Pyll, this is an easy one! Teleport to get on top of Rage, then pelt him with a double-dose of Thunder Punch! However, if you somehow hit the ground before an earthquake comes, be sure to Counter it!

Round 6

Cheering fans surround this long arena. Not all of it is used for battle though. You must be careful not to hit any of the spectators.

Teleport/Counter ~ Thunderpunch/Counter ~ Thunderpunch/Counter
We begin with Pyll using his magical powers and popping up onto Rage. Rage did a wtf? moment and tried to get Pyll off him. The hunk of fire held on and Rage was getting more annoyed by the minute.
[Rage: -0% health, -2% energy]
*Acc -1, Atk +1, Spd -1, Paralysed*
[Cavalier: -0% health, -8% energy]
*Atk +1, Def +1, Spd -1*
Pyll grinned from his position and collected electrical energy from the air. Rage heard it and thrashed even more until his muscles seized up. Rage couldn't move and Pyll thought that wasn't so bad. He aimed his fist. Rage, in his...rage...had a brainwave. In order to get Pyll off him...he just simply fell on top of him. The crowd gasped as Pyll was crushed by Rage's huge weight. Rage had even tried to do it at speed as a sort of crush Earthquake slam. Rage lfted himself off Pyll who's fist lost all electrical power.
[Rage: -0% health, -4% energy]
*Acc -1, Atk +1, Spd -1, Paralysed*
[Pyll: -20% health, -5% energy]
*Atk +1, Def +1, Spd -1*
Pyll got up and shook his head to remove all of those stars flying around his head. He powered up another fist and then fell over when the ground shook violently. The crowd gave out a cry as the ground beneath them also shook. Pyll got his footing and punched the great sea serpent...who can somehow survive without water.
[Rage: -26% health, -8% energy]
*Acc -1, Atk +1, Spd -1, Paralysed*
[Pyll: -18% health, -5% energy]
*Atk +1, Def +1, Spd -1*
Team of Charles (OOOOOOOOOX)
[Rage]
[M]
48% HP
70% EN
*Paralysed (1 more round), Accuracy -1, Attack +1, Speed -1*
Team of Gray (OOOOOOOOOX)
[Pyll]
[M]
46% HP
65% EN
*Attack +1, Defense +1, Speed -1*
Side Notes
1) That tends to happen a lot when one opponent is on top of another. Pokemon have minds you know. They can think for themselves sometimes!
2) You're both here to kill the other aren't you?
3) Grey and Pyll to issue attacks

Wait... how was Rage able to damage Pyll with that fall? If Pyll was on top of Rage, then he should not've all-of-a-sudden been underneath him when the fall came. The only way I can see this happening the way you described was if Rage somehow fell backwards, which requires force to do, and since Rage was fully paralyzed that turn, then there's no way for him to be even able to do that.
Notwithstanding, if you're going to say that Rage would act on his own and fall, then why can't Pyll act on his own and simply jump off?

Yah, Pyll was on the behind bit of Rage so Pyll didn't have much choice as to where to go. If you think about it, if Pyll had jumped off then he would still be behind the falling Gyarados. When you can't move, you can still fall over by disrupting your centre of gravity. Rage tried to put some speed into it but was restricted by paralysis. You still fall faster the longer the fall though so there was some speed involved.
