As the next round begins, Sehkmet does a little spin and creates three clones. Midnight, who is by no means a stranger to this strategy, dives at the nearest Seviper. As can be expected, she flies right through the snakey which vanishes on the spot. Midnight rolls her eyes. For the love of God...
Midnight: <-5 EP>
Sehkmet: <-4 EP; 2 clones>
Okay, time to try that again! Once more, the little Umbreon takes a dive at one of the three remaining Sehkmets aaaand… yeah, clone. Balls. Snickering, Sehkmet tells Midnight that she couldn’t hit a target if she were given a thousand and one X Accuracys. The Taunt seeps into Midnight’s subconscious. Aww. How rude.
Midnight: <-5 EP; Taunted>

Both fighters seem close enough to even as we enter our fray’s eleventh round. Midnight begins to shine with an eerie red light as it directs Psychic waves toward the snakey. Though Sehkmet tries to wriggle free of the Psychic grip, his attempt proves unsuccessful and Midnight proceeds to toss her foe around the field mercilessly. When at last he’s released by the attack, Sehkmet lets out a shrieking wail that threatens to deafen everyone within the arena. Holy sheez, calm your business little one, mmkay?
Midnight: <-9 EP; -2 Def>
Sehkmet: <-15 HP; -4 EP>
With his foe’s Defences lowered, Sehkmet is free to jump forth and lash out with a wicked X-Scissor. Midnight rolls her eyes. Gosh, that move is sure getting old. At this rate, she’ll be diced and ready to serve with a side of pasta in no time. Still, she perseveres and unleashes another burst of Psychic rage that results in Sehkmet getting tossed about even more. Not cool, man! Not cool.
Midnight: <-13 HP; -9 EP>
Sehkmet: <-15 HP; -4 EP>
Bringing his tail swinging down toward Midnight, Sehkmet once again attempts to cut his foe’s face off. However, this time the move merely grazes Midnight, costing some damage. Okay, I see what you're saying. Generally, the damage outline on the Movelists play a huge factor in determining my damage calcs and the Movelist places X-Scissor one class below Psychic. I usually make exceptions for moves like X-Scissor that have such a high power, but didn't in this case.
Anyway, revised. I retconned the damage calcs for X-Scissor, bringing Midnight to 10. I'll keep a closer eye on that from hereon out.![]()

Oh God, this is gonna be… yikes. With Midnight down for the count, Ayeun solemnly recalls the little black vixen to her Pokeball for contemplating her next selection. Out comes… yeah, there it is. The tubby titan stomps onto the field with a wide smile. Kenzie gulps.
As the two fighters square off, Squish starts by closing her eyes in an attempt to hone her focus. She waits for Kenzie to launch an attack and… nothing? Okay, cool beans. When the requisite level of concentration is achieved, she springs to life and clobbers the bajeebuz out of Kenzie with one hell of a punch. The Weavile is thrown into a wall with a resounding thud and slides down to the ground without moving. Just when Squish starts to wonder if her attack brought her opponent to an early end, the ground beneath us starts shaking gently. Suddenly, snow bursts through one of the Gym’s windows and piles itself upon Squish. The cold stings, but thanks to the Makuhita’s Thick layer of Fat, the sting is comfortably numbed.
Squish: <-7 HP; -14 EP>
Kenzie: <-27 HP; -5 EP>
The pile of snow starts to melt away as Squish goes in for her next move. Just as Kenzie pulls himself to his feet, she begins pummeling him mercilessly with a series of rapid jabs. Then, much like before, the cold sweeps into the room and buries Kenzie under a nice, heavy layer of snow.
Squish: <-7 HP; -7 EP>
Kenzie: <-15 HP; -5 EP>
Okay, take three. This time, Squish raises her arms and lets loose a concentrated blast of chi energy that once more sends Kenzie rocketing into the wall. Ugh, the poor guy is gonna have some pretty evil chiropractor bills after this one. And again, for the third time in the row, an Avalanche spews through the open window into the Gym. Winter again piles all over the Makuhita, but Squish pulls herself out not looking too distraught.
At this point, the entire arena floor is absolutely coated in snow. If these guys weren’t planning on doing battle on a massive friggin’ glacier, it’s time to readjust those expectations.

I reserve this spot for my post, AFTER DL reads and posts his complaints.
*Editing moves*
Lets set one thing in cement.
If dl does NOT attack in ONE move slot, FOCUS PUNCH where that move would go.
In moves where he decides to avalanche, ALSO focus punch, coz we fit in infront of that.
In all other move sets, alternate between Vacuum waves and Focus Blasts.
So that would be:
Vacuum wave ~ focus blast ~ Vacuum wave
Sub: Avalance = Focus punch, Non attacks = Focus punch.

Lol. Yeah I got one.

Otherwise, yeah I was expecting Kenzie to get rocked. No judgment on the damage or what not. Like I said. I have a plan.
Err wait. Ok This doesn't change the outcome of the match too much. but I know Avalanche has a Lower priority than FP, but uhh since Kenzie's fast, should he have got Taunt off?
---edited----
Kenzie. Move time.
We don't have alot of options, huh buddy?
First off, Protect. Focus Punch ain't hitting us-and we'll waste its energy a tad. n_n
Second and Third are gonna be tandem. Gotta get some damage off. First off we're gonna keep moving as we do this..we'll we have to. Grab Illusion and Strata-using Illusion's Psychic to hold Squish in place and squeeze it while using Strata to severely rock the shit out of it. That should stop Focus Blast too hopefully.
K then we'll eat the Focus Punch and be on our way. No matter what happens Kenzie, thanks for being integral to this battle.

The way I envisioned it, because the user of Focus Punch starts charging at the beginning of the turn (regardless of their opponent's Speed), Kenzie would recognize that an attack was pending and would switch his move from Taunt to Avalanche.Err wait. As this rather one-sided match-up continues, Kenzie throws up a dark barrier around his body. Squish, honing her focus, merely watches until she’s built up enough… oh, yes, there it is. Hopping to her feet, she trudges over the snowy landscape toward Kenzie and clobbers the Protection with one fierce punch. The energy shield wobbles from the sheer impact of that move, but holds strong.
Squish: <-14 EP>
Kenzie: <-8 EP>
As the next round begins, Kenzie, knowing his time is short, makes his way toward the orbs with a smirk. He has to dig a bit through the snow to get to them, but, yeah, there they are. Snatching up both the Illusion and Strata orbs, Kenzie unleashes both a bevy of Psychic waves and a concentrated blast of energy. The Psychic waves constrict Squish’s tubby yellow body while holding the Makuhita in place as the Aeroblast tears into her. She tries to squirm free so as to unleash a Focus Blast, but alas, the effort is in vain. Nothing.
Squish: <-31 HP; Can’t move>
Kenzie: <-2 EP>
Without any actions left, Kenzie looks on helplessly as Squish begins charging up the Focus Punch. Squish then hops to her feet, leaving the icy weasel with no choice but to look on as—

Splendid.
What's a Weavile to do in order to defeat a Fatty McFatticus?
If she does attack on the first move, Detect+Attract~Giga Impact
If she doesn't attack on the first move...Attract.
Move Two is tricky....If she protected on move 1, Attract for move Two.
Faint Attack+Giga Impact if she attacks on attack 2 to evade anything and strike her hard.
Giga Impact for Move Three if it is necessary.
There's still a chance.

Interesting...
Lets use logic then.
Protect as move one. This should force move two to become Attract. Use Vacuum wave in move two. Vacuum wave SHOULD do more than 7 points of damage, and go before attract. If not, Move three will be a final Vacuum wave.

With Kenzie out of commission, the Gym Leader has to think long and hard about his last selection. He plucks one final Pokeball from his belt and gives it a toss, summoning a winged pixie thinger into the fray. The two battlers exchange heated looks before launching into their attacks. Kys-o-deth, much like every single Pogey sent out before her, does a spin on the spot and brings three other Togekisses into existence. Jubilant over this turn of events, Togekiss begins glowing red as she starts wielding Psychic powers to her advantage. Because of Kys’s ability to execute the attack with such Serene Grace, she’s able to hone in on Squish’s weaknesses and lower her Special Defence further. Kys-o-deth opts to repeat the Psychic blast and, with stat modifications flying every which way, the move throws Squish into a wall with perilous force. Nearly drained of every last bit of health, Squish marches up to Kys and snatches hold of the Jubilant Pokemon's wings. She slams her against a suit of armour, but chooses not to let go. Pressing her face right up against the pixie’s, she hacks up a glob of some disgusting Toxin and spits it right in Kys’s face. Naaasty! Finally, this little assault comes to a close with Squish letting go of Kys and commanding a volley of rocks to materialize out of nowhere and punish the bajeebuz out of Kys. It’s come down to this. The challenger, with one Pokemon on reserve, must make her final selection. Kys-o-deth looks on with a serene smile as Ayeun deliberates. Hrn, no room for error. Then, after a moment, she plucks her fourth Pokeball from her belt and tosses it onto the field. With a burst of light, out comes a… toque? Interesting. The little winter critter looks up at Kys with beedy little eyes. It’s on.
Ayeun’s Snorunt begins by doing a little dance on the spot. Wailing gusts of wind can be heard outside and hailstones the size of golfballs begin to sail through the open pagoda windows and into our match. As they buffet away at our two fighters, Kys lets out a long, drawn-out Yawn followed by a slow clap. Snorunt blushes. Yeah, it was a pretty good Hail, wasn’t it?
Snorunt: <-4 EP; Drowsy; Encored>

Snorunt: <-4 EP; Txc>

‡ Round 19 ‡
As the next round kicks off, Kys throws up a pale cloak of energy around her, warding off any pesky status effects. Snorunt, meanwhile, begins babbling in her sleep. Without warning, another Avalanche bursts through the windows, blanketing our match in another layer of snow. Poor Kys shrieks as she suffers the brute force of the move.
Woah… she Sleep Talked the move she would have performed if awake? That’s… weird and unlikely…
Snorunt: <-5 EP; Zzz>
Kys-o-deth: <-11 HP; -4 EP; Safeguarded>
Feeling relatively safe for the moment, Kys procures a magical egg from nowhere. It casts a warm glow over the Togekiss and, as she begins to devour it, she feels her stamina increasing. Snorunt, meanwhile, begins babbling in her sleep a little more. All of a sudden, Kys feels mysteriously restricted… as though unable to leave this place. (Not that it was really an option to begin with…)
Snorunt: <-4 EP; Zzz>
Kys-o-deth: <+15 HP; -15 EP; Blocked>
Closing her eyes, Kys begins to hone her focus with a bit of meditation. Snorunt, meanwhile, keeps up her little spurt of Sleep Talking and being mumbling away in her sleep. All of a sudden, the hailstones filtering into the pagoda begin to feel progressively wetter and wetter until it becomes apparent that it’s raining. Kys does a little jig. Huzzah! Hopping to her feet, Kys marches over to Snorunt and socks the little snowcone with a wicked punch. If the little critter were awake, she’d probably be cursing right now.
Snorunt: <-20 HP; -3 EP>
Kys-o-deth: <-12 EP>
Poor Snorunt gets her second dose of Toxic whoop-ass <-7 HP>.
‡ Post-Round ‡
Notes:
> Kys-o-deth will remain Safeguarded for two more rounds
> Unless interrupted, Rain Dance will last for three more rounds
> TEAM AYEUN to command next

Continue this sleep talk barage...
If you wake up, alternate between Avalanches and Icy winds.
