I have the book for the Wheel of Time rpg and the only module printed for it. It's basically like D&D 3.0 with weaker overall magic and extremely few magic items. In general the classes and casting of weaves is well handled though I probably would've gone with something more akin to psionics than the vancian based system they used for the One Power.
Aside from near complete lack of support for the system it is pretty good. The module (Prophecies of the Dragon) is one of the best ones I've ever read. Lots of variety and good locale designs. I modified parts of it to use in a D&D game or two.
