Before I ref the next round, Kyuu, can you please tell me your Barboach's ability?

Alright, thank you Kyuuketsuki, here we go.

    Darth CookieMonster vs Kyuuketsuki
    Reffed by Knight of Time

    Location: The Hologram

DQ: 1 week (the default time for a battle if it's not listed)

    Banned moves: none

    Round 5

    Pre-Round Stats:

    Darth CookieMonster:
    OO

    Hiyru the Trapinch (M, shiny)
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Health: 51%
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Energy: 13%
Sunny Day ~ Toxic ~ Solarbeam
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
Status: Badly poisoned...but glad to be one down and one to go

    Kyuuketsuki:
    OX

    Barboach (F)
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Health: 100%
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Energy: 100%
    Ability: Anticipation
Hydro Pump ~ Earthquake ~ Earthquake
    Status: Ready to go!

The battle is momentarily paused as Kyuuketsuki runs over to the fallen Wartortletwo. Recalling his defeated Wartortle, he turns to the virtual pond near him, and goes over to it, his second Pokeball in hand. Opening up the Pokeball just above the pond, he sends out his second Pokemon, a female Barboach, into the pond, where she happily swims about for a moment before taking a battle stance, indicating her readyness as the battle continues. Barboach is quick to get the jump on Hiryu, continuing her predecessor's watery assault as she shoots off a Hydro Pump on Hiyru, this time around the blast of water hurts the Trapinch a bit more due to it being powered up by the rain...however, this is not to last, as Hiyru brings back the heat to the arena, using a Sunny Day which makes short work of the rain from earlier.

    Hiyru: -17 Health, -6 Energy
    Barboach: -10 Energy

With things getting warm around here again, Barboach changes her tactics. Thrusting herself as hard as she can toward the bottom of the pond, Barboach gets off an Earthquake that travels quickly through the pond, before rattling Hiyru a bit and knocking him down. Though the pain does still show its mark on him, the Trapinch is still able to slowly get to his feet again, and his retaliation comes in the form of a Toxic that lands in the pond Barboach is in. Despite breaking up in the pond, Barboach still feels the pain of the toxins as the poison begins to take over the pond.

    Hiyru: -10 Health, -6 Energy
    Barboach: -10 Energy, poisoned

Not liking that she's now swimming in a poisoned pond, Barboach angrily slams into the bottom of the pond again, setting off another Earthquake that gives a second rattling to Hiyru, making the Trapinch fall over again. Hiyru is able to get his bearings back though, and he quickly prepares a Solarbeam. Barboach, seeing just what this means, prepares to stand her guard as best as she can, before the Solarbeam strikes her, albeit not quite at full power, but still painful. The round isn't without its wincing moments however, as both Barboach and Hiyru wince in pain from their respective poisonings.

Hiyru: -17 Health (the combination of the Earthquake hitting and the damage caused as a result of the energy conversion caused damage caps at 13 damage, but the Toxic damage came after, as it did 4 damage this round)
Barboach: -19 Health (16 from the Solarbeam, -3 from the poison), -10 Energy

    Stats After Round 5:

    Darth CookieMonster:
    OO

    Hiyru the Trapinch (M, shiny)
[IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Health: 7% (again, damage caps were used before the Toxic damage came in)
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Energy: 0%
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
Status: Badly poisoned (4% this round, 6% the next round)

    Kyuuketsuki:
    OX

    Barboach (F)
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Health: 81%
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Energy: 70%
    Ability: Anticipation
Status: Poisoned (3% each round), not liking the pond right now

    Notes:

-Sunny Day will last two more rounds unless otherwise changed.

-Due to the Toxic landing in the pond and breaking up, it only caused regular poison to Barboach. Still, when I ref regular poison, it takes off 3% each round. But now, the pond is poisoned, for the rest of the battle.

-With the ability Anticipation in use, any supereffective moves that strike Barboach won't strike for the full amount of damage, being weakened just a little. That's why Barboach "stood" her ground against Hiyru's Solarbeam.

-Darth CookieMonster, you have the first move for the next round.

    Earthquake ~ Earthquake ~ Earthquake
Status: Poisoned (3% each round), not liking the pond right now

The round begins as Hiryu begins to collect the required sunlight for what looks like his final Solarbeam in this battle, as it begins forming in his mouth quickly thanks to the sunlight, Barboach takes a defensive stance, as the Solarbeam hits her. Unfortunately for Hiryu, the Solarbeam's usage still costs him some health due to his lack of energy, as one last Earthquake from Barboach rattles him, bringing him down. Despite the Trapinch's defeat, Barboach winces in pain, as the poison in the pond saps a little more strength from her.

    Hiyru: -7 Health
Barboach: -19 Health (16 from the Solarbeam, 3 from the poison), -10 Energy

    Stats After Round 6:

    Darth CookieMonster:

    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Health: 62%
    [IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII] Energy: 60%
    Ability: Anticipation
    Status: Poisoned (3% each round)

    Notes:

-Sunny Day will last one more round unless otherwise changed.

Hiyru is unable to battle! Darth CookieMonster must now send out his second Pokemon, then Kyuuketsuki, you'll have the first move for the next round.

He posted in the Absence Tower, so it'd be better to wait until he returns, because people that post there don't want to be DQed during a time of absence, or in the event of a ref posting to say they're going to be away, the latter is a sign you would have to get a sub-ref.

But, I have plenty of time to ref this, so no worries.

Well, I don't like to double post, but this waiting for Kyuuketsuki has gone long enough, I'm afraid I have to DQ you Kyuuketsuki.

    Good battle nonetheless guys.

    Darth CookieMonster gets 2 points.
Kyuuketsuki gets 1 point despite being DQed.
I get 2 points for reffing.
