Lighting the Torch, you start down the hallway. You reach the first sizable gap, and Fenrir peers down it.

You both also feel the ground under you shift, about a foot lower. Looking down, you see that you are standing on a specific block made to be...depressed in that manner? There is a loud rumbling behind you...and you think its gteting closer...

Magma doesn't scare you. You walk out and take a deep breath, before jumping to the next platform. It shudders a tad, prompting you to run to stabler ground, in the cave. You Pokemon follow suit, Tsu flying Betty in so she doesn't stumble.

You all walk in this cave, which is much bigger, and immediately see a fork in the road. A Ninetales licks its paw, and then notes your presence. It sits in between the tunnels, obviously not interested in you.

What do you do?

Instead, the slab of rock is moving in to compress you! You and Fenrir immediately begin to run. Fenrir skids to a stop only a minute later, and you do as well, for there's a massive gap in front of you. The wall is closing in..and as far as you know the other side might be as well!

Ectanbat and Noctowl are deadlocked in battle, and it seems the fate of this night falls on this match....until you all are privy to a meteor shower! With Ecta still fighting Noctowl in the midst of the event, you have a hard time watching both. But its amazing, hundreds of lights streaming down..all over the expanse, as far as you can see...This is a event all right! For a moment sky is like a zebra, black and white all over. It feels like you stand there and watch this event for a loong time, but it ends as fast as it begun.

Rich smacks your hand away and scuttles up the wall. You shrug and head for the rope. Luna and Hydro look as you climb, and Hydro gets an idea. He sets Luna in his paws, and then uses his cannons to propel himself to the next floor.

The tenth floor is where the rope ends-affixed to a metal beam that bisects the room. You hope off the rope, glad to cease climbing. Up here, there is a stairwell that leads to a sole door, prolly to the roof. You also note this floor is immaculately clean. All your Pokemon look left though, at the door...something's happening outside....

You head into the left tunnel. There's nothing there immediately. You keep marching, and pass a layer of white smoke. Torkoals must be nearby. You also note a massive boulder just rocking back and forth. Careful, it could be a Golem!

Well, scrap careful. You note all your Pokemon look back to the tunnel you came from, and some wild Pokemon go scurrying by you-namely a Flareon and a Magcargo. Something's happening outside your field of view.

Noctowl distracted, you give out orders lightning fast! The bird turns around just as Ecta's tail spurs stab into his chest, and wrapped around the avian, clipping those wings. Noctowl seemed ok from that hit, even as Gulliver flew around them both. A Tailwind was created, and yet the pelican made this a one on one by keeping anyone else from interfering by surrounding the pair.

Ecta raises one pincer and brings it down on Noctowl, leaving the bird to seemingly faint. Gulliver speeds to a stop, and Ecta relieves his tail from holding the bird. The commander of the Police falls to the ground-to most of the Bidoof's surprise.

Mayor and Karma walk over to you, clapping.

So, just to check, was it possible that the meteor shower actually a rather large flock of delibird? Seems unlikely, but crazier things have happened.

In any case, does Ursa respond to the Delibird?

If it appears that he's got no idea, I'm gonna run on over. Smack and Tearo can hang back in case anything falls around here. Shinja comes with me. Smack can also rest and relax while we carry the Delibird over. Chances are, Ursa knows more about helping injured pokemon than I do.

If he responds in a way that shows he knows what the hell is going on, I'll wait till you tell me what the hell is up.

You look up. Naa. That would've been a large flock of Delibird. To cover the wholesky? Nay. In any event, you rush over to the Delibird. Ursa gets the kids to run away, and lumbers over. Yeah, snow Pokmeon look out for one another.

Smack stays back to chill, but Tearo...well tears out of his Pokeball, eager to fly in a non hailing sky. Sinja floats behind you as Ursa helps the bird stand up. Deli's a little dizzy, but ok. She seems to note something in her bag though, and lifts it up.

A large tear bisects her satchel, which makes the bird sad. Whatever hit her sliced her bag up good and strewn her stuff everywhere. Ursa smirks and pats the bird on the head before rejoining his class. Deli looks at you and your group, and starts off to backtrack.

You walk along the balcony, noting it heads up. You get to the top, and see that you've made it to a large space on the roof. The pagoda above is suspended by 4 columns-leaving this area a nice bit of shade from the sweltering heat that the volcano could produce.

You and your group all look around, and then Rich screams in awful pain. You all turn, to see that Magmar as returned, with a bloody vengeance. She teleported there, along with that Graveler from before, and a new guest, a Weezing.

You all fan out, tsunami opting to fly up. Betty waddles around you and Jacen goes to hop on down closer to the magma pools. No. No "culprits" in sight. Might just be Nature acting foolish.

Tsu flies back down, and behind him flies a Charizard. The massive drake doesn't seem to mind Tsu, nor Jacen as it lands on the same piece of rock as the Gallade. He grunts, and shakes his left wing, a strange shard of rock falling out of it.

Hydro just keep using Rockslide and an avalanche to build a barrier between us and to crush them. When Richard gets the rope/ladder thing done ill recall them and lets bail

Oh its over! Its all over. You clap and make a beeline for the Mayor. He stands his ground as you and Ecta reach him and you slam your hands together, demanding answers. You then learn that the Noctowl was making a push to become the new Mayor of the city-and in order to garnish votes, he had to somehow prove he could lead this city out of a crisis. Hence, he started a baby knapping ring, and took the Mayor's own children hostage in order to have him comply.

Most of the Bidoof force was so...simple minded that they fell for the hypnotic suggestions of Noctowl, which is why he could no longer trust the authorities. Karma nodded, believing the Mayor's account to be sound. Rebecca however bounds over, and adds in her two cents-remarking about the location of the babies being unknown still.

Wow, this is not cool at all. But then again, you ARE in a wild environment! Richard scampers back as fast as his arachid legs will take him and he immediately jumps over the edge. His spindly web shot anchors to the top of the roof and he begins whittling it down to reach the ground. Will take a few though.

Leaving you with Hydro and Luna against these three. Hydro terars up part of the roof, and launches it at the three Pokemon. Weezing floats over and takes the brunt of the hit, leaving Magmar to vanish! You breathe a sigh of relief, only to see that Graveler throw a Rock Slide right back at you. Luna is caught in the crossfire, Smog or not. The smoke she built up finally covers you all, but something's not right.

You peek down to see where Richard is at, only to see Hydro go stumbling over your back and off the roof! Magmar smirks, having used Faint attack to strike him. He grabs the web, forcing Richard to anchor himself so it doesn't break!

Luna starts firing Shadowballs repeatedly, but the Graveler has a better idea. He rolls into the Smog and suddenly, you see rock pieces fly EVERYWHERE! The Smog is cleared away, but you don't see Luna at all! You turn left and right, and then look down, Hydro trying to climb back up. Hydro groans, and you look up to see Weezing lower between you and Hydro.

The shining light was the last thing you remember....as you start to come to. You see ..a Tropius? Where are you?

You hop on Bronco and Bronco takes off terribly fast. You head for the sea, not knowing what you may find. Digit recalled, you press on, hoping that you may find something of value there. Bronco is impressive for a being of his girth, zipping through the skies at an accelerated beat.

The pair of you soon reach Shinsuke island, just in time to note a rather larger series of explosions upon the rooftop. Bronco and you get a terrible feeling, and the beast of burden flaps on, just in time to be clobbered by something flying out of the sky! Holy snap its Papa!

Bronco lands, amidst steaming rocks littered everywhere and Cubones having a heyday with it. You get Papa onto the ground, and check. Yeah he's still breathing, but he looks pretty banged up.

You're left to wonder what happened here, as you see a Houndour slowly limp your way.

You make your leap onto the rock where Jacen is, and grab the rock. Charizard looks down at you, but sees you're more interested with that than him, and goes on bout his buisness. He heads for a dark tunnel, and yer positive there's lava partially filling it.

This rock is white. Its almost a hemisphere...looks more like a teardrop. Anyway Jacen looks to you, and then to Betty, who got nothing. Tsu however seems interested in a cavern over to the east. He'd hafta fly you to it though.

What do you do?

I'll have Jabin disable the nuzleaf then grab him and teleport him someplace far off before having him teleportright back.
