ROUND 8

This round begins with Sparky charging ralts with flaming fangs of fire, with sunk into ralts doing some decent damage. Then ralts uses torment probably to have trouble using crunch twice.

This time sparky uses crunch which deals a massive blow! Ralts responds by thunderbolting away the substitute it had up!.

Now, Sparky puts up a second substitute to replace the one it just lost. But it doesnt have enough time, as its creating it, ralts uses pain split, and then things just get ugly. After the pain sparky manages to get its sub up

alright well, attacks needs to be made. It looks to me like dabsaww wasn't a vigilant ref... He didn't do pain split correctly, but it'd be too much to go in and change it now.

And ccw, it seems as though Houndour does have a sub up (from after pain split), and since he didn't say how much, I'll put it at 10% HP

Well, I'll assume that light screen is still up as its only been 2 rounds and it traditionally lasts for about 5 rounds.

Falcon, what's your policy on 0 energy? A forced relax or a loss of hp?

I ref 0 energy as fatigue. Meaning, for every 2 Energy thats used, the pokemon loses 1 HP

As this match continues, the Ralts takes a deep breath and focuses its energy into a crackling mass. It shoots this bolt and it crashes through the shield as well as the Sub. Sparky smirks, and howls at the sky, ready to continue this battle

Glad there was time to howl, Sparky dashes forth and lunges for Ralts. Ralts freaks and ends up being bit across the waist. She scoops at the ground as shes being manhandled and slaps Sparky in the eyes with the Mud. Sparky drops her and backs off, blinded for the moment.

Though blinded for the moment, Sparky looked up to the sky, and sniffed. There is a scent of charged ions in the air, and he dashes left and right to confuse Ralts. Ralts fired the blast, but whoosh, Sparky vanished in plain sight. The strike came from the left; knocking Ralts to the ground.

Things seem a bit off now, as Ccw brings out his next Pokemon. Sparky is in pretty bad shape, and this Mudkip looks like it means business. It stares down its adversary, making sure it can't run away or split up into clones. However, Sparky does something else, dare I say something better. It up and creates another Substitute!

Mudkip stares at the Sub as if its the genuine article, and reading massive blast of water. You can hear the ground rumbling...but wait-ha, there goes the sun...and there goes the Sub blasting off into the Sun. Well at least it didn't hit the pup.
