As we all have suddenly gained a growth spurt in the amount of busyness in RL, I've decided that it would be foolish to try and continue the Grand Festival. I know that I should have eliminated stragglers and what not-but that may have offset some contests and what not.

Now, don't think you all are going home empty handed, no no no. I'm giving every participant in the Grand Festival 5 points to claim, because you were willing to stick with it for this long. So if you participated in the Grand Festival-feel free to claim those points.

Note-this does not apply to people who signed up for the Festival, but then withdrew .

In any event, October is coming and there will be a Contest for October-so I hope to see signups and maybe a Contest Ref? Details to be posted later.

-Oh and if yer wondering, I'm giving myself 5 points for the Contest as well. S'only fair. Ok guys later. OLD MAN LOGAN!!

It's not that I'm lazy, it's just that they are quite a pain to ref. I'll ref them if they are implanted but the matches will take longer to ref then usual...I think.

Alright, there's something I've been wanting to do for a while now, something that I drew in inspiration from seeing Andrew do it a couple of times...a battle versus all of ASB.

If I decided to do this, there wouldn't necessarily have to be an equal amount of Pokemon on both sides (e.g. if I used 20 Pokemon, and my opponents used a total of 20 Pokemon), right? I can understand how complicated these things are to set up, as well as to ref, Darkly, since I noticed you reffed that last battle Andrew had against the whole of ASB, could I possibly have your opinion on this idea, please?

Most anything is possible, KOT. You'd just need a ref, and people who won't hold up the battle cause having a massive battle takes a good level of activity.

Id also have to figure out point values again >>...But yeah, that's all it would take, really.

Warning you now though, its a painstaking amount of work for both the single battler and the Ref, so be sure you are up to it. Andrew made it a bit easier by splitting it up in three arenas, thereby lessening the focus on every Pokemon. If you choose to have it in one arena, then you'll have to be more patient in your own decision making. Cause you'll lose your mind. Back to being incapacitated....:asses out from Nyquil::

If I did this kind of battle, I'd probably split it into more arenas (maybe twice as many, I dunno), since I believe my team is larger than Andrew's. I mean, with having more than one arena, I could assign certain Pokemon to an arena that they'd not have too much difficulty battling in (although, not necessarily for each Pokemon I use, if I was to set up this thing someday).

But if I tried this and got a ref, would you possibly be my best bet (just curious, that's all)? I know I haven't had a battle of mine reffed by you in awhile, besides liking your reffing style (not the best, but it certainly is up there as one of my favourite reffing styles) and all.

But I think I might be able to pull this off without too much complication...if Andrew could do it, so can I, even though I'm going to wait until my two battles are over until I even think of making this idea come into the light.

Being the most devoted ASBer, that's something that you have to live up to; which reminds me, when will the next ASB awards be?
