Gaia jumped back and relaxed, even as Lina hopped out to replace Shade. Lina stretched and calmed down for her initial hype. This grassy Pokemon seemed easy to deal with, since it was just lying about.

Gaia was not having this color-challenged kung-fu smurf be th end of her, no way no how. She summoned a deluge of rock and hurled it at Lina. Lina finally stopped that stretching exercise and flickered. The Tomb landed, but it struck a clone. Gaia looked around in horror as there were 7 Rioku's running around, creating this yellow blur of movement!

No. She couldn't let them get ahead of her. She backflipped and began to make a break for it. The Riolu's all gave chase, but Gaia was pretty damned fast. Doesn't help Riolu any that there's two of them still. Since they couldn't catch up, they didn't waste the time to charge up their Blaze kick.

Gaia and her clone stropped running, and she hunched over. Completely exhausted again, she watched as the two of them were full surrounded by this gaggle of yellow danger. She eyed them carefuly, hoping to catch one idea of whom the real one was...or some sort of edge. But nothing stood out.

Gaia stayed in a hunched over pose, as Lina flipped around once more. Her speed now matched Gaia's, something Gaia was not too keen about. But, she bided her time, knowing she might be able to at least gain an edge.

Gaia watched carefully as the Riolu's stopped their dashing and came in for a fiery hellion series of kicks. Since there were 7 of them, Gaia and her clone were both struck. Gaia fell back, feeling the heat. Kipping back up, Gaia just ran forth and slashes Lina's face. Lina hissed at the strike, as the clones faded away.

Gaia took a minute to focus herself. This little Riolu was really nerve grating. She tried to slow down the little ninja with the grasses in the area, but she was flipping and dodging the strands with a heightened level of Agility.

Pissed that Lina was so nimble now, Gaia moved in as fast as she could to punch Lina, Lina anticipated the incoming Punch and countered with with a flaming roundhouse that deflected the Punch and weakened its effect on her. Gaia though cried out as her hand was burned from that kick. She bounced back and shook her hand hastily.

Not allowing Lina to get away unscathed, Gaia shot a stream of Seeds directly at Lina. No games. Lina ran right for them and tried to evade every single one. Needless to say, she got close, but was blasted halfway though. Lina then used the blast to propel forward and swing her chopping hand. Gaia was a foot out of range however.

Again, Gaia was winded, but she sat down and focused on saving her energy. While she focused, Lina bounced to and fro, until 4 Linas surrounded Gaia. But Gaia smirked and held up one finger. Lina growled, because that finger pointed directly at the real one-and began to glow blue...

Lina crouched a tad as Gaia sprang up and dove for her. Lina tried to grab Gaia's arm and twist it so the attack wouldn't hit, but Gaia swiftly kicked her right foot up, catching her off guard with that flying strike. With Gaia's arm still locked in her grasp, Lina growled and delivered a nasty Chop to it, Gaia falling backwards and rolling on the ground-holding her arm.

Gaia stopped rolling and rubbed her arm. She turned though, realizing Lina was not in sight. A fiery kick came crashing on her gut and she coughed loudly. Venomous toxins sprayed from her mouth and covered Lina's leg-soaking in. Lina bounced back, wondering if she broke a rib or two.

Gaia stood up, squinting her eyes to get a better look at Lina. She'd been fighting so long on so low of energy that she was bleary eyed. But Lina seemed to be stationary. Good. Gaia closed the distance rapidly and tried for a series of punches to Lina's chest, Lin blocked every one, Protecting her self from the Worry Seed that was in Gaia's hands trying to place it on her body.

Pissed she couldn't get her seed planted on Lina, Gaia ropped back. Lina didn't cut her any slack and roundhoused her with a flaming kick of what she perceived to be justice. Gaia spun in the air before landing on her face. She came to a stop and barely relaxed then, trying to focus enough to attack once more.

Gaia was then introduced to a second kick as Lina kneed Gaia so hard the ground cratered beneath them. Lina bounced off of Gaia, and watched as the little plant monster weakly flung its hands up, as if asking for health. A small thud caught Lian's attention and she looked to the left. There was a Seed there. She looked up, and the rest of the rain of terror seeds fell from the skies, barreling her left and right with no mercy. Lina fell back, hurt hard, but Gaia was the worse for wear-as her stomach was badly burned.

Not done yet, Classy revels her second battler finally. A small bird flies in, ready to harm Lina worse than she ever dreamed. Lina doesn't like the looks of that and quickly splits into 5 clones. Shocked at Lina's speed, Chasan decides to even the field.

A bunch of cloudy debris float off his wings and soon both Pokemon are in a deep Haze. Strangely, Lina finds it comforting, and relaxes. She didn't notice her clones were gone.

Lina lies down, and quietly decides to slumber. But, as she Dreams there, seems to be a black hole that keeps tugging at her, forcing her to run away from danger at every turn in her dream. Its weird, cause it comes in the form of black flappy clouds.

Lina now decides to try fighting, even though she's asleep. Chasan is pre-emptivly smacked by a fleet footed Lina. Lina lands and holds her head unknowingly right after as a wash of Air cuts at her scalp. Without her boost from before, it felt so much stronger to be hit by things now.

Lina still snoozes away, and Chasan tries to take a superb advantage, sucking away at those nummy dreams! Lina rolls around angrily, and strikes out at Chasan with a surprising move! Chasan swirls backwards, struck hard from that Ice Punch.

Lina reverts to a sitting position, and the fist changes elements. Eyes shoot open and Lina lashes out in rage at Chasan. Chasan barely had time to recover from the Ice Punch and erect a shield that was able to buffer the Thunderpunch that came his way.

Lina doesn't give and continues punching and pounding at the shield. The shield gives way-to Chasan's fright and he's punched by Lina pretty hard. Chasan bounces back-feeling his body tense up here and there. No paralysis though.

Chasan rights herself and slowly begins to soar toward Lina. The little Riolu sits down, oddly tired now. Riolu barely registers her danger before she is complelty floored by the attack!
