Put FireBlast on Exploud since his SpclAtt ain't great or maybe Earthquake over ShadowBall...

Articuno should have IceBeam, WaterPulse/Roar, AerialAce, Reflect but if u really want a SheerCold dude..Use MindReader, SheerCold, Hail/Toxic, Agility since u MindReader the opponent will switch and get hurt by hail, u can then agility and use the mr/sc combo more..

Kingdra-DragonDance, Surf, Return, RainDance/Rest if u ask me..

Slaking- Go HyperBeam(coz it does more than bs and the recharge is ok due to his trait), SlackOff, BulkUp(coz its pain), Earthquake/ShadowBall
