Midnight had about enough of this guy an his cloney tricks. She waited until the little Riolu had crafted a second Statue made from sand, before she ran over and stole it for herself. Riolu stared in dumbfoundedness, how the hell could she do that! It was HIS!

Robbed quite mercilessly, Riolu decided to destroy his own creation. With nothing but his fists, he went to town on that statue, trying to break it down. He gained nothing from Punching his likeness, and well, Midnight didn't even want to watch. So, under the warm sand she went.

Finally! Some piece and quiet. Midnight listened and heard what she though was the last of the Substitute shatter as it was hit by some strange force. She burrowed up and surprised attacked Riolu, tackling him down and scratching him up a lil.

The wily little Eevee looks around from the Substitute, as Riolu thought about its predicament. Feeling that the Eevee had enough of an advantage, he jumped up and slammed his fist into the ground. Midnight thought that maybe by increasing its odds, it could overpower Riolu. No go, as its clones AND Sub were effectively wiped out by that Earthquake.

Unhappy that two pieces of defense were stolen in one move, Midnight began to wag her tail all squishycuddly like. Riolu walked around the Eevee, guard down for the moment. But since Eevee was not attacking, there was no need to Counter anything..

Still ready to rumble, Midnight flicked a handful of sand in Riolu's face. Riolu winced, but he sat down and just wiped his eyes.

Riolu stayed seated, as the little Eevee wandered over, Seeing no movement from the blue smurf, Midnight yawned right in his face. Instead of punching her in the mouth, Riolu just, kinda nodded his head, and sat in a curled up position. Then he went to sleep.

Completely defenseless, Riolu just slep there. The hits to his back via Midnight's Swift didn't even register, since he was so tired from his fight already.

Midnight then ran across his back, her claws cutting him up pretty bad. Riolu seemed to wiggle and move, but nothing more.

Midnight laughed, she thought this was going to be hilariously easy. But one of Riolu's eyes opened. No sir, this fight was not over yet.

Staying on the ground was beneficial, and Riolu kept on doing what felt good. Why stop, you know? Midnight wasn't sure if he was awake or asleep,. so to be safe, she went on the defensive, making a swarm of Eevees for him to fend off.

Riolu stretched and the Eevee's tensed up. But no, he didn't move anymore. Smirking,the furry swarm all went in to beat him down. Riolu had different ideas, as he slammed his fists and feet into the ground, causing a tantrum quake, that knocked them off their feet.

Midnight was so pissed off by this danged Riolu that she let out all her Frustration out on it. She bit, clawed, scratched, bumped, any and everything to try and tear this fiend down.

Riolu finally pushed her away and threw out a Wave of energy so fast she wasn't sure if he hit her with his fist or a fighting wave blast! She rolled backwards and shook her head, knowing right now, she better cool it.

Midnight sneered, and stared at Riolu, before getting ready to provide us with more trickery. However, another sonic speed blast struck her and knocked her flat on her rump. She cried out, and landed oddly, but was able to spin and turn it into a dashing move that split her into 3 eevees.

Pissed, and yet feeling tired, Midnight tried to take herself a rest, But Riolu was moving in for the kill, and a second strike was attempted. But it smashed a clone. Eevee smiled, glad that attacked missed. The rest was here! ..A lil...

Staying still, Midnight and her clone looked like two cute little Eevee kids resting after a hard day. Riolu, frustrated with this damn furball, struck a third time at the group, and managed another successful hit! Midnight rolled over, still asleep, but visibly pained. It looked like she's completly out of energy as well.

Mid night hopped up on her feet and glared at Riolu. But her eyes were still closed. Riolu watched with anxious eyes, and then he rolled on his back as Eevee flew into him, taking him down pretty hard.

Midnight woke up, and begin still very close to Riolu, tagged him hella fast. Riolu fell backwards from the second strike, and smiled. His fists glowing could only mean one thing. As he landed, he sent a tremor throughout the area, tripping Eevee up and finally knocking it out of this match.

Recalling her second defeated Pokemon, Ayeun sighed. She could not lose now, this was her turnaround match. So, she releases a Ralts! The little Psychic stretches a bit, her feet liking the sand. Riolu slinks back, that was a Pokemon he was hoping on NOT seeing. Made him a lil nervous, really.

Ralts smirked, and then felt a strange kinship with Riolu.

Didn't help that Squirt wanted to play, and so made 4 copies to play with.

Glowing with glee, the 5 Pokemon walked toward Riolu, whom began to crawl away from them. But they suddenly gave chase, and then tripped and fell and flew and jumped. They jumped and seemed to be all sorts of calm, freaking out Riolu. So he dove at one of them, but it was a clone. This was getting dangerous. Fast.

But the Ralts squad was nowhere near done. Now they began to make faces at Riolu and encircle the poor lil fighter. He held his head, feeling all sorts of confused. Falling over, Riolu just stayed put, not even able to relax, cause he was freaking out so bad.

Still dazed, Riolu knelt to the ground, whispering words of encouragement to himself. Maybe he was hearing words in his head? We can't say for sure. All we know is that he went kinda of crazy and went to beat down a Ralts, but only ended up fighting sand.

Squirt went to subdue the raging fighter, a hefty Psychic attack crippling the Pokemon to the ground.

Breathing hard, Riolu then turned toward the last two Psychics. He could do this. Or not. He fell on the ground, completely exhausted...even though I'm sure he could have done more. Squirt wasn't even paying him any mind. She was too busy staring off into the future of life..how something bright would assail from the heavens.

Riolu stayed put, even as a hair raising wave of Psychic energy ran through him. He hated Psychics, he really did.

Riolu winced, knowing this might hurt more than he'd like. But he began to hack. Welling deep inside him was a nasty vile Toxic that he hurled after it got too big for his body. The Ralts twins silently hummed, trying to lull him to sleep. But the lull was disrupted when the Toxic hit Ralts all in the face!

Riolu was just inches from sleep though...naa he was there.

Riolu didn't fall down though. He stayed standing and even began running backwards. Rats, peeved it was hit first off, was not about to let this Riolu stage some sort of comeback. A Psychic wave of considerable magnitudewas released, knocking Riolu down and out.

Out came a Growlithe, who was eager to put an end to this match, as well as run about on the sands. It enjoyed the warm beams of light and even used that quick release to construct a veil of light over its body. T he veil took soe time though, and within that time, Ralts was able to heave a glob of Toxic goo that partially hit the fire pup.

Still, Growlithe didn't min the first hit, as he ran in toward Ralts. The Psychic felt a bit unsure of its fate now, as Hypnotic waves seemed to just bounce off of the pup as it gained on her. Growlithe lunged and knocked Ralts down before sinking its teeth into her legs.

With this pup awake.....Squish's attack was doomed to failure! She didn't even attempt to try it as she was crunched and tossed aside like a crappy unsqueaky chewtoy.

Eager to continue his biting run on Squish, Growlithe went to sink his teeth in. But he found himself unable to move. Jaws locked open, Squish backed away from that dangerous mouth, and kept Growlithe that way until she was safely a few yards away.

Squish released the grabbing maneuver, and Growlithe continued onward, as if he never missed a beat. Squish threw a Psychic blast in front of her, which bounced Growlithe backwards. The pup got up again and shook off that strike.

Squish was then re attacked, and Crunched once more. This pup wanted blood!

Squish watched as Growlithe now wasted more energy on a Safeguard. While the pup spent energy on that, the Mud-Slap that Squish kicked in Growlithe's face pissed that pup off. He growled, and tried to get that tuff out of his eyes.
