Relax, Metal Sound, Assurance.

If he tries to use a status move or a Curse on you, stop him with Roar and push moves back.
If he tries Taunting you, use those Speed boosts and Taunt him first and push moves back.
And if he tries that Shadow Sneak+Taunt combo, Protect and push moves back.
