Maku seems able to battle, as he rubs the side of the warm cage. Toku takes the reprieve to focus his energies around hid form, and create a secondary barrier around him. Pleased with its formation, Toku breaths a sigh of relief, until Maku comes from outta nowhere and just DROPS on him! Awgh! The pain!

Toku barely wriggles out from under Maku before the fatticus is back on top of him, hammering Toku into the bottom of the cage. But Toku squares his feet and thrusts up. There is a glow of energy between here Toku's head hits Maku's back, and Maku flies to the roof of the cage quite energetically.

Mak: -7E/-20H ~~ Tok: -10E/-9H

Maku falls back to ward the ground, but Toku follows up with a second Zen like focus, smashing Maku in the roof again. Maku holds on this time, as Toku flutters to the bottom. The instant Toku lands however, Maku lets go, and curls into a tight ball. But he stays in a ball and lands near Toku, paralyzed.

This match is weird... I'm not used to having a 3 day dq period... My usual rule on bumping seems weird. I mean, sure, I'm happy to have a short dq period... I post fairly regularly... but still...

But... bump for Rodan.

Sigh... He set the DQ period to 3 days... Normally, I would give 24 hours or some such. But he's posted in his match against jelibean, and this battle's conclusion was seen long ago. The hurdles he has to go through to win are rather significant (paralyzation alone means he probably won't make it through this round). I doubt anyone could win from the current position.

If he posts here before DL sees it, ignore this post. Otherwise DQ him.

Rodan: I'm all up for battling you again when you've learnt your way around. This match was a slaughter, and I took no pleasure in it. I was gonna go a bit nicer on you, but I was told that you had to learn anyway. No hard feelings.

Tokuchi flies forth to stomp the tiny fighter into the cage's grating. Maku braces himself, as the lava below churns slowly, almost waiting for his execution. Hit number one was shocking, a bone chilling blow that left him dizzy and perhaps unable to process anything else after wards..

Mak: -6E/-10H ~~ Tok: -10E

A repeat of action one occurs, but Maku's outcome changes for the worse. He stumbles to his knees, and then to his face.
