Doodenki, I think this battle is lost for you (sorry for being sincere... ), but at least let's try to set things up for your buddy.

Start with a Thunderbolt for "sub-destruction", then finish it with a Zap-Cannon It may not hit, but that's the only chance we have. If you're still conscious after that, use Rain Dance.
