Hmm, well, looking at the list, Chris 2.0 has 40-some catches, so I'm guessing he's the one that has the most.

First catches? Blade, everytime I see your name I see it next to an evolved form :O. Those really aren't first catches, but rather first Evo's owned by a trainer, which I think you have 8 of.

I'm starting to think first catches should have been first acquisitions, as don't forget now guys that with the Safari Zone, we can catch the final form of a Pokemon without having to raise it from its first form...provided that there is enough points and patience.

On a side note, that happens to be just how I got my Magmortar, Lucario, Hypno, and Alakazam, and I'm not quite finished there yet.

Can anyone here imagine catching a fully evolved Pokemon in the Safari Zone (being the first to have that Pokemon that is), but while having no record of anyone catching its pre-evolution(s)? Bibarel seems to be the only Pokemon that currently fits that category, being as nobody has caught one of them or a Bidoof.

I need everyone to take a few minutes and go over their roster/battles. Make sure that

1) You are in MAX four battles. This does not include a Gym Match.
2) Pokemon you have are approved for battle. If you have things in the Egg Tower, make sure you get them approved.
3) ALL unclaimed battles and other forms of point acquisition are claimed and reported in the bank by Wednesday, May 19th. I would like a really up to date bank list since we do have events scheduled for the end of May and it would be to everyone's benefit to have these things totaled correctly.

When you say "in" a battle... that doesn't count reffing, right? Reffing four battles and fighting in another four is totally kosher, yes?

If you are referring to their lowest evo forms...note how your name isn't the one next to the first forms of those evo's though >_o.

If you are referring to the Pokemon's form in general to which your name is next to, then yeah, you do have 9, but a quick glace shows MLG has 12

I don't know about now, but in the previous ASB, Unown could usually get away with creating crystalline structures, as seen in Spell of the Unown. Assuming you went on the ideas pitched in the movie, if you had enough Unown (like 28), you could cover an entire arena with Crystal, suck people or pokemon into another dimension, and create solid illusions through telepathy. And based on the game, you could use lots of them to interrupt radio broadcasts. Failing all that, you can buy four specific Unown and conduct 4 on 4 battles where you're constantly insulting the other party.

^I like that idea. In the TCG specific Unown were capable of combining and using some devastating abilities like mindreading, regeneration, power boosts, and even some amazingly powerful offensive prowess. One Unown may only be able to do a little, but a lot of them could be more powerful than any Pokemon here...

MLG, DarkestLight, could you guys tell me how often I should make updates in a new post rather than editing a previous one? Being as having so many posts here causes new pages to gradually appear, I was thinking every few pages, every time that there is a new update, that is.

yeah it's part of a project I'm working on called Hyrule Fantasy basically a fake hack that is a crossover of the Legend of Zelda and Pokémon.

thanks, but yeah I mostly did it because I don't really like Loz/AoL tileset, besides I'm am not going for a !00% aerate maps, but more or less just basing the maps of the areas, my main Idea in doing this is mainly to show what Hyrule would look like if it was in the same world as Pokémon, in fact I'm debating if I should make a set of starters for it or not.

I'm in the battling mood for this tourney, too...once I get the two battles I'm reffing done (or at least one), I got some work to do...getting my first set of ref rewards, possibly evolving a Pokemon, etc.

Reffing battles does have its ups and downs, especially if you get caught in a new situation and don't know how to handle it at first. It just makes me glad I gave myself a personal reffing limit, both in the number of battles to ref, and the amount of Pokemon being used in a particular battle.

After all, no ref wants to overdo his or her job.
