Out goes Sokka, in comes Mara. She struts her stuff immediately, kicking to stretch out her legs for a moment. Night just watches, and erects a secondary barrier around himself. Mara tries to glare at the phantom to make it stick around in the physical, realm, but no dice.

Well that was simple. Night laughs at Mara's plight thus far, and then sees Mara breathe in. Uh oh. Quick as he can, a second type of barrier was thrown up, just as that massive sound burst hit the airwaves. The force of the sound bounces back however, giving Mara her own set of chills!

Nightstalker still stands there, ready for anything. Mara grins and dashed for the phantom, spinning on her left foot and sweeping her tail to trip up Nightstalker. Night lands, but flicks his hands at Mara. Mara gets a swap of mud in her eyes and she groans, and tries to clear her vision.

Mara tries to wipe her eyes, but a second slap of Mud takes Mara down for a moment. Night points and laughs, and then watches a Flash Cannon shoot to the east of his location.

Mara roars, but the lack of sounds from Night Stalker gives her an eerie feeling. She sets up a Magic Coat, and it works, as Nightstalker Leers at her, only to have the power backfire and strike its own body. No good at all.

Not startled by his competition, Nightstalker is a bit unsure of itself and hesitates. That hesitation allows Mara to listen for him ever so carefully. Nightstalker is perturbed by all the intent silence and hastily constructs a Substitute. Mara hears the shuffling and tries to make some sort of connection. A Sub is up, and yet, something is different about Mara.

Night takes a few steps back as Mara, now angered, spits a Toxic globs that sails wide. Night feels a tad bit better about this, and slaps her with another Muddy hit. Christ!

Mara kicks at the ground and fires another Flash cannon from where she heard shuffling earlier. Her blast is wide enough to actually catch the Sub and destroy it, which Night does not like. A second Mud-Slap to the face drives Mara to the breaking point.

Mara takes a moment, and kneels down. She's obviously aggravated, and this ghost was not making life easy. Piercing blue aura tic eyes sweep the area, but they run over a shield. The shield stays for a few moments longer and Mara is forced to shut her eyes again. Night sighs, glad that missed.

Mara wipes some more mud out and tries again! This time, she spins as she looks, and Night can't do anything but try and slap her eyes over with more mud. This time though, Mara manages to get a bead on the greebly ghost, even though it quickly fades with the reapplication of more mud.

Finally visible to the world, Nightstalker hisses and tries for a mental attack A Psychic wave flips Mara over, and Mara tries to hit air with her Palms. She strikes left and right and then finally manages a Hit on Nightstalker! The small ghost goes flying upward from the strike and lands on its stomach.

Mara, continuing to wipe his eyes, forces a sphere into his hand. Nightstalker flings Mara to the side, but then there was a flash of a orb in the air. Nightstalker crossed his arms and the blast connected. Nightstalker crashed a few miles backwards.

Mara flings another orb in the sky, as Nightstalker starts the difficult process of healing its wounds. It takes a bit out of him. but he manages to get a good swath of health back before he's blasted again by an Aura Sphere.

That was a waste! Nightstalker grunts and flings Mara to the right, slamming her against the ground with a Psychic force, but again, a third Orb shoots from somewhere and slams into him! Damn him, why could he see all of a sudden!

As Mara tries to line up her shot, Nightstalker is already in close and drop kicks him in the face! The Lucario rolls off the hit and sends out a wave of amber glowing stars that find their mark without fail.

Nightstalker falls backwards, shocked at the fact that they hit with such force, and then faints.
