I'm really sorry, but it seems I won't get enough points to start sharing. If I did share them, I would be giving back presents I already got and that doesn't make sense. Thought I should make a mention about your first offer there, Adrenaline, unlike Magikarp, Feebas requires battle experience as well to be able to evolve (due to having a larger range of moves to use). So just get it into a battle (doesn't have to be a 1 on 1), and once it wins or loses the battle, it'll have experience.
