Interesting bit of information: Tampons (well... at least the applicators) are very convenient to use for taping up a dog's ears if they have been cropped and they aren't standing up. Seriously, just put the tube in the dog's ear and tape it up!! Actually its the only thing I have ever used them for!! lol There is still half a box in the cupboard from about 3-4 years ago when my dog had her ears cropped.

Just seemed appropriate considering the odd randomness of this thread.
