DL is indeed correct, the bones are from an Allosaur on private property south of Douglas, WY. This is the same property where the Wyoming Dinosaur Center's specimen of Supersaurus vivinae was discovered (though a slightly easier hike) within a 200ft thick section of the Morrison (Late Jurassic) formation, about 21m above the Sundance/Morrison contact.

Speaking of Fossils I wounder what the fifth gens are IMO think one might be a Sea Scorpion since it's the State fossil of New York State.

hum I wounder what type of wind mills those are on the Isshu map they remind me of Tower mills, oddly enough I think that Tower mills are a common in fiction and that they have a connection to rural towns and villages which in turn are linked to farms...

while yes for the most part Tower mills are found in the Uk I think that they make some sense in Isshu even if it's based off New York which I'm now leaning towards since New York stake has roughly 117 mountains in it.

Also the desert is not a problem to explain see around the 1930 there were huge dust storms that ravaged the USA some of which made it all the way to New York City, now granted they stated in the High plains sure but it dose make some sense.

Now while Dust storms are not unique to the USA the Dust storms of the 1930s had quite significant impact on the USA, it would make some sense to reference the fact by putting a desert above the big Apple besides on a closer look at the map it looks like there are buildings in it, while ground zero also makes some seance I Highly doubt they would take that route besides that I don't think Gounod Zero would cover the same area as the desert area in Isshu also given the fact there a theme park right above it...

Not sure I agree with the supposed correlation between the Dust Bowl and a desert. Even if Isshu is based off NY, the creators probably just took some creative liberty and threw the desert in for the sake of variation.

From what I've seen of the new 5th Gens, I saw a few more reptile based PKMN, including one based on a crocodile that I'm excited for. Don't know if I like the Fire Starter for this region though. But then again, I wasn't sure if I'd like the Chimchar or Torchic lines, so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Sides Charles, you got a sea-Scorpion PKMN in the form of Anorith. While it's not exactly a eyurpipterid, it's close enough. I want to see some more carnivorus Fossil Pokes. So far, really only Aerodactyl has been the more.... predator, and the rest seem more like prey animals. I want a freakin T. rex fossil Poke. Something to strike fear into the hearts of my opponents! Or to see what they'll do for an actual evolution of Aerodactyl. There's not much to do there, but then again, they gave some other Gen I's new Evos, why not the Fossil PKMN as well?

I don't know if Tyranitar would count as a T. rex or even a theropod, the stance is all wrong. Even Rampardos is supposedly a hunter based on a prey. Pachycephalosaurus is not a predator.

Rampardos height = 5'03".

Rampardos skull size (in height): 14 pixels

Rampardos's skull thus has to be stacked 5 and 4/7 times in order to make up its body height. That's 11 and 1/3 inches.

The true blue Pachycephalosaurus rarely had a skull exceeding 8 or 9 inches in thickness, even in large specimens. The upper limit was about 10 inches. So, like most every Pokemon, Rampardos is an exaggeration of an idea. In this case, the idea is the entire Pachycephalosauridae family.

But, in terms of appearance? Yep, it's a Stygimoloch.
