can someone take the HG/SS rival here and give him the following ttune ups:

make the clothes the same but all white. make hair blonde. give him two bracelets and a necklace. all of which are black and has a green gem. then to top it all off, give him a couple floating pokeballs with tht green psychic energy all around around him and the pokeballs.
