Wagwhomp Swamp:

A very hot, mysterious swamp-like area in the deepest parts of the Safari Zone. It is a thick, jungle like area with long sturdy boardwalks leading through a deep, muddy swamp. There are thick, weeping trees and the Pokemon here, due to the heat, are very easily agitated.

You enter Ms Muk's 'nest'. The slime has formed a sort of roof over a large rock and a tree stump.

To answer your question about the Eggs, they are all hanging from the roof, with a few sticking out of the slime on the rock.

Ms Muk offers you a coconut shell with clean, clear water in it. How she got Clean water without messing it up herself is a mystery.
