Being the meany as you are, you order Sneasel and Poliwrath to gang up on one of the Swablu to make it scream. They do so, and most of them fly away, but you were able to grab one. It doesn't scream, instead, it used Aerial Ace to escape from harm, as both of your Pokemon are pulled back. This tough Swablu looks like it's ready for more. What would you like to do?

Poliwrath, use Hypnosis! Then, use a Hydro Pump while Sneasel uses a Scratch! Then, Poliwrath, put it to sleep again, and do the Hydro Pump + Scratch combo again. If it looks really bashed up, then toss a Great Ball at it. If it looks just fine, then do the combo one more time before tossing a Great Ball.

If the Great Ball fails or works, leave and keep exploring.
