Before I begin, just letting everyone know I'm naming Mew Ludwig and Latios Bowie.
Bowie, start off by setting up a Light Screen around Lu and yourself. Then hit CEB's Mew with a Shadow Claw. Finish up by nailling Dr. Who with an Ice Beam.
Ludwig, Fake Out that other Mew first. After that hit Who with X-Scissor. Then hit Mew with a Sucker Punch.
Ok I will be calling my Mew Kekkyoku.
Ok Doctor use Thunder Wave on Bowie, follow with a Perish Song and finish with a Thunder Wave on Ludwig.
Kekyokku start of with Fake Out on Ludwig to get back at him, then use Protect to avoid the Perish Song and finish with Taunt on Ludwig to avoid the Sucker Punch.
Doctor Who: Thunder Wave (Bowie) ~ Perish Song ~ Thunder Wave (Ludwig)
Kekkyoku: Fake Out (Ludwig) ~ Protect ~ Taunt (Ludwig)

Arena: Indigo Stadium
A basic, no-frills arena perfect for an all-out brawl.
The legendary tournament rolls into its second round and the crowd seated in Indigo Stadium waits with bated breath. Last round they were treated to a spectacular show put on by many mighty and powerful legendary Pokémon (though they were just a little sick of Azelf by the end of it); now that the competitors are permitted to bring even mightier legendaries into battle, what sort of exhilirating battles can they expect this time? The second set of battles is the first to kick off, with victorious trainers Crazy Elf Boy and Dragonis taking the field. Four flashes of brilliant red light reveal two Mew, both pink creatures giggling childishly at the audience; a little green Celebi and a much larger Latios also appear, one with each Mew. The four Pokémon hover eagerly above the grass, waiting for their first commands.
Round One: Begin
Before any of the other Pokémon can so much as blink Ludwig is on the move. Its little pink body shoots across the arena, headed straight for a startled Kekkyoku. The other Mew gasps--it was just about to start doing the same thing, but Ludwig reaches it, does a sharp about-face and delivers a hearty smack with its long, slender tail. Kekkyoku sits back and stares, too stunned to react. Taking advantage of his foe's surprise, Bowie closes his eyes and concentrates. A thin, golden-hued haze begins to form in front of the Latios, slowly coalescing into a translucent but fairly solid-looking barrier. Bowie opens his eyes again and gives the screen a once-over to inspect his work; when he is satisfied, he positions himself behind it and waits. Sure, his two opponents are only one-sixth of his size, but he knows full well that they pack a lot of power and doesn't intend to let them use all of it. Doctor Who, in a slightly greener incarnation than usual, is unimpressed. There'll be plenty of time for figuring out a way to smash that barrier later. For now... the little fairy-like Pokémon's antennae sparkle and crackle with a hint of electricity, and it shoots the tiny spark in the blue and gray dragon's direction. It gets completely lost in the shimmering light screen, and at first Bowie thinks that his barrier has protected him from the attack; his muscles seize up and spasm slightly without warning, however, and he curses under his breath as he can feel paralysis taking hold of his body.
Finally having recovered from its previous shock, Kekkyoku calms itself down and then surrounds itself with a bubble of green energy. As soon as the bubble is in place, he turns and nods to Doctor Who, who nods in return and takes a deep breath... that deep breath quickly turns into a gasp of pain as Ludwig rushes across the field again, its little paws temporarily transformed into wicked, bladelike claws shining with a pale, greenish-yellow light. Once, twice it slashes Doctor Who's body, slicing into the Celebi's skin and leaving two deep cuts in the shape of an "X" across its chest.
The two gashes are incredibly painful, and Doctor Who is understandably quite upset with its opponent, but it knows the perfect way to get back at it. Once again the greenth doctor takes a deep breath, filling its lungs with air as it prepares to sing. And sing it does--a gorgeous, flowing melody fills the air around the four battlers, beautiful, haunting, tragic... a song of doom and sorrow that is painful to listen to, and yet Bowie and Ludwig are held in thrall... only Kekkyoku seems to be unaffected and unconcerned, waving its paws wildly inside its bubble as if it is playing air guitar to the tune of a rock-and-roll song. Bowie, watching Kekkyoku's antics, finds himself becoming furious--how dare that little punk play air guitar to such a lovely, sacred song?! He brandishes his own claws, dripping with a malicious energy, and slashes away at the Mew; the green barrier easily deflects each of Bowie's swipes, however, leaving Kekkyoku oblivious to the attack and its partner's singing and free to continue rockin' out.
The last notes of Doctor Who's enchanting song trail off at the same time Kekkyoku's shield vanishes, and now that it sees the barrier gone Ludwig takes its turn to punish its insolent fellow. It watches Kekkyoku closely, waiting for the perfect opportunity for the other Mew to distract itself and so to strike; the opportunity does not come, however. Kekkyoku, instead of attacking, spends its time waving its bottom very rudely at Ludwig and shouting every demeaning thing it can think of in its foe's direction. Ludwig's pink fur bristles angrily, needled by the nasty comments and now just itching to take its revenge. It's too late now, though. Kekkyoku isn't likely to be caught off-guard by another sneak attack this time. Adding insult to injury, the fuming Ludwig finds itself caught off-guard by a surprise thunder wave from Doctor Who. It jerks and twitches in midair before temporarily collecting itself and turning to glare at the grass-type, who simply shrugs and smirks back at it. The Celebi is not smiling for very long--a now highly annoyed Bowie opens his mouth, forming a tiny sphere of bright, blue light between his open jaws. The temperature around him drops as the frigid ball of icy energy takes shape, and then he fires the icy beam straight at Doctor Who. The attack finds its mark instantly and knocks the startled Celebi back a few feet, leaving it shivering uncomfortably from the sudden blast of cold.

Ok Bowie, start off by Protecting yourself from Kekkyoku's taunt. Then nail Who with another Ice Beam. After that try to get that Perish Song stuck in Kekkyoku's head with Psycho Shift.
Ludwig, cut up that other mew with X-Scissor. Then roast Who and his seeds with Flamethrower. Then start an Uproar to drown out Kekkyoku's song.

A basic, no-frills arena perfect for an all-out brawl.
Round Two: Begin
A shield of green energy surrounds Doctor Who as it flies in front of its partner, attempting to block for it. Bowie, too, takes a moment to protect himself, setting up an identical (albeit much larger) barrier. Kekkyoku scoffs at the Latios and peeks out from behind Doctor Who, yelling more nasty taunts and insults at its foe; the insults are every bit as nasty as those it flung at Ludwig, but they seem to slide off of Bowie's shield just as easily as the dragon's claws had slid off of Kekkyoku's earlier. Unfazed and apparently unable to hear Kekkyoku at all, Bowie tries to stretch out a little and loosen up his stiffened limbs. Ludwig tries to take advantage of its doppelganger's distraction--Kekkyoku can keep shouting all it wants, the moron, Bowie can't hear it--but its body seizes up suddenly as it tries to move. Try as it might, it can't fight its paralyzed muscles and is forced to sit where it is, pouting.
Frustrated at its inability to get through to Bowie, Kekkyoku sets up yet another protect to hide behind; it trades places with Doctor Who, now blocking for the Celebi. The resourceful greenth doctor pokes its arm around the shield and flings a few tiny seeds in Ludwig's direction. Ludwig is ready to move this time, though--it opens its mouth and unleashes a stream of intensely hot flames in its foes' direction, incinerating the seeds instantly. The flames continue on in Doctor Who's direction but fizzle out as they reach the barrier positioned in front of it. Bowie is a little luckier. Determined to give that nasty little grass fairy another good hit for getting that eerie song stuck in his head, the Latios flies forward and launches another beam of bright, icy light from its mouth. Kekkyoku moves as fast as it can to keep its shield between Bowie and Doctor Who, but a little bit of the ice beam does manage to strike the Celebi's side before it is deflected. The light, golden barrier in front of Bowie and Ludwig flickers and fades away as Doctor Who cries out and rubs its flash-frozen side.
Doctor Who is much quicker to protect itself this time, not exactly eager to eat another ice beam. As before, Kekkyoku ducks behind its partner. Instead of mocking its foes, however, this time the Mew strikes up a little song of its own. Kekkyoku's song is much lighter and sweeter than Doctor Who's haunting dirge, a lilting lullaby sung especially for its oh-so-clever opponent, Ludwig... the other Mew shakes its head vigorously, unwilling to be duped a second time; the song is just so enticing, though... Ludwig tries to muster enough energy for a good, hearty shout, but before it can so much as open its mouth again its eyelids are drooping and it is curled up on the arena's grassy floor, fast asleep.
Bowie scowls. Poor Ludwig... that stupid Kekkyoku! Those sneaky little floating rats over their and their stupid songs... well, now it's time to give the itty bitty bastards a taste of their own medicine! Bowie shuts his eyes and concentrates as hard as he can, fighting his way into Kekkyoku's mind so that he can establish a mental link with his enemy. The Latios then turns his attention to all he's been forced to suffer so far--the horrible, enchanted song still hanging in the back of his mind, his stiff, uncooperative muscles--and uses his mental link to force whatever he can onto Kekkyoku. He lapses into a trance as he goes, focusing every fiber of his being on his work... and when he comes to, he feels... different. A little better, actually. He waves his arms experimentally--good, they move without a hitch. He still swears he can hear that nagging song in the back of his mind, but he can move. And Kekkyoku, still hiding behind Doctor Who, gasps suddenly and twitches spasmodically. What the...? It could've sworn its limbs were working just fine a few seconds ago...

Ref's Notes
-Protect can't surround two Pokémon, if that's what you were trying to do, CEB, so Kekkyoku and Doctor Who could only sort of block for one another with varying degrees of success.
-Ludwig was fully paralyzed on the first action.
-Ludwig fell asleep before he could use Uproar. (Clearly the RNG likes Bowie more than it likes Ludwig.)
-Unfortunately, Psycho Shift doesn't work on Perish Song, since it doesn't really cause any sort of "status condition". That would've been an awesome strategy had it worked, though.
-Dragonis attacks first next round.
Ok Bowie, start off by setting up a Safequard. Then hit Kekkyoku with a Shadow Ball. After aim an Ice Beam at Dr Who. If either of your opponents use protect, then switch your targets and attacks around. If the both use protect then I want you to do a Dragon Dance.
Lu, try to wake yourself up by Snoreing. If that didn't work then keep using Sleep Talk untill you do wake up. Then, if you can, hit Dr Who with X-Scissor and Kekkyoku with Dark Pulse. Switch targets if either of them use protect, or use Swords Dance if they both do.
Ok Kekkyoku start off with Substitute but what till Doctor Who uses Heal Bell before doing it, then follow with a Sunny Day. Finish with a Synthesis
Doctor use Heal bell to get rid of Kekkyoku's paralysis followed by a Synthesis after Kekkyoku uses Sunny Day and finish with a Safeguard.

Round Three: Begin
A gossamer, golden film materializes in front of Bowie and the snoozing Ludwig, floating wraithlike in the air before them. Bowie nods when he sees his completed safeguards, satisfied with his handiwork; Ludwig fails to notice them entirely and continues to sleep on, mumbling in its dreams. It even continues to sleep as Doctor Who closes its eyes and reaches deep into the spiritual world. Somewhere, off in the distance, the faint but clear chiming of a bell sounds, competing with the strains of the Celebi's song; the ringing of the bell fills Kekkyoku's spirit in particular with new strength, purging the irritating stiffness and twitchiness from its system. And now that it's feeling better, the Mew holds its arms out in front of it and draws upon its own energy. In moments, a Mew made entirely of bright purple psychic energy floats in front of its creator; it floats forward a few inches while Kekkyoku draws back into the shadows. Ludwig sleeps on still, entirely unaware of everything that has transpired so far; it gives a loud snore or two that causes the substitute Kekkyoku to shudder, but remains motionless aside from that.
Bowie finds the false Mew before him rather irritating, and the sooner he can be rid of it the sooner he can get back to the real Kekkyoku. A sphere of shadows forms between the dragon's white palms, growing larger and darker as he prepares to fire. The shadow ball rockets forward and slams into the cat-shaped construct, dissolving it instantly. Kekkyoku frowns as its substitute disintegrates--that would've been handy to keep around a little longer--but focuses on the task at hand. It concentrates once more, mentally pulling every last cloud away from the sun up in the sky and intensifying the light and heat from the great star. Instantly the temperature around the stadium rises; a few members of the audience take a moment to wipe away a little sweat and put on sunglasses. Taking advantage of the increased sunlight, Doctor Who spreads its arms and moves out into the center of the arena, the better to take in the full force of the rays. Its entire body glows a gentle green as it absorbs the sunlight, drawing strength and warmth from it and quickly patching up all of its injuries. The Celebi is beginning to get rather tired, but it feels so good to be able to shake off the effects of those cuts and ice beams that it doesn't really care. Its good mood doesn't last long, however. Luwdig rolls over in midair, still grumbling loudly. It straightens up, floats slowly toward Doctor Who... and lashes out, pounding away at the Celebi's body with its paws and tail. The greenth doctor flinches and tries to pull away, but Ludwig manages to get a few more good hits in before it does.
Adding insult to injury, Bowie blasts another ice beam at Doctor Who. The frosty light strikes the Celebi, quickly counteracting the warmth of the sunlight. Thinking quickly--before one of those ice beams manages to freeze it!--Doctor Who takes a leaf out of the Latios's book and erects a golden, gauzy barrier of its own, protecting both itself and Kekkyoku. Kekkyoku is busy making up for the energy it had to expend to create its short-lived substitute, glowing green just as Doctor Who did before it and basking in the warmth of the sun. And Ludwig, still sleeping and mumbling, sets up its own golden barrier--this one is decidedly more reflective than the thin, filmy ones that currently surround both sides.

A basic, no-frills arena perfect for an all-out brawl.
Round Four: Begin
Ludwig twitches convulsively in its sleep, as if starting forward, but it continues to slumber along. Shaking his head at his sleeping partner, Bowie fires another shadow ball at Kekkyoku; the blob of darkness slams into the Mew and stuns it momentarily, but not so badly that it can't recover well enough to start mocking the snoozing Ludwig again. Kekkyoku floats up close to its foe and whispers a string of nasty insults into Ludwig's ear; Ludwig's twitching becomes more pronounced and it growls angrily in its dreams. All of a sudden, a bright, blinding light blazes through the arena; Kekkyoku has enough sense to shield its eyes, and Ludwig remains completely oblivious to it in its fevered sleep, but Bowie yelps and recoils as the light burns his eyes.
The green barrier that is now all too familiar to the spectators watching the legendary battle appears around Kekkyoku as the Mew makes a bid to keep safe in the last stages of the match. It seems that it needn't have bothered, however--Ludwig is still sound asleep, and Bowie continues to focus his (admittedly quite blurry) fire on Doctor Who. An ice beam strikes the Celebi through its gauzy safeguard; the attack's severe chill causes the grass-type to shiver violently, but at least the safeguard took most of the freezing power out of the blast. It reaches out with its mind and tries to get a good hold on its opponents. Neither one seems all that inclined to move, however, and both Ludwig and Bowie largely ignore the psychic grip.
Another shadow ball flies over the grassy field and careens into Kekkyoku, the darkness exploding as it contacts its target. Frowning, the Mew does its best to ignore the pain and zips straight up, floating up as high as it can in the hopes that it will be able to avoid any more attacks and wait out the coming end in relative safety. Doctor Who, now quite tired, struggles to maintain its hold on its opponents. Bowie fails to care, but at long last the lasting pressure manages to wake Ludwig up from its dreams. Snarling, it looks around for Kekkyoku in an attempt to get back at it--Ludwig hasn't forgotten those nasty insults from before--but, unfortunately, Doctor Who has a fairly firm grip on it and it can't think of a logical way to get itself up to Kekkyoku's height quickly enough... furious, the Mew decides to let its frustration out right here and now. Ludwig's entire body takes on a bright, fire-engine red glow, and without warning a massive wave of energy rockets out from the psychic feline's body. Wave after wave of destructive might washes laterally over the battlefield, shockwaves slamming repeatedly into both Bowie and Doctor Who and battering them violently. A deafening roar echoes around Indigo Stadium as the Mew explodes spectacularly, leaving the ears of all and sundry ringing horribly. The grass beneath the floating battlers goes up in flames and burns away instantly; the podiums that Crazy Elf Boy and Dragonis stand on crack under the pressure. At last the echoes of the resounding boom die away and the dust clears, leaving Bowie and Doctor Who dazed and badly injured on the ground and Ludwig, badly singed and blackened, completely unconscious. Only Kekkyoku, still floating above the blast radius, is unscathed.
Before either the Celebi or the Latios can struggle back into the air, the beautiful, haunting notes of the perish song finally come into their own again. The strains of music grow louder and louder and fill the arena in the wake of the explosion. The music wafts over the three battlers, and while Kekkyoku simply blocks it out (whoo, air guitar!) the notes work their wicked, enchanting magic on Bowie and Doctor Who. The song saps out the last of their energy and they pass out, leaving Kekkyoku alone on the sunny battlefield.

-Psychic's damage was drastically reduced because Who had to struggle to hold two opponents with it.
-Ludwig woke up on the last action.

-Ludwig fainted on the third action due to Explosion; Doctor Who and Bowie fainted on the third action due to Perish Song.
-The match is over and Crazy Elf Boy is the winner. He gets 4 points for winning plus the second round's 2 bonus points for a total of 6; Dragonis gets 2 points as consolation.
