I like the look of this, and this is a way so that i can make up for that reffing I cant do!
I choose Intercept, my male Yanma. Its Ability is Speed Boost.
You want me to attack?
So... Ayeun came up with two good ideas, and smudged them together to make it look like she only had 1. And I'm gonna try them individually.
Arena: Giant white padded room.
Abilities: On
DQ period: 1 week
Rules: Each round you must use 1 self-targetting move/move that targets your team. e.g. Light Screen, Bulk Up, etc... Each round, you must use 1 direct-damage move. e.g. Flamethrower, etc... Each round, you must use 1 status move. e.g. Growl, thunder wave, toxic, etc... The status move must have no initial damage. (So, mud-slap doesn't count)
1v1 match, unevolved pokemon only.
I'll send out Nincada, Male with compound eyes.

Screech - Wing Attack - Hypnosis
screech and hypnosis both count as debuffs. You need a self-targetting move.

ROUND ONE
Intercept weaves through the air as it watches its enemy from above. Nincada keeps his opponent under careful observation through it's compound eyes, managing to keep the speedy Yanma in it's sight regardless of where it flies. Nincada focuses, a little energy spills to the left, a little to the right. An ear splitting screech comes from Intercept flapping its wings hard, aside from giving Nincada a headache, it seems to break a little of the chitinous shell that covers Nincada's body, knocking down the defence of the three little insects that now snip their pincers at the flying pokemon.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-5) ~ 2 Clones ~ Def(-2)
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-8) ~
Intercept flits around a little before dive-bombing at the three pokemon. Two of its wings flatten and harden as he prepares to slices them through one of his foes. Nincada ruffles his own tiny wings, and whilst they glitter for a second, a mighty flash of light explodes from them, catching Intercept unawares. The pokemon is blinded, but even so his attack slices right through a clone, tearing it to shreds and leaving Nincada with one less defence than before.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-5) ~ 1 Clone
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-2) ~ Acc(-1)
Now it is Intercept's turn to confuse his foe. He darts around a little, and in his speed, two more copies appear in the sky. Nincada and his copy look between the three. One of them is real, but which one? Thanks to his compound-eyes, Nincada is able to see slight variations in two of the Yanma, tiny facets that would be unnoticeable to the regular pokemon. Nincada and his clone; perfectly mimicking the original's movement; leap into the air and flip, slicing across Intercept's body, scoring a perfect hit on the original pokemon. The Yanma howls as it is found out, but as it flaps to gain a little more ground, its muscles gain a little pump of adrenaline, and Intercept feels a boost in speed.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-2) ~
Intercept HP(-6) PP(-5) ~ 2 Clones ~ Speed Boost (+1)

Swords Dance - Screech - Air Slash
I forgot to add Nincada's lowered defence to the end of match report. It has been added to the pre-match of this round.
ROUND TWO
Intercept flaps his wings to gain a little height, but not matter how high he goes in this padded room (he'll hit a ceiling sooner or later) he can't avoid what's coming next. He starts flapping his wings hard, and his body starts to spin. Down below Nincada rubs his back legs feverishly and a tiny spark erupts into a blinding flash. Spinning or not, Intercept can't avoid the glare and his eyes sparkle with the glow. He comes out of his spin dazed, but his attacking ability sharply raised.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-5)
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-8) ~ Acc(-1) Atk(+2)
The tiny burrowing bug looks up at his foe. That's high up.. but still accessible. Not normally known for their jumping ability, Nincada uses a secret Ninja technique passed down through his bloodline called 'Fysiksar Forlosyrs' allowing him to leap above and beyond his normal range and attack the Yanma. Intercept's wings twist against his body and a terrible screech is made again. It cuts into Nincada, practically tearing lumps of chitin from his body, but he perseveres and digs his claws into Intercept, stopping the noise and making the bug howl instead.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-2) ~ Def(-2)
Intercept HP(-6) PP(-8)
Yanma looks down at his gravity defying opponent. Those must be some pretty cool ninjas. Intercept preferred pirates. Little lights danced in his line of sight, and the two Nincada's below looked like they were in a disco. In fact the real Nincada and his fake copy were focusing hard on rebuilding broken skin. The chitinous shell of his body began to reform slightly, mending cracks and filling in holes, but not enough to make a massive difference. A huge burst of air right next to him alerted Nincada to a failed attack. His flimsy brother was nowhere to be seen, whilst his foe was blinking away annoying dots.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-5) ~ Def(+1) ~ Clones destroyed
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-4) ~ Speed Boost (+1)
Accuracy is a bitch.
EDIT - Had Aerial Ace mucked up. I never remember if it's 'Always Hits' or 'Always Goes First'. It was the former, I had the latter. Corrected now.
Swords Dance - Screech - Aerial Ace (through clones if any)
Toxic ~ Double Edge ~ Protect

I realised I didn't adjust Yanm'as energy level at the end of the last round. I did the bars, but left the number on 85%. It should have said 67%. Corrected at the start of this round.
ROUND THREE
Despite taking a knocking in the previous rounds, Nincada is still in top top physical condition, whilst his foe has taken something of a battering. Intercept maybe have been hit a few times, but his Speed Boost ability has given him the ability act quicker than his enemy. He begins to spin again, the momentum pumping adrenaline into his muscles and ramping his attack strength up significantly. Nincada can just about focus on his foe, but as the spinning comes to an end, he spits a globule of horribly thick sludge at his foe. For once increased accuracy doesn't play a part, and the attack misses the true Yanma, and instead causes one of the clones to dissolve.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-6) ~
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-8) ~ Atk(+2) ~ 1 Clone
Intercepts wings begin to scrap again, causing the ear splitting screech that breaks Nincada's body armour and reduces his defences to practically naught. Despite his remaining strength shattering around him, Nincada bounds forward, skipping into the air with his ninja powers, and slicing with a double spin through Intercept. The Yanma howls and the screeching stops. Nincada lands with a painful thump, and his body feels some intense recoil pain.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-7) ~ HP(-9) from Recoil ~ Dfc(-2)
Intercept HP(-12) PP(-8)
His foe having finally taken a hit, Intercept moves to attack. He aims so that his attack will move through both Nincada in a sure fire attempt to take out the fake and hit the real one. He dive bombs at Nincada, but instead of hitting his weakened foe, slams head first into an invisible shiled. A protective barrier has sprung up between Nincada and Intercept, completely protecting one form the other.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-8) ~
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-2) ~ Speed Boost (+1)
When your pokemon approach 20% Energy, I'll post my updated way of reffing exhaustion.
9 recoil damage? ok... not doing that again.

ROUND FOUR
As the battle continues and both pokemon are in high spirits, it looks like it will fall to a battle of wills rather than damage. Intercept is fast to move thanks to his hat trick of Speed Boosts, and starts to spin rapidly, pumping adrenaline and raising his attack to a massive level. As he darts about in the air at high speed, Nincada puts his awesome ninja abilities to use again, leaping in the air and slashing the bug with a claw, shimmering with a metallic hue. Only thing is, Nincada ends up passing right through a false copy, destroying a clone and missing his foe.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-2) ~
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-8) ~ Atk(+2)
Intercept turns quickly to watch his foes land. He descends quickly and hovers right in front of one of the Nincada's. The Yanma's eyes glow and Nincada begins to feel drowsy, his eyes sinking as he falls asleep. Intercept smirks, but his smile quickly turns to a frown when the sleeping Nincada fades away. Intercept looks around to see the real Nincada hardening it's body, repairing its cracked carcass.
Nincada HP(-0) PP(-5) ~ Def(+1)
Intercept HP(-0) PP(-5) ~
Angered, Intercept rushes at his foe, slicing across Nincada's back, digging his claws in and shredding his flesh. Nincada howls, but manages to spit a glob of vile goo onto the flying bug's underside, a poison that sticks to the shell and starts to seep in through the cracks. Intercept regains altitude buts starts spitting and hacking as the poison sinks in. Nincada aches as his lowered defence causes the pain to be increased.
