This wide expanse of icy land extends as far as the eyes can see. Rolling snow dunes and harsh hailing conditions make it an idea place for Ice Pokemon, and only the sturdiest of winter loving beasts.

Round 113
Rawk leaps back to avoid further confrontation while Grand Star steps up to the plate, firing off a chain of bubbles that snap around the ninetales painfully [ -12HP Ninetales / -5PP Grand Star ]. None too pleased with the situation, Ninetales fires off a weak blast of fire that burns Grand Star [ +3% Brn Grand Star / -3PP Ninetales ]. Star retalliates with a messy water pulse that crashes into her side [ -10HP Ninetales / -4PP, -1HP Grand Star ].
Ninetales barks, sending another fire blast down Grand Star's path, made worse by Star's burn [ -8HP Grand Star / -5PP Ninetales ], but Star, being a pro, lashes back with another hydro pump [ -15HP Ninetales / -7PP, -1HP Grand Star ]. Ninetales struggles to remain on her feet at this point as hypothermia starts to set in.

Round 114
Grand Star readies for another devastating attack. As it gets shot out, Rawk springs forward in front of Ninetales and absorbs the blow with his protective barrier [ -10PP Rawk Hawk / -7PP, -1HP Grand Star ]. Ninetales looks confused...
Rawk then 'retalliates' by firing off a weak fire blast at Star [ -4PP Rawk Hawk ], who absorbs the blow as well [ -10PP, -1HP Grand Star ]. When the heat dissipates, Grand Star hits the ground, "defeated" [ -1HP Grand Star ].
Rawk turns to his fiery friend and makes her swoon. The kitsune warms up to him [ PUN! ], nestling her chin against his torso. Rawk Hawk looks... unhappy, but keeps appearances up.

Tranquil Shores
A small cove-style beach. There are lots of ocean pokemon to be found here, as well as Fire types enjoying the sun. Steel and electric-types may be able to detect treasure under the sand. If you talk to Alf the Janitor you can go further out to see in a little tugboat and a better chance of getting rarer Pokemon. If you dare, you can sail to the island in the distance, but that's as far as Alf'll take you.

Round 31
Stealthily, Staryu charges at Tentacool with a newfound tiny stature [ -5PP, +10% Eva Staryu ]. Tentacool, unsure of what's happening, suddenly feels a powerful psionic attack from an unknown location [ -15 HP Tentacool + -15HP Tentacool / -12PP Staryu ]. Not happy, Tentacool's grip on Alexander wanes as he slowly slumps to the ocean floor -- but you pull out his poke ball and call him back before he can leave your sight forever.
Staryu reshapes, pulling you back to the peak of the ocean where you can finally start breathing again.

Gin wastes no time, teleporting into the sea to give the Starpedo quite a beating [ -5HP Starpedo / -3PP, -1HP Gin ]. Starpedo falls back a few feet in the ocean. Gin attempts to confuse the starshark, but he can't seem to get a bead on him whatsoever [ -2PP Gin ]. Starpedo emerges from the ocean once more, firing off a collection of small spheres -- his hidden power -- that knock into Gin, knocking him back into the boat [ -8HP Gin / -5PP, @HP: Fire Starpedo ].
Gin pulls himself back together before before snapping his fingers, sending a few bolts of stray electricity right at the sharkfish [ -9HP Starpedo / -4PP Gin ]. Starpedo, meanwhile, takes his rage out on the boat by firing an ice beam at the engine [ -7HP Alf's Boat / -5PP Starpedo ], seizing it. The boat remains motionless at this point.

You release Kamon onto the boat who proceeds to warm up the small engine on the boat, while Gin keeps tackling the starshark. Gin, making sure to lock eyes with the severe adversary, manages to confuse him for a moment [ -3PP Gin / +25% Con Starpedo ]. Starpedo, unable to think of any measure of attack, remains still as Gin charges up his electric fist and thrusts it into his body [ -11HP Starpedo / -5PP, -1HP Gin ].
Gin's hand begins throbbing in pain thanks to Starpedo's rough skin. Starpedo, meanwhile, smashes his head into the port bough of the boat once more [ -5HP Alf's Boat ]. The ice upon the engine slowly melts as Gin throws another thunderpunch at Starpedo [ -11HP Starpedo / -5PP, -1HP Gin ].

Round 38
Kamon continues to thaw out the engine while simultaneously yawning at the Starpedo [ -2PP Kamon ]. It doesn't seem to have an effect on the abomination as he continues to ravage the port bough [ -7HP Alf's Boat / -5PP Starpedo ]. Gin, meanwhile, sends off a trickling blade of electricity that knocks Starpedo back into the ocean for a bit [ -9HP Starpedo / -4PP Gin ].
Starpedo's attacks slow down, but he refuses to give in just yet -- he uses telepathy to throw Kamon off the boat. You freak out, ordering Gin to save him. Just before the firemon hits the water, Gin uses his own telepathy to catch him as you recall him to his poke ball to avoid this happenstance again [ -7HP Kamon / -5PP Starpedo / -7PP Gin ].
Gin turns his focus to Starpedo and fires off another swift shock wave volley [ -10HP Starpedo / -5PP Gin ], a slightly more powerful variant this time.
