The ref can breathe! With fresh life, this match gets a little more attention. Wal wastes no time in trying to reach the confused and embattled spacecraft. It seems Wal is just a little too short to reach the hovering craft, as it flies away from the ropey things extending toward it.

Upset that its Wrap missed, Wal felt helpless. But maybe O-Zone wouldn't attack. Confusion was awesome like that, right? Wrong. While not an Iron Head, the attack used was just as devastating, leaving Wal bathed in a sea of soundwaves that confuzzled the hell out of it.

Wal rocked back and forth, and wrapped itself to make sure it was all there. Zone flew around, but was able to follow orders enough to fire off Gyro Ball! The sphere slowly rotated down and smashed into Wal. It did a decent amount of damage, considering.

The battle takes a turn for the strange. Zone seems to be relieved that the dizziness is alleviating from its frame. But Wal, Wal is feeling really woozy. It tried to focus and blast that confusion out of its vines, but it only manages to slam itself in the gut. Zone smirks and flies forward, ramming its frame into Wal's roots. That shook Wal up quite a bit.

Wal didn't like being hit and went to smash the floating metal thing in front of it. Zone, free of confusion-as well as losing its elevation, seemed unworried, until it was hit by a chunk of earth! It went spinning, slamming into the ground with some force. Zone flips and resorts to a blast of Steel dominance to put Wal down and out of this fight.

4. World's Water River – Vritra (Indian)

Holding back the waters of the entire world is a massive serpent by the name of Vritra. A large snake who's scales are as much rock and ground as they are kiten. Its coils hold the water of the world back as it rests in a giant river. The battle here takes place in the river bed where Ground, Electric, and Water attacks gain a bonus. If too many Water type moves are used, Vritra will drain the attack away and add it to the collection of water behind his coils. If the dragon itself is hit by an attack, it may lash out for 15% at the offender and a flash flood may roll through the river bed and wash both combatants away.

Hazards:
Vritra – If hit with an attack it lashes out for either 15% Health or a wide Surf attack

Bonuses:
Water, Ground, and Electric attacks get a Bonus to damage

Restricted Moves:
Every third Water attack is nullified and added to the water Vritra hoards

What a watery world! We now dwell on the world of the watery barrier. Poliwag seems right at home here, even splashing arond a bit as Tiamatsteadies itself on Vritra's body. Vri looks at the two combatants with one eye, the other closed as if ti indicate slumber. Poli forces water from those coils and make it shoot up, only to be deflected all around by a Protective barrier. This wasn't going to be that easy

The water here was giving Poli a rush and the small amphibian backjflipped to dive in the water. Tiamat looked down, and saw her swirly chested adversary swimming up really fast,. She prepared a nice splashy surprise for him. Hacking immediately, Tiamat let a glob of Toxic fall right where POli burst from the water, coating it in a slick new purple coat. Bubbles then flew into Tiamat's face and Vri grumbled, noting that there was alot of splashing goin' on.

Poli splashed back in the water a bit peeved, but Tiamat was dealing with the more severe pain of the watery hit. No matter. Glad that the water brrage seemed to be over, Tiamat watched as ice crystals began to form. O you cheating monkey. Tiamat...quickly became four, and Poli fired in hate. One Tiamat disappeared, as all the beam his was ground.

Hard...snakeish...ground. Poli suddenly felt its body be torn through dragon's backside. Hitting it=no good.

Tiamat shakes off the feeling of despair, now that there's 3 more of her to fight with. Poli looks around nervously, as all the arthropods(?) begin to dance and make fun of the lil toad.

This pisses him off, but he manages to clap through the dizziness induced by that Swagger.

Perplexed, Poli looks at its stomach, and man, that doesn't help since its swirling in an opposite direction from its eyes. Poli falls over, and Tiamat does that dance once more. Poli is screwed man, but at least its pumped.

Tiamat shakes her head, what the heck just happened. Ignoring the feeling for now, she went in to slam that Poliwag down into the water. Poli was dogpiled and crushed under the apparent weight of 4 Anorith for a few seconds. They all skittered back and Poli stood up, before falling over.

Dizzy beyond belief, Poli tries to muster up some sort of offense. It manages to force water skywad, but instead of that crest falling and smashing Tiamat to bits, the water is pulled back and sucked into the everlasting vortex of fluid that Vri holds in its power. Nu uh little one.

Tiamat finds this useful and takes the time to find some silt offa Vri's body, beore skipping it across a puddle and making it bounce right on Poli's upper half, partially blinding the tadpole.

3rd water attack, sucked back.

Poli was completely out of place in this stage, and fell over, amused and confused. Tiamat loved the odds right now, and used a String shot to wrap up Poli's body pretty tight. No more shenanigans here.

Tiamat smirked and ran over, each clone once again delivering a Body Slam. Poli however, managed to stand. It helps being round, String Shot really just kinds reinforces that fact. Poli however does not command the water as instructed. Instead, it manages to waddle over and slap Tiamat with its tail. Huh.

Poli hopped around, trying to regain some semblance of bearing, but it was very hard when yer partially blind. Tiamat scuttled over and flicked another patch of dirt in Poli's eyes, adding insult to injury. Poli fell back, them Mud Slaps wee getting harder.

Forgetting all semblance of logic, Poli just fell over and flopped around. amazingly, a crest of water actually washed up and over Tiamat. It went far to the right, so it was really a clone, but most of that concurrent force hit Vri.

Vri, hit by the water, didn't seem too pleased 'bout it. In fact, it forced the water into ma massive Surf wave that whoosed back from whence it came an covered the entire playing field, wiping away all of Tiamat's advantage, as well as most of the dirt from Poli's eyes, and even healing Poli!

Tiamat shakes off all that water, and looks around to note the lack of clones. What the hell man! She rushes to his side and Slashes at his chest vehemently, not caring she's tearing up her String shot in the process. Poli can see very well now and when Tiamat backs up to breathe-she's hit instantly with a Body Slam! That dazed the poor girl and she waddles to and fro, confused.

Tia looks as Poli waddles back over, obviously not confused anymore. That healing must've helped him. Tiamat rushes in quick and jabs the living daylights out of him with a Claw that seeme to crush him inward. But Poli slid it off and hopped up, performing a successful high powered Body Slam again.

This one also gave Tiamat a new friend. Yap, that dear ol paralysis

Tiamat now looks like she might have the upper hand. She bounced around and tried to get Poli riled up, but Poli was lying down in the water already. It also doesn't help when you spazz out due to paralysis. Tiamat hated paralysis right now, cause now Poli was gonna get all healthy and crap.

Tiamat now switched up its strategy. It scuttled to the water and jumped in, spitting as it did. Poli swam around in the Toxic, renewing the poison it had lost. It then dove down into the water and suddenly, Tiamat realized this was a baaaad idea. She swam back toward the safety of land, but the Waterfall came down from above, almost drowning Tiamat. THe undertow was strong sown here, and Vri's face was move visible than before in this watery world. Tiamat swam for the surface, hoping to get air before its too late.

Poli kept sleeping, as Tia finally saw light. Tia surged up and blasted free of the watery prison and took a few moments to get the water out of her lungs. She then eyed Poli and watched as the tadpole swam around and now towards land. Good. Poli hopped up and ran to Tia, before slapping it not once, but twice. Poli seemed still asleep, and Tiamat jabbed it once more, hoping to take it out this match. That damn thing was aggravating.

Wow. We've reached round 50. Amazing, yet we're not halfway done. In any event, Poliwag actually does something that may change the tide of battle. It wakes up! Groggily hearing its orders, Poli makes sure to jump and splash around as the scuttliy lil bug settles on its plot of land and tries to go to sleep. Nope, it gets to sleep successfully...and then is rudely awakened by a few quick wet thumps of that tadpole's tail! Ohhhhh that sucks, that's alot of energy too.

Now she's in trouble. Tiamat struggles as Poli wraps her up in a blanket of invisible power, before sending her flying into Vritra. The massive snakelike dragon pops its head out of the water and looks down at both Pokemon. Well ok. One of them threw the other one, so they both played apart...so up comes a wave! Both Pokemon jumped, but Poli did it for joy.

The wave crashes down on Tiamat and then sucks Poli under as well.

Lather..rinse..repeat. Poli fishes Tiamat out of the water with the little energy he has, as she sputters and gasps for air, and then Tiamat finds herself once again plunking on Vritra. However, in a weird twist, Vritra goes after Poli this time! I think Tiamat is out already, as Vritra still takes a vengeful slash at Poli again. Ha Figured your trick out, it did.

6. Swamp – Tarasque (French)

A massive drake with a spiked shell, four sets of legs, and a lion's head, the Tarasque is a beast that terrorizes the local village with an offering. The swamp itself is 1-3 feet deep filled with rotting and decaying plant materials and trees. Ground, Rock, Plant, and Water attacks are easier to use and cost less energy. Every round the Tarasque will demand a sacrifice and will attack both Pokémon for Moderate to Excellent Damage. Sound based attacks may ward it off or dissuade it from attacking. A select few may even calm it. Both Pokemon could even work together to take down or drive away the Tarasque, doing so will reward a bonus of 20 Health and Energy to both Pokemon.

Hazards:
Tarasque – As the battle continues, it will attack. Only some sound attacks can either calm or scare it. When reduced to 40% Health it will flee unless goaded to continue attacking. Attacks it can use are those with a high Critical hit Ratio due to the blades and spines it possesses.

Bonus:
Driving away the Tarasque – If Successful both Pokemon receive 20 Health and Energy. Killing it or managing to reduce it to 0 Health will fully restore both Pokemon to 100 Health and Energy.

Restricted Moves: No move substitutions. If anyone offers a move substitution, it is ignored.

Ahh now this is more like it. A village in terror of a spiny angry dragon. Teehehee. And looks like Tara's saw Ryu and Vri in the midst of their own little scuffle. Plodding over, the massive dragon watches as Ryu immediately digs in the swamp and pulls out plant matter. He flings them with his bulging arms, striking all the green dots in his face? He closes his eys and flings the Seeds everywhere. Vri chortles, that was too easy.

Walking in the muck, dazed, Ryu turns to see Tara looking at him. He at least know that thing looks sharp, too sharp to actually attempt fighting..or is it. OPPONENT! He rushes over to Tara, whom is glad to have been brought into the battle. Vri watches as Ryuu goes for an Uppercut, smashing into Tara's underbelly. Tara replied with a nasty Slash across Ryu's face, leaving him on the ground in pain. Add to that Vri's now opportune Aerial Ace, and we have one really dazed Primeape.

Ryu shakes his head, feeling woosy from the dual strike. Unsure whom to attack now, he just goes for broke and forces the ground to shiver and shake. Crap. Who knew he was gonna accomplish an Earthquake, in a swamp for crying out loud. Tara roars and then looks as Vri now spits a glob of nastyness all over Ryu. Cheeky monkey, why you don't fight like real shell! He picks up Vri and literally crushes her hand inside Vri's undercarriage with a Karate Chop. Yikes.
