Pre-Battle

The sun is shining, birds are singing, and two pokemon are beating the hell out of one another. Katty-did looks like it’s barely alive, while Elekid, although having taken a beating, is still going strong.

Battle

Finally having enough of racing around trying to blast the annoying electric rugrat, Katty-did decides to do the lazy thing, and take a nap part way through the battle.

Only for it to catch a rather nasty fire punch to the face. Fortunately for it, the healing managed to kick in before the punch did, but it still hurt like a bitch.

Elekid growls in irritation, having missed the chance K.O. the annoying insect. He winds up, first charged for another swing.

Only to cop, would you believe it, ANOTHER Solar Beam at point blank. What were the odds!? Blinking for a moment, Elekid let’s out a shriek of fury before delivering another fire punch. This time, Katty-did stays down.

Realising that his opponent was finally down, Elekid let out a cry of joy. Only to cringe as the poison burned him. Seems Katty-did left him something to remember it by. Not to mention he’s in lousy shape.
