Slimepot creates several more clones using his gunky mass [ +75% Eva, -6PP Slimepot ] just as Xeroxx wildly flings his body forward, slamming his fist into one of them -- it's a hit!! Slimepot doubles back [ -7HP Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ], not exactly sure what just happened.

Taking advantage of Xeroxx's ever-changing elemental alignments, Slimebot glomps the chameleon and starts sucking out his lifeforce at an alarming rate [ -6HP C. Xeroxx / -4PP, +3HP Slimepot ]. Slimepot retreats, only to find that Xeroxx has vanished from underneath him! The muk looks around for a few seconds before getting a swift kick in the face [ -6HP Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ].

Slimepot, very annoyed, pile-drives the kecleon, damaging him greatly [ -18HP C. Xeroxx / -8PP Slimepot ]. The chameleon wavers about before returning to his senses -- Xeroxx responds with another dizzy punch [ -7HP, +25% Con Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ].

Xeroxx, quite annoyed with this poison pile exploiting his new type setting every chance he gets, comes up with a plan! He closes his eyes and links minds with Slimepot, swapping their technical abilities easily [ -7PP, @Stench C. Xeroxx / @Color Change Slimepot ]. Slimepot, unsure of what just happened, just sits there in his confusion.

Now with the type advantage, Xeroxx awaits Slimepot's next move -- but alas, it never comes as Slimepot's body seizes up. Xeroxx plants the pile of poisons with a beam of psychic energy [ -9HP, @Psychic Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ].

Xeroxx then throws a powerful shadow ball at Slimepot. The muk doesn't brace himself too much, but the attack hits him harder for reasons he can't even fathom [ -12HP, @Ghost Slimepot / -6PP C. Xeroxx ]. Slimepot, now able to move fluidly again, but is unable to use the mud shot he was ordered to use as it is not an attack he knows how to use...

Slimepot, now suddenly on the defensive, sinks down to the ground to decrease his girth and increase his evasion [ +20% Eva, -5PP Slimepot ], narrowly avoiding Xeroxx's initial attack [ -6PP C. Xeroxx ].

Slimepot continues to sink further into the nuances of the arena [ +20% Eva, -5PP Slimepot ], but his smaller stature is no match for Xeroxx's stealth darkness [ -9HP, @Dark Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ].

The sentient collection of ooze and sludge closes his eyes, resting away his pain and paralysis [ +10HP, +100% Slp, -25% Par, -10PP Slimepot ]. Xeroxx, now faced with an immobile enemy, finds it much easier to strike! Slam!, he punches into the ooze, dealing heavy damage [ -15HP, @Fighting Slimepot / -8PP C. Xeroxx ].

With his foe asleep and, thus, unable to move around, Xeroxx has an easier time hitting him with attacks. Another psybeam shoots out, hitting the resting muk in the back of the head [ -9HP, @Psychic Slimepot / -4PP C. Xeroxx ]. Slimepot continues to snooze away, striking with a powerful bomb of sludge [ -9HP, +3% Psn C. Xeroxx / +10HP, -10PP Slimepot ].

Feeling weaker thanks to Slimepot's poisons, Xeroxx flings off a shadow ball that connects [ -12HP, @Ghost Slimepot / -6PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ]. Slimepot again responds with a series of sludge that knocks Xeroxx off-balance [ -6HP C. Xeroxx / +10HP, -10PP Slimepot ].

Xeroxx, tired of this poison pile, flings off another shadow ball that causes considerable damage [ -12HP Slimepot / -6PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ]. Slimepot stops healing, but hardens up his resolve in exchange for speed [ +10% Atk, +10% Def, -10% Spd Slimepot ].

Xeroxx starts round six with another shadow ball that slaps the ghostly collection of bile [ -12HP Slimepot / -6PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ]. Slimepot, meanwhile, continues to snooze away, firing off a rogue thunderbolt that claps as it strikes Xeroxx [ -9HP C. Xeroxx ].

The muk continues to snore and snooze, throwing his venomous fist forward and striking nothing. Xeroxx, meanwhile, has swiftly ducked into the shadows and came from behind, felling Slimepot with one last hit [ -5HP Slimepot / -4PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ]. With Slimepot out, Xeroxx's @Color Change comes back to him.

Quick to the draw, Xeroxx swaps abilities with his new attacker once again [ -4PP, @Serene Grace C. Xeroxx / @Color Change Tokuchi ], forcing Tokuchi to change his tactic. He gives the beagle applause [ -2PP Tokuchi ], but Xeroxx is too exhausted to do anything about it.

Wanting so much to appease his fan, Xeroxx merely sits back [ +10PP C. Xeroxx ] as Tokuchi fires off an aura sphere that takes him off his feet [ -14HP C. Xeroxx / -7PP Tokuchi ].

Xeroxx continues to relax [ +10PP C. Xeroxx ] as Tokuchi slashes at the air, creating a blade that cuts the beagle harshly [ -7HP C. Xeroxx / -3PP Tokuchi ].

The togekiss begins round eight by bracing herself for a powerful impact that... never comes [ -5PP Tokuchi / +10PP C. Xeroxx ], as Xeroxx is too busy gathering up strength.

Feeling foolish, Tokuchi decides to home in on Xeroxx's stolen ability and copy it back for herself [ -5PP Tokuchi, @Serene Grace ] as Xeroxx, now fully capable of moving, fires off an incredibly powerful blast of radiation that knocks the bird out of the sky [ -15HP Tokuchi / -20PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ].

Xeroxx takes a second to recharge [ +10PP, -1HP C. Xeroxx ] before being knocked out by Tokuchi's angry body slam [ -3HP C. Xeroxx / -3PP Tokuchi ].
