Dream World is a new wi-fi location (similar to the underground in DP I imagine) where you can catch pokemon that aren't available in BW, which is al the pokemon form the past games, as BW only has its own pokemon in there. So no Zubat in the caves and no Tentacool in the water AT LAST. Apparently you can access it through the internet as well, so you don't have to go through the game, but I don't know how. All the pokemon available in the Dream World have different abilities to what they have done in the past, some of which are brand new. Like the Underground you have ahave a Secret base/House there, but you can also grow berries there too.

Rotom is apparently losing the Ghost type when it merges with an appliance for one of its five forms, and taking on the second type as the same type of the move it only gets with that particular appliance (so in other words, Rotom can be Electric/Fire, Electric/Water, Electric/Ice, Electric/Flying, or Electric/Grass).
