Wow thats some professional sounding stuff there! I dont know FF stuff much but that sounds like it could really be in a game <3 Do you take requests?
So as most of you know, I'm doing a music degree. One of my modules was to arrange for a small ensemble, so being the nerd that I am, I chose to do To Zanarkand from Final Fantasy X :3
I don't like Strings. Well, I don't like violins and violas. I love cellos... Either way, I don't know much about strings. But I got an awesome mark.
It also helped that my lecturer has done composition for various computer games, and sounded like he'd actually played FFX... That made me happy. As did the people in my class singing along to it~
I have two others I had to do, but this was my fave... I'll share the other two if anyone's interested. Oh, and I used Sibelius 6 to write the music, and the Garritan Personal Orchestra plug in for it to make it not sound shit :3

Hey that sounds great! I'd like to hear the rest of them. That being said, sorry for rushing in, but the title being FanMusic, could we make this topic one where everyone could share music they've made? For I have made 7 CDs full of my stuff. Made generally with Music Creation For Playstation. I know Sibelius too and I know it's better than my program, but still.
This is great CC, I enjoyed it. I also enjoy making my music or redoing songs i like, but all i have is garageband haha. I love strings![]()
This is high-quality stuff, especially with it coming from Final Fantasy X.
You and me both.I use GarageBand extensively, and I happen to have a passion for strings. I even played violin in the fourth grade.
By the way, did you know that you can import MIDI files into GarageBand? It's as easy as dragging and dropping the MIDI file on top of the GarageBand window. I'm telling you, it makes remixing 1000 times easier.

Id be interested in learning that too actually. Is it a free program or how much is it if not? I hate spending money XD

Garageband is a feature that comes with macintosh computers, its quite fun
Congrats, Becki. Your music was so good, it attracted a new member.
The only flaw was that the starter post was almost 3 months old. I myself didn't notice it until I posted already.
Got to make a new thread for my own music in the future!

Thanks guys, I'm glad you like :3
Mikachu, feel free to share in here if you want to!
I have no idea how to work garageband. I'm not a music techy person, nor to I own a mac... But I've got Sibelius Sound Essentials now, so I don't have to fiddle around with garritan anymore. Especially since it's not behaving anymore ^^;
