Murkrow - OzKrow - Female
Special Notes - Is white with blue eyes instead of black.

Primeape - OzPrime - Male
Special Notes: Nil.

If I am beaten, my Pokemon go to Adrenaline. If I win, the points go to the ref and I find someone worthy for my Pokemon.

DQ 1 Week.

Arena is my classic Bouncy Castle. But the bouncy castle is in a field. I'm sure you can look up the bouncy castle properties in the Gym Leader Tower.

Alright I am going to start off with Jacob, my shiny female Lapras! Lapras I think we can take him we will have to try our best. For our first attack I would like you to Ice Beam the Murkrow, then follow it up with Toxic, and finish with a Shock Wave, that way we have a move that wont miss, a status inflictor, and a powerful move to hit off the battle with a bang!!

Alright anyways. Alright I have never done a melee battle, herefor it will be that much harder. I am scee-rewd. Attacks.

Alright I send out Jacob my male shiny Lapras, and I am taking a risk here, but Go Fredrick, my male Absol!

Jacob's Attacks~
Alright Jacob, first we are going to go all out on OzKrow. Ice Beam, Shock Wave, Ice Beam

Use Toxic-Psycho Cut-and Aerial Ace all on OzPrime!

OzKrow. First, use Agility to get on the back of Lapras' neck. It certainly can't turn it's head 180 to hit you. Secondly, keep holding onto Lapras's neck so the shockwave will get you both. Toxic it if you can. Finally, keep on it's neck where it can't get you and drill peck into that fleshy neck.

OzPrime, Double Team to avoid Toxic. Then jump on Absol's back with a some close combat and smash the back of it's head with Cross Chop.

OzKrow starts the battle of by being speedy. Very speedy. So speedy that she zips right past Jacob's attempt to nail her with an Ice Beam. She flies quickly to the Lapras and lands right on his neck, digging in slightly with her claws. They don't exactly hurt Jacob, but he definitely looks annoyed.

Meanwhile, OzPrime is facing off against Frederick, and quickly makes himself some clones to avoid the upcoming attacks. He looks proud of himself at making five clones, and it's a lucky thing too, because Frederick starts spewing out some nasty poison towards him. OzPrime just smirks as one of his clones disappears, letting the poison sizzle on the bouncy castle. The ooze doesn't penetrate (the castle IS indestructible), but it's slowly sliding down the grooves in the castle floor and still poses a threat.

Jacob's nowhere near this, being focused on the Murkrow attached to his neck. Thinking fast, she charges up a special small ball of electricity, firing it away from her and OzKrow. The smart ball of electricity arches around as it homes in on OzKrow, and Jacob ducks his head just in time for the sphere to smash into the annoying bird, dislodging her. Jacob feels a bit of the electricity spark back into him, but its worth it to be rid of the bird. Unfortunately with no reason to focus on holding on anymore, OzKrow conjures up her own store of toxins and spews it all over Jacob, directly hitting him. Jacob feels the pain of the poison start to sap his health.

Frederick is in his own little predicament, having 5 Primeapes running at him. Taking a wild guess, he charges his horn with Psychic energy and lashes out at one as it gets close enough. He's pleasantly surprised to see the Primeape he aimed at tumble backwards from the hit, as the rest of the Primeape scatter around their fallen original. Getting up, they all rush forward again before one of them pummels right into him, hitting his weak spot. Before he realizes what's happened, he has a little monkey rider in the form of OzPrime.

Jacob and OzKrow aren't noticing this, however, as OzKrow goes in for a close-up once again and nails Jacob right in the neck once more, her beak drilling with energy. Jacob is sick and tired of being prey to some kind of vampire bird, and twists his neck as much as he can before charging up another beam of ice at OzKrow. Unfortunately he can't twist enough, but it does graze the bird, enough to give it chills at least. Unfortunately Jacob has the burns...of poison, anyway.

OzPrime hasn't been slacking, though. He wasted almost no time upon leaping onto Frederick to give him a nice chop across the back of his neck. Furious and in pain, Frederick charges his horn again, then leans his head backwards and upside down as he slashes the monkey off of him with a windy blow. OzPrime goes tumbling, but his clones gather around him again as everyone prepares for the next round.

Just curious if there's a Damage Cap on this, since it's not a Gym Battle.

Also, my head hurts. Maybe taking on a melee battle to ref wasn't the smartest idea...

OzKrow start off with a Thunderwave on that Lapras. Keep attacking it from behind. Big thing can't move well on the castle haha. Go with an Arial Ace on Absol and finish off with a Drill peck to the back of Lapras' neck. Make a wound.

PrimeOz start off with a Focus Blast to Absol. Follow up with a Stone Edge on Lapras. Smash the back of it's head with it. DO NOT attack it head on. Finish off with a Vaccum Wave on Absol.

Alright, Jacob, they are absolutly correct that you wont be able to move much, but seeing as it IS a BOUNCY castle, you can bounce. You have flippers. Stay exactly where you are and Protect yourself from the thunsderwave. Then use your weight and flippers to help you get in the air, using the bounciness of the bouncy castle. Once your bouncing, use aqua tail in a defensive pattern to deflect all the stones from stone edge right at OzKrow. OzKrow should be pretty mad after that suprise, so keep playing with her until she gets real close and unleah your ice beam fury right in her face, as she is coming in for her Drill Peck.

Now, Fredrick. we are going to start off the same as our friend Jacob over there, using Protect against Focus Blast. Then start bouncing along with Jacob, and use Shok Wave to blast OzKrow backwards, hopefully disorienting her enough to stop her attack. Then bounce up one more time and try to dodge Vacuum Wave and charge up a Psycho cut, then come back down hard with it all on OzPrime, hopefully not getting one of the clones, and the actual OzPrime.

The second round starts off with both of Adrenaline's Pokémon putting up a Protect barrier. OzKrow fires off a small amount of electric energy that dissipates on Jacob's screen. OzPrime, however, takes time to charge up a heavy blow, launching himself at Frederick. The attack impacts the Protect screen, but Frederick has to put out some extra energy to keep the move from hitting. As the screens fade, Jacob winces as he feels the poison tick away some more health.

With both screens down, OzKrow turns her attention to Frederick for a moment, angling herself accurately. She flies in quickly and smacks Frederick with a moderate blow before flying away. OzPrime, too, has switched targets and hardens the side of his fist to the likeness of stone. He moves around Jacob and bounce-charges him, slashing across the back of his head.

Jacob is reeling in pain, but focuses as he tries to bounce his way up to where OzKrow is, charging his tail with aquatic energy. Unfortunately, no matter how much he flails his fins, his body is just too heavy to get to bounce up that way. He sighs, energy wasted with charging his tail, then cringes as the poison continues to hurt him. Frederick, however, is light enough that he successfully starts bouncing in his area. He charges up with electricity and fires a homing ball of it at OzKrow, who can't evade and takes the hit. Unfortunately for Frederick, as he comes down from that, some of the poison that he had launched last round came up to meet him. It seeps into his fur, giving him a small bit of poison.

As Frederick comes down once more, he suddenly gets sideswiped by a super-speedy Primeape, knocking his bouncing off balance a bit but he manages to stabilize himself. Jacob meanwhile is taking advantage of the Shock Wave on OzKrow and fires a beam of ice her way. OzKrow is fast, but not fast enough to dodge the beam entirely. She takes most of the hit, even as she angles in for her own attack.

Charging her beak with spiraling energy again, she aims for the spot she was in last time, the back of Jacob's neck. Luckily for her, the repeated attacks in the same spot have weakened that area and Ozkrow manages to find the right spot to knock in a little extra damage. Jacob squeals in pain, not just from the drill to the neck but also the harsher poison she's feeling. Frederick doesn't notice his partner getting beat up, as he's focusing on charging his horn with psychic energy mid-bounce. He angles his body and falls straight towards a Primeape. Unfortunately he cuts right through the clone, and continues bouncing, even as he feels the effect of the poisoning he got.

The toxic splatter is mostly gone, some being absorbed into Frederick and some falling off the end of the castle. Frederick is bouncing, but Jacob failed to do the same.

Maybe if Lapras didn't weigh about 220 kgs (485 lbs), the bouncing tactic might've worked for Jacob as well.

It has now been a week since the ref was posted, and therefore Adrenaline has passed the DQ time limit.

Andrew: You may take the DQ to clear a battle spot or you may opt to wait for Adrenaline; whichever your choice, please post here and let me know. Unfortunately, since not a single Pokémon has dropped below 55% HP, you cannot claim it as a victory. However you can open up a battle spot so you can find another person to battle for those two Pokémon, if you want.
