 in all. Nisashi falls faster with each new after image, until he's a glowing white mass of fury that slams into the water in an immense belly-flop. A geyser of water erupts up and the audience approves, but Nisashi looks hurt...
#5: Dragonis and Ecks
Sunny Day~Rock Polish~Gyro Ball
The field calms and Ecks floats on over. Raising its arms up the metallic beast calls for the sun to return. It does, beaming its light on the waterfall. With everything visible, Ecks then shines a bit, its body's plating becoming more streamline.
Spinning backwards for a bit, a deep grey glow covers Ecks before it throws itself upon the water, and lightly slips on it. Ecks continues this perpetual "skipping" motion for 8 skips, something I can't even do on a great day! The audience claps, and it backs away.
#6: Roses are Red and Calypso
Calypso, a Feebas with alot of energy, swims out to join everyone. In ready fashion, she begins swimming to and fro underwater. All of a sudden, a deep Mist billows in from the falls. It covers the top of the water ever so perfectly. Seeing it set, she then lunges free of her watery world, shimmering in the light available. The scales on her coat mirrored light pretty erratically,a dding to her sheen. As she fell back toward the water, a roaring Blizzard was released from her, shooting skyward. The ice particles fell, creating a shimmering display against her shiny body as well as against the waterfall. With a splash she lands, and the crowd applauds.
#7: Mew Master and Ryuujin F
Ryuujin, a Dragonair, swims out to be seen, as the audience waits patiently and enthusiastically. It dips under water, and instead of sunlight clouds come. The Waterfall become a den of darkness, as Rain begins to fall. Umbrellas open as the waves start to get truly choppy. Near the surface, it looks like Ryuujin is waiting, watching for something, as it starts to glow a faint blue. Just then, a searing bolt of lightning strikes down on the water.
An immense flash blasts the water, and that amount of water suddenly freezes in place. People point and they spot the semi coiled Dragon rising over the frozen pieces of water as they fall back to earth-as if he erupted from the lightning itself.
#8: Chris 2.1 and Salo
Dive~Twister~Aqua Tail
As Ryuujin leaves, Salo takes her place. With no fear at all, she flies around for a moment before Diving right into the lake. The charged air from the Thunder still fresh in peoples noses, the audience wonders if the water is actually safe to dive in...but they see Salo whipping its arms back and forth underwater.
A Twister begins to whip into shape, forcing the waves to turn into mini Twisters, that begin to combine. When they form, two nice sized cyclones, Salo erupts out of one, its tail sloshing the whirling water about erratically, as if he was awakened from an awful nap.
#9: Rossymore and Magmarashi M
Heat Wave~Smokescreen~Eruption
Salo flies off, and Mag takes center platform. Staying on the wet platform, unlike everyone else so far, Mag begins to turn up the heat. The churning water begins to cling in the air, humidity and small Steam tendrils rising heavily with this induced Heat Wave. The Waterfall makes it difficult to maintain however, with fresh water always being pumped in.
When he feels the air is saturated enough, Mag forces his body to release a thicker than natural white smoke to screen the area, and shroud everything in a heavy Mist. Not too long after as the Mist starts to slightly fade, a massive explosion of Fire comes from the little Mag. It blasts the Mist away almost instantly, and people watch fiery chunks of plasmatic fire slam into the water.
People clap and carefully, Mag leaves.
#10: Green Lanturn and LaBelle F
Double Team~Bounce~Ice Beam
Our leading competitor takes the stage. With a bunny. Labelle waves with her ears, before spinning to her right, revealing a clone of herself. Then she rotates to the left twice, revealing another clone of herself! The pair of clones all wave as she does. But then she lunges herself to the Waterfall's sides and begins Bouncing up them. The clones though, are nowhere to be seen-even though LaBelle has a strange tripling effect going on around her body now.
Finishing her bounce, she lunges off at the highest point and forces an Ice Beam that hits the waterfall at an angle, creating an Ice luge. She falls onto it and slides through it, flying up high into the sky. She strikes a pose with both her hands out, and her clones appear almost instantly and catch her-mirroring the exact same pose! People applaud, and the second round..is over!
~~Scores~~
#1) Houndoom Lover and Victor
Score: 8.1/10
Second round starter, and ya did a good job here. Pretty nice, carving through that ice block. A nice solid appeal.
#2) Crazy Elf Boy and Ruddkip
Score: 8.2/10
Crazy colorful Mudkip. Anyway. It was a souped up version of the previous appeal, but it was done with its own kind of flair. The audience liked the control of the wave-as well as its form when frozen.
#3) Ultimate Charizard and Scizor
Score: 8.2/10
A unique setup, showing prowess under pressure. I did like the use of light upon the falls to show that even under considerable pressure one can stand out. The whole message given by the appeal made me like it more.
#4) Meloveghosts and Nisashi
Score: 9.0/10
Funny, seeing a Scizor, then a Scyther. Fun looking appeal for him. The Modulations were the best part, it really looked like we were seeing him fall in slow-motion. The Giga Impact though didn't go as planned, I could tell that hurt.
#5) Dragonis and Ecks
Score: 8.0/10
A new variant on the ol 'skipping stone' appeal. Individulaly, the moves chosen were not that great, but as a whole the entire appeal had a rustic quality to it. A great deal of desterity there by Ecks to skip so far though, that's impressive.
#6) Roses are Red and Calypso
Score: 8.6/10
A new Mist user! Though she was hidden from view for a while, that was quickly put to rest by her stunning ejection from the pool. I though she evolved midway through the sequence. The Blizzard backdrop was nice-created a chilling atmosphere with a lot of refractive light.
#7) Mew Master and Ryuujin
Score: 7.9/10
I know what you were going for. But the Thunder didn't make a large enough splash to cover Ryuujin's exit from the water. You did get the final image off though, so that counts for originality.
#8) Chris 2.1 and Salo
Score: 8.4/10
This appeal reminds me of something I saw when I was younger. But it was pretty unique, using the water to act as a sort of hideaway, and erupting from it as if to defend your lair.
#9) Rossymore and Magmarashi
Score: 8.5/10
A fire type in a water setting. Bold. The first part of the appeal got sticky though, making humidity rise like that was odd. But the presence of an underwater volcano, that was a nice twist I didn't see coming. The end was very powerful, help to even the whole appeal out.
#10) Green Lanturn and LaBelle
Score: 7.5/10
Eeee...Green. It was a great idea, but the flaw was the clones. The clones weren't visible to the crowd, as she hopped up. In fact, I think they stayed really close with her, and only appeared at the very end to "catch" her. May have been due to the distance away from them and the energy needed to hold them there was too much for her. It still had a nice ending, it just wasn't as grand as I was expecting.
End Notes
Well, the Second Round is over. Tallies are as follows.
Houndy: 8.1+7.2 15.3
Crazy 8.2+7.7 15.9
Ultimate 8.2+7.7 15.9

Ok Salo and Tux, let's go. I'm releasing Tux standing by the base of the waterfall and Salo in the air. Our theme is chaos.
Tux use whirlpool to get the large lake sloshing and churning wildly. Salo, cast an ominous wind down to send eerie sparkle among the waves. Tux, you are to then give a loud roar as Salo unleashes a thunder to strike the lake.

Lets get DIZZAY! While of course showing off your main attributes
Staryu will float parralell to the floor, directly above Scizors head, using Rapid Spin and Swords Dance respectively to each spin quickly, but not TOO quickly on the spot. (in opposite directions if possible).
Staryu will then use a continous Bubblebeam while spinning while Scizor uses Silverwind allowing the Two attacks to merge and spread out from the spinning center of the appeal
Scizor ~ Swords Dance - Silver Wind
Staryu ~ Rapid Spin - Bubblebeam

Alright Dru, I want you to jump on Ecks' back as he uses Magnet Rise to float above the water. Then, as Ecks is using Agility to speed towards the audience, use a high pitched Roar to simulate a seeding train. After that, as Ecks as making a sharp bank before hitting the shore, hit the water with an Aqua Tail to hit the audience with a spary of water as you two keep crusing along.
Ok Ruddkip use Ice Ball to create 5 decent size balls, then blast them up into the air with Hydro Pump make sure they are in a circle formation. Now Kimberlly I want you to wait till all 5 balls are in mid air and still in circle formation then use Agility to fly through the ice ball ring, while you are going through you Air Cutter to blow the balls to oblivion.
Ruddkip: Ice Ball ~ Hydro Pump
Kimberlly: Agility ~ Air Cutter

Actually DL, NIsashi is a Scizor aswell.
Ok, Athene, Nisashi, both of you go underwater. Nisashi you Fling Athene in the air from underwater. As you reappear Athene, use Safeguard to make yourself all sparkly. Then, Nisashi I want you to break through the surface and fire a Flash Cannon. Athen you counter this attack with Focus Blast and make the attacks collide in mid-air, giving an explosion in the water.
Athene: Safeguard ~ Focus Blast
Nisashi: Fling ~ Flash Cannon
Woohoo! Okay, now, let's get moving.
Calypso, swim to the front of the area and jump into the air, releasing a Dragonbreath. Gambit, use Flamethrower to wrap around the Dragonbreath to create a dual colored fiery tower. Use Iron Defense, Gambit, and leap through the flames. Calypso, use an Ice Beam to create a slide for Gambit to slide down on. Tuck and roll, my Cubone, and slide to a stop behind Calpyso in the water.
Gambit: Flamethrower -- Iron Defense
Calypso: Dragonbreath -- Ice Beam
Gah, and I could've done a pillarof clones too!
OK Team, we've gone from 1st to a tie for Fourth...I WANT US BACK ON TOP! ....wow, team appeals are pretty tough actually. MY theme: Art.
OK Dynamo and Labelle. Im releasing both onto the platform. Dynamo, I want you to gather a portion of water from the pool by using psychic and lift it onto the platform where Labelle will Ice Beam it to make it a large slab. Then Dynamo can use Brick Break to chop up the ice and scult it into an Ice Scultpture which Labelle will make shine with Sunny Day!.
Dynamo: Psychic-Brick Break
Labelle: Ice Beam-Sunny Day

...just call me G.L.
Hold up, am I currently first? Awesome!
*coughs* Anyway, time to look mature.
Start on opposite sides then Mag, move around for the second action.
Use Shock Wave Quilava at Miniryu and use Protect Dratini. Quilava, try and make the Shock Wave surround Miniryu. That'll do...something. Finish off with Mist Miniryu and use Ember when the Mist has rolled in. Do short bursts to make it look spooky.
This'll go wrong I'm sure of it.
EDIT:
*clears throat*
Mag: Shock Wave ~ Ember Up
Mini: Protect ~ Mist

Houndoom- step out on to the water, on Victor's back. Blow Smog up into the air while Victor preforms agility around and around the platform until the air is thick with smog, now Mephistopheles, Fire Blast through the fog as high as you can go- causing a massive explosion, and Victor, summon a wave with surf, soaking the platform right before Mephy lands.

Bloomshine Contest Round III
Let's have the Dual Appeal round!!
#1: Houndoom Lover
Mephy/Victor: Smog/Agility~Fire Blast/Surf
Third round is here. The crowd stands up and a sound ovation is given to all coordinators so far. Houndy steps out first and points to the water stage, where Mephy is waiting. Imitating a figure form semi-historical text, Mephy seems to be walking on water.
Oh wait, no, its just the Goldeen..which seems to be quite adept at hoding the Pup above the water. Mephy looks nervous about the water, but begins billowing Smog out of its jaws. Victor senses hsi partner's nervoisness and does the Agitily in only a square formation, so Mephy doesn't fall off of hsi back. It still was good though-the arena was nice and black.
Suddenly, throm the center a massive Blast of Fire erupts as Mephy lunges through the Smog, following the blast. The Smog catches the flames and Explodes all around the hellhound, creating a picturesque scene.
Vincent meanwhile causes a Surf to wash away the excess soot and impurities left by the Smog as Mephy glreefully lands on the platform, jaws open as the Fire still shoots skyward. The crowd applauds.
#2: Meloveghosts
Nisashi/Athene: Fling/Safeguard~Flash Cannon/Focus Blast
MLG's pokemon are next and they both wave before diving underwater. teh red sheen of Nisashi's exoskeleton can be seen, before a pink mass flies to the surface. Athene soars up and extends her 5 limbs as far as they'll go, before shimmering and spinning in the light. As tuirns towards toe water, glowing as she does so.
Nisashi then breaks the surface barely-and a thick metalic light is formed before it fires up from the water, going right for Athene. Athene releases all her Focused energy and the two blasts collide. The water bowls outward, showing Nisashi standing at the shelf of the lake-staring up at the blast....
The crowd claps, but they are looking around, confused. Someone points, adn there, in the water, is Athene. Guess she got hit by it....
#3: Ultimate Charizard
Scizor/Staryu: Rapid Spin/Swords Dance~Silver Wind/Bubblebeam
Third up is UC, who looks determined as ever. His two Pokemon flip on stage, and greet the crowd. They then set themselves up, Staryu over Scizors head, parelled to the ground. Staryu begins to spin first, creating a small tornado that catches Scizor. Scizor begins to mock-spar in place, turning in an opposing direction to the wind Staryu is creating, and soon, he picks up speed. The pair are moving quite well together.
Still twirling in opposing directions, Staryu's legs all begins spraying Bubblebeams. The crowd oohs, and then aahs as its complemented by Scizor relasing a Silvery Wind out. It creates a sort of dual radial spread of bubbles and wind, but the Wind itself travels away faster than the bubbles. Both Pokemon stop and the Audience cheers.
#4: Crazy Elf Boy
Ruddkip/Kimberlly: Ice Ball/Agility~HydroPump/Air Slash
Everyone waves as Elf and his group comes out onto the water platform. Ruddkip the mudkipz starts by hacking out 5 Ice Balls into the water and waiting until they floated into position, before summoning a massive quintet Pump of water to lift all 5 balls skyward. Kimberlly took flight then, cawing mighty as she lfew between the water colums and spiralled through the ring of Ice with wings around her body. She swiftly extended them and the force with which she did such an act caused the 5 spheres of ice to shatter into hundreds of pieces. They showered her in a brilliant twinkling light-which the audience approved of.
#5: Dragonis
Drucilla/Ecks: Magnet Rise/Roar~Agility/Aqua Tail
At the fifth slot is Dragonis. His Pokemon give out mighty cheers, and the Garchomp stands atop the Metang(?) with no fear. Ecks shoots forth with blinding speed and makes a wide loop. They pass the waterfall and then speed back, zoomng up toward the crowd. As they get close Dru lets out a ferocious Roar which causes the crowd to gasp in inscinctual firght. As they gasp, Ecks passes the audience at the closest point, right when Dru Slams her tail in the water, causing a terrific spray of water to wash over the crowd. Exalting cheers are heard as the pair fly back to Dragonis.
#6: Mew Master
Ryuujin/Otohime: Rain Dance/Captivate~Twister/Aqua Ring
Alright! After that last appeal, Mew Master runs out to seek some of that well deserved applause. His twin serpents, one coiled on each side of him, both fly up and dive into the water. Ryuujin started by commanding the clouds, causing a rain to come over the water fall. As the rain falls, a Twister starts from the falls themselves and swirls about the lake. It splits into smaller twisters, showing that the storm is calming. Just then, a twinkling mass rises from the depths-that being Otohime.
As she sparkles and shines in the midst of the chaos, seemingly protected by the weakening Twister, the water around her begins to encircle and rise. Soon a helix of water surrounds her, fully guarding her from the wrath of the storm. The crowd claps and both Pokemon coo in appreciation.
#7: Roses are Red
Gambit/Calypso: Flamethrower/Dragonbreath~Iron Defense/Ice Beam
Alright. First 6 appeals done, and Roses continues! She points to Calypso, whom swims forth and spouts a fiery column of bluish flame skyward. That flame is met with a Reddish one that interwines with it in a double helix type formation. Gambit smirks and readies himself.
As the two attacks self sustain each other for a few brief moments, Gambit lunges up and tightens his body to deal with the shock of diving through fire. It still looked like it hurt, as he flew though smoldering. No worries. Calypso had his back. She flopped out the water, creating a big enoiugh splash for her to freezer into a slide that Gambit laded on, belly first. Bone straight out in front, he tobaggoned down the slide and skidded across the top of the water before splashing down, smoldering a tad. The crowd clapped with enthusiasm.
#8: Green Lanturn
Dynamo/Labelle: Psychic/Ice Beam~Brick Break/Sunny Day
Following the applause of Roses is Green Lanturn with his duo. Labelle and Dynamo take their places. Dynamo then reaches over the platform edge and begins pulling at the water. Using his psychic power it looks like he's lifting a considerable amount of water out. He lets it go (too much water weight?) and it splashes on the platform. But Labelle is ready and shot off the Ice Beam as it hit and splashed off creating what seemed to be a giant curved slab of ice.
As the Ice began to tilt and fall over, Dynamo ran at it and began puunching it with his bare fists. The brick teeters back and forth and the audience moved with the teetering brick, until they saw a scultpure of what looked to be a mass in the air and a mass on the ground. To help show everyone what was carved, Labelle calls for the Sun, which shines down upon the area. The statue depicts Labelle jumping high in the sky, Dynamo holding onto her ears. Cute. The audience claps and the pair take a bow.
#9: Chris 2.1
Tux/Salo: Whirlpool/Ominous Wind~Roar/Thunder
Chris immediatly comes out after the appaulse and points to two locations. One by the base of the falls, is where Tux waves from and Salo is above everyones head. This ought to be interesting.
Tux wastes no time in swimming through the waters by the base of the falls, gong counter clockwise. After a short time, an immense whirlpool can be seen it self sustains itself and Tux swims out of range...barely. Salo causes the Winds to chance grom above and to srtarts bringing up the already medium waves. The falls blow with an eerie power that catches the audience off guard.
It seems to get worse, as the lake is all choppy and the whirlpool seems to get even worse. Tux seems to get dragged into the whirlpool again, and he Roars defintly at this predicament. As he goes swirling, almost as if he got sucked in by the power of the whirlpool, Salo calls upon the slightly darkened clouds to come, and a Thudner rains down from the heavens. People scream as is strikes a large wave, another rogue bolt striking the falls themselves. The appeal over, people clap, and are partially scared, and Tux reappears, well and dandy.
#10: Rossymore
Magmarashi/Miniryu: Shockwave/Protect~Ember/Mist
After 9 appeals, we reach our current leader. Let's see if he can keep his lead. Out he brings Mini and Mag. Instantly, the two get applause, and Mini starts off by creating a Protective barrier around oneself. Mag blasts a ball of electric power upward, and it hovers over Mini, before waving down in coils around the shield, giving it an electric charge. The charge soon waves off and with it the Protective barrier.
Mag then hops backwards as Miniryu starts to command the mist to roll in from the waterfall. It rolls in...fast, and Mag is startled a bit as he and Mini are swept in it. Soon, an Ember floats up, and another, and another, almost like errie lanturns being lit to help travelers on foggy nights at sea. Soon, Mag can be seen shooting off an Ember as the Mist starts to fade. He made it through
The crowd claps for that last appeal, and the Pokemon exit the stage.
~~Scores~~
#1) Houndoom Lover and Victor
Score: 8.6/10
Third round starter as well, but that Appeal went very well. Mephy seemed nervous and yet, pulled off a very astounding blast. Victor played support really well, but I feel that the audience didn't see the necessity of the Surf, and as such, voted Victor the loser.
#2) MeLoveGhosts
Score: 8.3/10
A unique appeal, but it had one hampering point. Athene's landing. She got hit by the explosion of the blast and hit the water. That's why she was voted out. But the Explosion was very bright, and very powerful-really showcased more of Nisashi's strength more than Athene's. Powerful image of him standing around a crater with water on all sides.
#3) Ultimate Charizard
Score: 9.0/10
Nice. The touch of dual spinning was really unique and the after effect was a astounding visual appeal. Showed the gracefulness of both Pokemon. Though it was evident Staryu was more adept at spinnng, which is why more people voted Staryu in for the next round rather than Scizor. Maybe also because there's already a Scizor in it. Good show though
#4) Crazy Elf Boy
Score: 8.5/10
Nice! It was short-it was defined, it was precise! I liked it alot! The Audience did too, and both Pokemon had equal roles. But the end effect of the twinkling ice put Kimberlly over the top and so Ruddkip is eliminated. But it still was a great appeal.
#5) Dragonis and Ecks
Score: 9.4/10
Do you hear that crowd right now! That crowd is all for you Dragonis. That water splash made them feel like they were in a water ride! They loved it. They loved Dru. Ecks...not so much, but Ecks was a valuable part of that Dual Appeal. It was so simply constructed as well-but it showed off all of Dru's points so much better than Ecks-speed, ferocity and decisive action.
#6) Mew Master
Score: 8.0/10
Rough Appeal. Story Seas rough. While Otohime is a beautiful Pokemon, Ryuujin's setup for her was more lively to the audience, giving them something tangible to fear, to watch for. Seeing a Pokemon within the seas was nice-showing beauty can come from wrath and anger, but she did nothing beside act as a trophy piece of the water. Ryuujin moves on.
#7) Roses are Red
Score: 8.2/10
It was a good appeal, I will give you that. It just looked like Gambit had a bit of trouble diving through the flame, looked like he kinda hurt himself. But Calypso was there as a good teammate and that Ice slide was a quirky-yet effective way of finishing things off. Maybe why Calypso is moving on to the final rounds.
#8) Green Lanturn
Score: 7.9/10
This appeal seemed a bit one sided, and its in consistency with the audience voting. Dynamo provided the building supplies and carved the statue, but it was LaBelle who gave it some sort of life and flair. Even so, people loved the outcome of the statue, a very masterful job. Dynamo moves on.
#9) Chris 2.1
Score: 9.1/10
That was pretty scary. I dun even know if Tux was supposed to act as if he got sucked in by his own Whirlpool, but it worked. All kinds of chaos. Very powerful and well thought out appeal. But alas one of them has to go, and the crowd votes in favor of Tux! Salo had a huge role, but people kinda got scared for Tux and rooted ofr him.
#10) Rossymore
Score: 7.6/10
It wasn't a bad appeal. It had that quality spooky effect, even though the two halves of the combo didn't seemto go together too well. The second half was alot more mysteriously and awe inspiring than the first-that's what hurt yer score. As for which Pokemon gets cut, well, I'm sorry, but its Miniryu.

Urgh, I knew it wouldn't go well. Still, joint third isn't bad. Let's win this Mag!
Erm...what's the super appeal?
A Super Appeal is an Appeal by one Pokemon that uses 4 moves instead of the standard 3.
Now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
G. I. JOOOOOOOOOOOOOE....
Gotcha! Now for my appeal.
Erm...use Smokescreen then under the screen create lots of clones. Then, send all the clones off one at a time and tell them to use Protect before they hit the water. After they're all gone, you jump off yourself using Double Edge. Do a spin then use Protect before you hit the water and float to shore along with the other clones.
I've so been disqualified! ^_^;

Salo surround yourself in a safeguard. Then unleash a thunderwave through the sparkling shield. Finish with an aqua tail and agility combo to burst from your dome and swing your shimmering tail around in the air.

We're gonna give Gambit a rest and save him for the dance off. Let's go Calypso!
Let's start off with a Dive and follow up with a Light Screen. Swim up and use Waterfall to swim up the falls and spring out at the top, using an Icy Wind right after! Land safely back in the water and let the Light Screen go, if possible.
Dive -- Light Screen -- Waterfall -- Icy Wind
Hmm... Okay Ryuujin. Show off your elemental might.
Start off with a Dragon Dance. Summon an incoming Draco Meteor down towards the lake, Detect it, and then blow it away as it gets in range with a Hyper Beam.

Of course, you can brag better when you have a ribbon in your sig.
Ok lets demonstrate element Mastery.
First use surf to command the Waterfall (or at least the water in the pool) over towards you, arcing over you then Fire off a Swift into it. Quickly follow that with an Ice beam to freeze the Stars in the water and finish with a Thunder to light it up and Shatter it into pieces.

Ok lets see if we can get this started in here. Begin by moving to the middle of the lake and use Reflect to create a protective barrier in the shape of a dome around yourself then fill it with fire from a Fire Blast, before it reaches breaking pressure use some Ancient Power rocks to break 5 holes in the sides and the use Whirlwind to channel the flames out of the dome spinning in a clockwise direction. When all of the flames are gone let down the barrier and strike a pose.

OK! Let's get this going Dynamo! Your first appeal went great, now let's make a stunning second appeal, only with a 4th move!
I want you to start off by digging a small hole on the ground in front of the platform using Fury Swipes. Then, make a well out of that land with Rock Tomb. Then, set up a Substitue on the inside so that when you dig a hole channeling the water from the falls to that little well youmade, water will comespouting up and hopefully launch the fake sableye!

Let's rock this Mephistopheles!
Raise your head up in the air, pointing your noise straight up, hold your tail errect and create Clones (seven of them) with simular poses- now, spew up smog straight up in the air and you and all your clones use Faint Attack to shape the smog cloud into a skull. Two make it a longish oval, two more zip out the upper half making eyes- One stab the centre of the cloud to make the nostrils and then two more rip through the bottom to make a large space for the mouth.
Each clone fades as its task is done- the real Mephistopheles burst through the mouth after its made and twist into a fiery fire spin.
Land.
Resume pervious position and let the smog and fire connect.

Yeah, I'm still trying to think something up. I'll have it up sometime tomarrow, pending work...
And here we go!
Ok Dru, I want you to dive underwater and swim in a circle, keeping your fin visible,
while releasing four clones behind you using Double Team. Then, as your clones keep swimming so fast that they start an under water Twister, hide out in a Rock Tomb that gets uncovered by the twister. After that use a Giga Impact to break out of the Tomb. Try to break out of the side closest to the audience.
Bloomshine Contest Round IV
Super Appeal Time
Note: After this round, the top TWO will move on to the final!
#1: Houndoom Lover
Mephy: Double Team~Smog~Faint Attack~Fire Spin
Without further ado I bring to you Round IV! Mephy takes center stage, being the starting Pokemon once more. Freezing his pose as if he spotted a bird directly above him, his body trembles, and seven dark clones all appear clockwise around him. When they are all fully formed, Mephy seems to spit out the remnants of clone forming through his mouth, a thick Smog henging in the air - blotting out the falls.
The folks watch as this appeal takes shape, literally. The clones fly into action, shooting up. Two speed along the sides of it before fading out of existance, giving it an oval outline. The next two fly into the Smog and barely make it out, creating indents that could be seen as eyes. One clone does some weird haphazard dive, but succeeds in forming what I guess to be flared nostrils.. and the last two fluy horizontally and disspate into each other, creating a mouth! Maphy, pleased with the work, finds the energy to halfheartedly lunge through the mouth of the smokedkull, before erupting his body into flames. Before he could land though, the Flames catch the Smog, and the whole Skull lights up in a fiery cackle.
Heh, looks like Mephy was spat out of its mouth. Maphy lands on the edge of the platform, barely. The crowd cheer that fiery appeal, and the pup pants while walking off stage.
#2: Crazy Elf Boy
Kimberlly: Reflect~Fire Blast~Ancient Power~Whirlwind
As such, Kimberlly flies in carefully as we get some Air Rotms to blow the smoke into the falls and cool everyone down. When everyone is ready, Kimberlly takes her lofty place over the pool of water, and a translucent Reflective shield domes around her-touching the water. Spinning in the dome, Fires begin to be seen, before suddenly they Blast all about. Everyone leans back, half expecting the powerfuil Balst to go through. but it doesnt. It stays put, swirling about ih the dome. As the Fire seems to incinerate with reckless abandon, rocks can be seen flying free of the dome. For them to survive unscathed means they had to have some sort of Ancient Power attributed to them. However, the holes now allowed the audience to see the fire be funneled out the holes, as well as water be funneled up to quell them. A Whirlwind could be seen, but with teh water was now turning into a Twister. In any event, the fire was drained and the shiled shattered finally, leaving Kimberly with wings outstretched-mimicking the birth of the Phoenix. Everyone claps and Kim flies off...
#3: Mew Master
Ryuujin: Dragon Dance~Draco Meteor~Detect~Hyper Beam
Well with two fiery appeals, how can we go wrong, right folks?!?! Ryuujin comes out next, and flies straight to the waterfall, disappearing behind it. Almost as fast as it flew in, it flies back out and winds about, gaining a sort of raw power, a sheen to his bulk. As the DAnce in the sky ends, the audience watches as Ryuujin seems to spot something comimng from the heavens. They start off as twinkles, before the shooting stars come into view. They get larger and the Audience stares with wide eyed wonder. A Meteor storm was coming, right for them.
Ryuujin stretched out fully in the sky and seemed to line itself up with their epicenter, his body glowing until it reached a hot white. As the Draconic Meteor shower camew within range, a massive Hyper Beam was unleased from the outstretched sperpent. Its berth was more than massive enough to engulf the incoming and eradicate them, sending them far far over the waterfall. The crowd cheered for their savior, as Ryuujin merely left the stage.
#4: Green Lanturn
Fury Swipes~Rock Tomb~Substitute~Dig
Lil ol Dynamo is next, and he already gets a few oohs from the crowd. But with three high energy appeals to follow up, can he keep the momentum going? Sure looks like it as he digs into the platform, creating a shallow hole of sorts. Furiously Swiping the ground, you'd think he was digging for treasure. Happy with his hole, he then decorated with some Rocks from the ocean floor, levitated up of course.
Then he jumped in the water and swam toward the falls! Instalty he was dragged under, and well, we just could watch and wait. It was only a minute of suspence though as we suddenly see Dynamo be flung forth from the little well he dug! The lil ghost however flew up with the first burst of water, and hit the pool surface, sinking and then bobbing back to the surface! Suddenly on the platfiom, the real Dynamio climbs back out, breathing hard. Looks like he dug a little channel there!
The audience applauds, adn note the uise of Substiturte to mimic him flying out the hole and laugh a bit.
#5: Roses are Red
Calypso: Dive~Light Screen~Waterfall~Icy Wind
At slot number five is Roses, with Calypso. The powerful fish immediately Dives in the water, creating amazingly little splash back as it powers to the falls. A Light Screen is set up in front of the falls as she then begins to power up it. Her fins worked furiously to propel her skyward and once she reaches the top, she lunges free, flailing in the sky. The winds pick up on her struggles and blow her a Icy reminder to relax in their dominion. The Ice particles however twinkles off her and off the sky, making for a serene scene.
As she falls, she hits the Light Screen, and makes it shatter into energy as she herself disappears in the waves. Everyone approves and Calypso swims away with applause under her fins.
#6: Ultimate Charizard
Staryu: Surf~Swift~Ice Beam~Thunder
Halfway completed and we've already seen a wide gamut of talent. But Staryu is out now, and it doesn't look like a slouch either. Immediatly after floating out ot the Audience, Staryu commands a huge wave to rise up and wash out over it! As the wave bears down on the poor starfish, a volley fo starts fly into the behemoth of water. Almost immeditaly before the water crashes into Staryu, an Ice Beam rips through it, following afte the Stars. The water hits and Staryu still floats, unharmed, but the Stars are visibly connected through along snaking ice trail made from the Ice Beam and the water it flew through!
This structure begins to fall though, and just then a Blast of Thunder erupts from the heavens and demolishes the frozen structure. People cheer for the powerful ending, as Staryu zooms away.
#7: Rossymore
Smokescreen~Double Team~Protect~Double-Edge
Following that appeal is Magmarashi. He takes a moment, gathering up how this is going to work. Smoke then envelops him, obscuring him from view. The audience watches with eager eyes, and they are not disappointed. 5 clones are shot to the sky, followed by the true Mag itself. Each clone seems to know where to land, and the 6 of them all dive down toward the water-staggered. Each hit the water, but are protected by what seems to be a Protective barrier on all of them. As they all hit, they ride their barrier over to shore. Mag is the last to hit and Slams into the Protective barrier kind of hard, creating a moment where he is completly enveloped underwater. He bobs back up just as fast though and speeds to shore, complete;y dry. The audience claps, and Mag runs off.
#8: Meloveghosts
Nisashi: Substitiute~Quick Attack+Night Slash~Flash Cannon
The crowd seems a bit subdued, as Nisashi takes center stage. Clamping its claws together, Nisashi is quick to pivot on his left leg and wham, a exact replica appears on his right. The Substitute is then carried over to teh waterfall, and dropped! People watch as the Sub slams into the water, barely holding together. Nisashi then dives after it, so fast that all people truly see is a Crimson Arc smashng it into pieces with dark energy steaming out of the water.
Winning the war with its doppleganger, Nisashi illuminates the battlefied by firing a Flash Cannon into the sky, acting as a beacon for all to see. Sub chunks float to shore, and the audience claps.
#9: Dragonis
Drucilla: Double Team~Twister~Rock Tomb~Giga Impact
In a twist, no one runs out for the next set. Instead, our floodlights focus on the water. At first, nothing, then the audience makes out a dark shape swimming around. One solitary fin pops up and the audience leans in intrigued at this shark that seems to be swimming about. Soon, the main fin sinks....but a new fin speeds up its course around the lake, and 4 more fins emerge with it. It looks like a feeding frenzy tonight. They all stop and seem to be circling around something though.
The sharks all then speed up incredibly fast around this one area and they all start to form an inverted Twister in the water. The Whirlpool begins to open up wide, large enough for the audience to see an ancient Tomb buried underneath the lake. The mystery of what it is doing there soon shatters, as Drucilla Bashes forth, flying toward the open sky-free from her imprisonment! The crowd is taken back by the surprise and applauds, as the water washes back over the anceint relic.
#10: Chris 2.1
Tux: Mist~Growl~Steel Wing~Hydro Cannon
Tux comes out and greets everyone whom wave at the portly penguin. Oddly enough, he sits down on the platform, and flaps his wings rhythmically. A soft Mist begins to envelops the portion of the lake between him and the audience. As we watch, Tux growls low, as if to set a baseline. Then, one wing hits the platform, creating a dullchord that seems to intrigue us. He does it again, over and over and all of a sudden, teh sound begins to grew. Not from Tux, but from everyone in the audience, who begins to clap or slap their thigh in time with the drum beats Tux is making. All of a sudden-Tux stops-and the water gushes up into a twisted spire! Everyone leans back, watchng as teh Pumping water keeps its tendrilic shape, and they scheer, feeling they all helped with the conjuring of the water spirit!
The crowd claps for that last appeal, and Tribal Tux waddles out.

Score: 8.7/10
Fourth round starter, and this one was EXPLOSIVE! Alot of thought went into this one and even though Mephy was fatigued, he pulled it off very well. Congratulations!
#2) Crazy Elf Boy
Score: 8.7/10
Talk about a followup! It had power, it had intrigue, but it seemed to be slightly disjointed. Still a strong appeal and a viable effort from Kimberlly.
#3) Mew Master
Score: 9.0/10
Man! You really kept up the high energy. Powerful attacks, Powerful emotions of protection, detection and elimination! Everyone also appreciates not being railed by meteors though, so I'm glad you did it wothing reason.
#4) Green Lanturn
Score: 8.2/10
I think I knew what you were trying to do, but it was a very difficult scenario. Still. Dynamo was able to execute it well. It's just, there seemed to be less flair even though you had more moves. The substitute was a nice goofy touch, and that helped add personality to it.
#5) Roses are Red
Score: 8.5/10
Didn't think Feebas's could be graceful. But Calypso proved me wrong. It seemed like a sub-par appeal, until she powered up that waterfall..and burst out. almost like a salmon making it to the breeding ground. and then failing epically at the last jump. But Calypso didn't fail her.e It was a great manuvear, and the shattering Light Screen was an added bonus. Great job.
#6) Ultimate Charizard
Score: 8.9/10
I think you saw this coming UC. It was a great idea, show ones mastery over the elements. You held it all together. It even had a bright and flashy finish, but I appreciated the ability to be able to control each one of your moves enough so they worked without overpowering each other. Great job there.
#7) Rossymore
Score: 8.2/10
Kinda went south for you here man. It was a nifty idea, a multi collision with the water ane then they all boogie board back up. It was simple, but it didn't really accentuate any traits. In truth I felt like the Protect-Double Edge part made Mag look like a hamster in a bubble. Still, it wasn't a completely ugly appeal.
#8) Meloveghosts
Score: 8.3/10
Well ok. Here's what I did like. It showed Scizor's attack prowess. It showed his ability to utilize speed in all sorts of dilemmas. It was able to show Scizor in a "new light" not only as a predator, but also as a victor.
But it seemed staged-and I know that this is a contest and all, but it just seemed like Nisashi was attacking a target, like as if you were doing target practice. There didnt seem to be much life to the appeal as a whole, no special touch.
#9) Dragonis
Score: 8.6/10
Not gonna lie. I was gonna count you out. And then you pull this. The beginning had me iffy, we all seen sharks hunt before, But the uncovering and extraction of Dru from the Tomb was exhilarating and beautiful. It all seemed to swim together very harmoniously.
#10) Chris 2.1
Score: 9.1/10
I like the appeal. The crowd liked the appeal, hell they liked HELPING with the appeal. It was a totally new concept off of something so simple! I liked how Nessie was portrayed too, as a water spire. All in all a very well executed appeal

Since you are the Leader Chris, you get to wait as Dragonis starts off.
He commands his Pokemon to do a move toward you.
Ex: He makes Dru use Sword Dance
You then Use a move to add to it, like a combo, or a dance.
Ex: While Sword Dancing, Tux uses Rain Dance to prance around the dancer
Dragonis goes again, then you-and this repeats once more, for a total of three moves per Pokemon..
So, whenever yer ready. It'll be judged on creativity, randomness, adaptiveness (how well you deal with an opponents moves to work in YOUR favor) and audience approval :O.
