I have never gotten a 100% in any Zelda game.

Never... As a kid, my old house had a tomato garden, but that's about it.

Probably never, but being as I hardly go to the movies (usually only if there's a good one), I hardly ever see a bad one.

Probably Castlevania: Order or Ecclesia. Lots of side-quests demand specific items that only like 2 enemies in the game have.

I don't recall but I did chuckle at a cut scene in Lego Harry Potter this past weekend.
