We begin with the poor, tired Cavalier using much of his health to create a Substitute. He creates a small one but a fired Gunk Shot rips it apart in seconds. Yipes!

Cavalier looks at his shattered Substitute and frowns. He faces Claire who was making another Gunk Shot. He rushes at her and flails madly. He hits into her and because he was in a bad situation. He hit into her and sent her flying. She hits the ground and smacks her head on the floor. She gets up slightly dazed then falls back down. Cavalier smiles then falls onto the ground, all tired out.

The ref teleports down and states the obvious.
"Cavalier...and Claire are unable to battle. The match is a draw! Grey and Charles, please send out your next Pokemon"
They both nod, return their Pokemon and grabs another Pokeball.

Side Notes

1) That's how I ref Endeavor. If the Pokemon is under 15% HP, a maximum of 30% energy can be used to inflict 30% damage. Any higher, and it would have been less. Status Effects boost the power of 5% either way.
